I had a previous rhinoplasty in 2018 that left me with a hanging columella, deviated septum, collapsed nostrils, and worsened breathing, all of which have now been fixed! Extraordinarily grateful to have the nose I was aiming for with my first rhinoplasty. I am currently 9 weeks post-op and I know my result will continue to improve as the swelling goes down.

I had an incredible experience. Dr. Guyuron and his staff were so sweet and patient with me. He preformed rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and chin lipo on me and WOW!! I am simply blown away by my results. I have never been able to breath so easily, I feel euphoric. My nose looks amazing and he went above and beyond with my chin lipo! I wanted a more elegant nose and a sculpted jawline and that’s what he delivered ! To say that I am pleased with my results is the understatement of the century !!! As long as Dr. Guyuron is practicing, I will be going to him for ALL my facial plastic surgery needs.

I have been attending Dr. Guyuron for many years. He is master surgeon and a very caring and warm person. I am very thankful to him and his staff. Dr. Guyuron helped me after I had a very poor primary procedure where my nose was severely over resected. I believe his philosophy of creating a nasal shape that suits the face sets him apart from most. That and his level of skill, artistry and experience. I have had other procedures with Dr. Guyuron. I had an unsuccessful rhinoplasty with another surgeon years ago and wanted to get a revision. Dr. Guyuron did an amazing job on my nose. It looks better now than it did even before I had my first rhinoplasty. I will not post pictures because I want to keep my identity a secret, but I would strongly recommend Dr. Guyuron if you ever need a rhinoplasty or a revision.

I went to Dr Guyuron for ethnic rhinoplasty. I am an African American woman in her late 30's. I've always struggled with the size of my nose since high school, so I began researching rhinoplasty doctors for a long long long time, and found Dr Guyuron. I lived in indianpolis at the time but I saved his information in my phone because there weren't any good ethic rhinoplasty doctors that I could find who's noses didn't look like Micheal Jackson and that was not what I wanted, to be honest I didn't even know what I wanted. I just wanted a smaller nose. Anyway, I ended up moving to columbus ohio and I thought, Yeeeeeessssssss, I can go to Dr. Guyuron, so I had my consultation, I was super nervous and couldn't stop smiling thr entire time. Lol. I was too excited because it was finally about to happen. My first impression of Dr. Guyuron was he was very well dressed, very nice, professional and a man of few words. I didn't even have to tell him what I wanted, I just told him my nose was too big for my face, he agreed. ( I feel like I'm going to make this too long, I'll just get to the point sorry) fast forward to surgery day, the staff was so friendly and nice. I have to give a special thank you to Doreen Davis who let me cry on the phone when she let me know my surgery date, she stayed in contact with me until the day of surgery, she was very caring, nice and empathetic. right before I was rolled into surgery dr Guyuron appeared and asked if I was okay and told me what he was going to do. Dr. Guyuron is one of the most nicest, compassionate caring person I've met. Now remember, I never told him what I wanted to look like, showed him pictures or anything, I just trusted him. Fast forward to the healing process it was hard because I never had surgery before and after about a week I'm thinking this is my end result. Lol. (Of cause not) A year later, I couldn't be happier with my results, it looks super natural, my own siblings didn't know I had anything done, some just thought I lost alot of weight ( we live in different states) my neighbor didn't wven know, so when I saw her after the 6 month mark, she said "I always thought you were pretty but you're really pretty, losing weight changed your face alot" lol. I can't thank Dr Guyuron enough for what he has done for me, he knows exactly what I'm talking about. I still look like myself just a more refined version of me. In my opinion Dr. Guyuron is number 1 in the United States for rhinoplasty. He may be a man of very few words but his surgical hands do all the talking. I would recommend Dr. Guyuron over and over again. You won't be disappointed

The staff at Dr. Guyuron's office is so warm and welcoming, and the surgery came out great! My lower eyelid looks really natural and healed quickly. Thanks Dr. Guyuron and staff for doing an amazing job!

I had eyelid surgery at the end of January. I’m a smoker. What I want to say about Dr. Guyuron is that he is a perfectionist. I feel that he doesn’t say what my girlfriends would say, “ you look great”. He is like a father figure. He speaks the truth. If it doesn’t look perfect, he won’t tell you it does. He will fix any complications which arise , no fault of his. Patients recover differently depending on lifestyle. I trust Dr Guyuron as I would my own parents. He tells you the truth. I want a truthful physician and he is just that. Still recovering. I’ll keep you updated.
