First Time Botox - Wilmington, NC

Dr.Blanks is amazing! I went in to try botox for the first time. I was very nervous, I read good and bad things on the internet about it. She took time to explain everything to me, and she injected me! My sister gets hers done elsewhere in town, and the doc didn't give her the botox, the nurse did. I was so surprised that Dr. Blanks took the time to talk to me AND give me my botox. Very...

Wonderful Doctor. Great Personal Care and Outstanding Expertise - Wilmington, NC

I always checked reviews of a Doctor, especially a Plastic Surgeon before an appointment. Dr. Deirdra Blanks has impeccable reviews all over Internet! Pros Service: Excellent. Courteous assistant. Appointments on time. Procedure: realistic goals. Stunning results It is the first time I went to the Wilmington Aesthetic. I will certainly be a returning patient. After taking a few photos of my face, Dr. Blank explained to me what could be done to erase the lines around the nose (nasolabial folds). My first need was for Botox for the forehead (which is also a success), but I realized that those lines from the nose to the mouth were contributing to "making my face old". As everyone would do, I wanted to have a "super dose" of Restylane to fix it. Dr. Blanks advised me to begin by a slow dose instead, for a natural look. I am so glad I followed her opinion! The procedure itself is very smooth, and Dr. Blanks explains all the steps she is taking along the procedure, including the little pain you might feel (very little indeed). I was a little bit swollen for a couple of days, and after 5 days, my face looks far younger than expected. The treatment is a little bit on the expensive side, but it is definitely worth it. And the best part of my visite is having "found" the greatest plastic surgeon in the world! I live in New York City and have never been so happy with such results at once! From now on I will take advantage of my regular vacation in Wilmington, NC to see Dr. Blanks again and again. THANK YOU!
