WORTH IT

I had an unsuccessful rhinoplasty with another surgeon years ago and wanted to get a revision. Dr. Guyuron did an amazing job on my nose. It looks better now than it did even before I had my first rhinoplasty. I will not post pictures because I want to keep my identity a secret, but I would strongly recommend Dr. Guyuron if you ever need a rhinoplasty or a revision.

Can I ask, did he lengthen your nose? If so, what material did he use? Did your nose end up wider after your revision?
No, he did not lengthen my nose, and my nose did not end up wider after the revisions. He used a piece of my own rib, during the first surgery, to place it in my nose to improve the look of my bridge. I can feel the piece of rib when I touch the top of my nose.
Okay... HIII can you Elaborate??? You had 7 nose Surgeries... With whom? and why?
These things are crucial into understanding.
It seems as if you've had multiple surgeries with this Doctor to finally get it right..
If he's not charging you or only charging for anesthesia that's commendable. I understand touch ups may be needed. But this does not seem normal....
