Dr. Kortesis is a wonderful surgeon with superb bedside manner. I am so pleased with my results from the breast augmentation and it has truly improved my quality of life. I can’t thank Dr. Kortesis and his amazing staff enough for their expert care. I felt so safe at the accredited surgery center and was at ease pre and post op surgery day. I referred a friend to see him after my experience, and she is also so pleased with her results. My sister will also be going to see Dr. Kortesis for a procedure in the near future. Dr Kortesis is the master chief of his profession! His incisions look gorgeous, he really listens to his patients and was able to give me the exact body I've always wanted! He's an artist! I can't even describe how thankful I am now and forever for Dr K giving me a body that I'm happy to show off!!!!! These pics are PreOp and immediately post op while I was in a recliner!!! I still can't believe this is my body!!!

Dr. Kortesis completely blew all my expectations out of the water!! Couldn't be happier with the results! He was very thorough and made me feel very much at ease. I just had my 1 year check up and he has been invested in my on going post op care since day 1! Absolutely recommend!!

It’s still early I’m 3 weeks today need to post more pics. I whole lot flatter after day 1, not where I need to be but it’s coming down. The swelling. Going in for my 3 post o visit tomorrow . Still have stitches. I’m hoping the scale will move considering they took off 11 lbs of fat. Not sure when I can exercise . Dec 27th day before my bday I caught a damm cold. Thank goodness it’s not COVID OR FLU.

Dr. Kortesis is simply amazing. I haven't even seen my final results yet because I just had my breast augmentation a few days ago, but his bedside manner and all of the staff at H/K/B have made this experience 5 stars. Everyone is sweet and personable, and they really make you feel like you're a priority. I never felt rushed when trying on sizers and talking about my goals, and they always listened to my concerns. Dr. Kortesis took so much time with me during my consultations to explain in detail how we could get the results I wanted. Prior to surgery I explained that I have a lot of nausea with anesthesia and pain medication, and they made sure to prescribe me medicine to help me not feel sick, which worked wonders. My nurse and anesthetist for the surgery were so kind and so patient with me. Walking into an operating room is intimidating, but I felt completely safe with them. They knew that I was anxious and did such a great job helping me feel calm and reassured. Recovery has been a breeze so far. I haven't experienced much pain, just a lot of tightness in my chest and some soreness. I'm two days post-op and managing just fine with Tylenol and taking it easy. I can't wait to see how they heal! I'll update with photos over time, but I already could not be happier! :)

I have struggled with weight fluctuations over the years. From being as big as 260lbs to loosing down to 208lbs and mostly hovering around 230lbs. I went to Doc to help me make the battle a little easier to maintain. The results were him taking 9lbs of pure fat off my core area.

I lost over 100lbs about 10 years ago and have kept it off ever since. I was terrified to have this surgery due to the recovery. Dr kortesis was absolutely amazing. I went for my consult and booked within an hour. He went above and beyond for me during my surgery to make sure everything went perfectly. The recovery was nothing like I thought it would be - it was so easy! I was off pain meds within 3 days and the after care team has been wonderful as well. I already scheduled my next surgery. I am so thankful I found dr kortesis and his team. I am excited to have all those lose skin finally gone so I can move on from that time in my life. Updated on 30 Mar 2021: This is my second surgery with Dr Kortesis. I was more worried about my arm lift due to potential complications but he did an amazing job. He put my mind at ease and my results are amazing. I just had my surgery last week and can already tell the results are exactly as I had hoped. I have lost a significant amount of weight and have been left with lots of loose skin on my upper arms. I am looking forward to finally being able to fit in clothes!!! Highly recommend him to anyone. He has changed my life. Updated on 25 May 2021: Dr Kortesis is honest and caring, and truly takes his patient's concerns and wants into account. I have had two procedures done with him and just scheduled my third. Most recently was my arm lift. He exceeded my expectations and the recovery was virtually painless. I was back to my normal routine within a few days. He is the only one I trust to help me get my body to a place I am comfortable with after a large weight loss. I always recommend him to anyone looking to have procedures done in the Charlotte area.

I went into this with an open mind. I've always wanted breast augmentation after my child, but I was happy with myself and wasn't really in a rush. I was also just nervous about the whole process! However, after finally deciding now is a good time, i had the consult, followed by the surgery shortly thereafter. Dr. Kortesis was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was wonderful and took such great care of me even on the day of surgery when i was so nervous and they gave the best aftercare!!! I had surgery on a Friday and i was off pain meds by Monday and probably could have stopped Sunday..... As for the results, wow-they are perfect!!! I remember before surgery one of the staff members told me he is known as the "breast whisperer" and yes, I'll attest, it's so true! He has a watchful eye for what shape is best on the body and how the placement would go for the best look for YOU. This can only be obtained from his experience but also having that eye for what his work does and going above and beyond to get the results..... A pure artist at his craft. My breast augmentation looks phenomenal and beyond my expectations and no real pain afterwards!!! Perfectly round, lifted and shaped to my body! I can't recommend this doctor and staff enough. Decided to remove my implants after 12 years. I did not want to replace them because I believed they were making me sick. I chose Dr. Kortesis for my surgery. He listened to me during my consultation. I knew that I had found the doctor for my surgery. He removed the implants and replaced them with fat from my abdomen. I am extremely happy with the results so far even though I'm still really swollen. I am 4 days post op today 7/11/20.
