Breast augmentation- My results turned out perfect!

I’m beyond happy I went to see Dr. Watterson. He was so good at explaining the process of everything I’d be going through and what to expect for recovery. He cared about my safety and recovery. I never once questioned if I was in good hands or not. My results turned out perfect! Thank you for helping me feel like a woman again!

Breast Explant Genius

Dr. Watterson is amazing! His mind is super sharp, and he gives great attention to detail. He is more concerned about your safety than about how much surgery you purchase from him. His breast explantation work on me was FLAWLESS. He performed a miracle for me. I highly recommend Dr. Watterson!

Lipo with Renuvion

I have alllllllways battled with major banana rolls and saddle bags. I have had so many cool sculpting treatments on these area and with minimal results I finally decided to just get the lipo. I had several consults before deciding on Dr. Watterson for his experience and his "real" approach on what to expect. I decided to have lipo on my inner and outer thighs, flanks and then a conservative amount of lipo to my banana rolls.

You Will LOVE Dr Watterson and Your Results!!!

Dr Paul Watterson is the BEST! I am 7 months out from my mommy make over which consisted of an abdominal float with a small amount of lipo, breast lift with an Ideal breast implant. After breastfeeding and delivering 4 children my rectus diastasis and breasts were in need of help! I was extremely reluctant to do the surgery and thought about it for 5+ years. I exercise and eat well, but nothing helped my stomach with the bloating and the look of being a couple of months pregnant even though my youngest child is 7 years old. Dr Watterson was my third consult and he did the best job of explaining what I needed done and what procedure would yield the best results. I was still nervous and almost did not go thru with the surgery, but Dr Watterson's calm nature, confidence and reassurance that I would love my results allowed me to feel comfortable going ahead with the procedure. The first couple of days after surgery were painful, but nothing the medicine could not help with. The breast procedure was not a hard recovery at all. The stomach procedure was similar to a c-section, but slightly more painful. Most importantly, I am THRILLED with my results. Dr Watterson said I would have a phenomenal result and he was right. My breast feel and look natural, they are perky again and do not sag at all. My stomach looks amazing! I feel so much better physically with my diastasis rectus being repaired, no more bloating or the feeling of my abdominal organs protruding out. You will absolutely LOVE Dr Watterson, he is a talented, experienced professional who is kind and honest - all things I was looking for in a surgeon!

48 Year Old Much Needed Upper Blepharoplasty and Lower Skin Pinch with Canthopexy - Charlotte, NC

When you look at yourself in the mirror and the first thing you notice are your tired eyes, and no matter what you wear or how you fix your hair and you still look tired and sad, that's when I knew it was time for a change. My upper eyelids had bothered me for a while since turning 40ish and now that I am 48, the lower eyelid skin had started to sag and crinkle at rest or smiling. Eye makeup would smudge and no matter how much I would wipe the mascara off, I would always be left with a residue around my eyes. My right eye was far worse than my left. I was self conscious about my smile and botox did not really help with the redundant skin in the uppers and lowers. I actually felt it made my situation worse. I tried several procedures that included RF treatments, Lasers, and chemical peels but nothing was impressive enough and ended up spending a lot of money with little results. I was very nervous since I have dry eyes that I have under control with the prescription eye drop Xiidra but was still nervous that it could get worse since dry eyes is a common side effect. I made it clear to Dr. Paul Watterson my dry eye issue and was very impressed and comfortable with his plan of action that included a conservative approach to skin removal for the uppers and lowers with a canthopexy. I am 4 weeks out of surgery and absolutely delighted with the results. My eyes actually look far better than I expected and I love the results. Absolutely no regrets and as far as the dry eyes, well, my eyes actually feel really good and no dry symptoms considering the air is so cold and dry and typically my dry eyes are worse in winter. My recovery was easy and I had no pain. The bruising and swelling was at its worse days 3 and 4 and started to get better thereafter. At 2 weeks I started wearing my contacts and simple eye makeup. Actually with this surgery, I don't need much makeup anymore. Updated on 13 Feb 2018: 7 weeks later and very pleased with the results. No regrets. Updated on 20 Dec 2019: Still enjoying the results. Don't need to wear as much makeup. The scars are no longer visible and the canthopexy settled well. This procedure was well worth it considering it took years off my face since my eyes always looked tired and saggy. Updated on 12 Sep 2020: Thought I would include an update almost 3 years later and hopefully offer encouragement to anyone out there who is considering surgery. The changes are natural and youthful. I continue to practice good skin care. Updated on 14 Jan 2021: I turn 51 in a few weeks and definitely the upper blepharoplasty with lower skin pinch was a decision I don't regret. I still maintain a good skin care program and so far feeling good. My advise would be find a reputable doctor and get at least 3 opinions before your final decision. Don't focus on cost as much as quality work. Also ask for patient photos specific to the work you want performed.

Great Doctor, Wonderful Team, and Awesome Results!

At 35 years old after years of suffering with large breasts and a floppy stomach from two beautiful kids, I decided that I needed to do something about it. As I started researching breast reduction/lift and tummy tuck procedures, I knew the most important part in the search was to find a great surgeon. One that would work hard to get the results as perfect as they can get with such procedures and who you can trust completely as you willingly are putting yourself under the knife and their care. I met Dr. Watterson for my first consultation in September 2016, after consulting with two other surgeons at the time and having one more surgeon on the list to consult with. Going to such a consultation and appointment is never a fun thing to do, but Dr. Watterson was great. His professionalism, demeanor, attitude, and friendliness is a great comfort and puts you immediately at ease. I knew from that first appointment that it was Dr. Watterson who I wanted to do the surgery, and I cancelled the last consultation I was supposed to have after meeting him. I had my surgery in January 2017 and my recovery was a breeze. I was very concerned about the pain and drains prior to surgery, but neither was a problem. I was off pain medication within 24 hours, my drains were out within a week (they were not as bad as one might think), and I have been thoroughly enjoying the amazing results ever since! Dr. Watterson is such an amazing, professional, and experienced surgeon. His nurse is also super nice and friendly - the whole team at Charlotte Plastic Surgery is outstanding! The only regret I have is that I did not consult with Dr. Watterson and have this procedure done earlier!!

43 Years Old, TT/BL 7 Years Ago, Now Doing Lipo on Flanks, Inner/Outer Thighs, Hips, Mons

Where to start??? Had a tummy tuck in 2009. Needed to do some ore work on problem areas. I had my flanks, thighs and mons pubis done. I waited 7 years. Husband finally caved and said go ahead. I used the same surgeon and the entire experience was fab (well except for the pain and the fluid/blood leaking,) Btw I'm 5'10" and about 168lbs. I'm almost 2 months post op and went down 1 pants size and have lost maybe 2 whole pounds. Updated on 8 May 2017: Updated on 8 May 2017: Almost 2 months after surgery

Excellent Team!

I first scheduled a consultation with Dr.Watterson in Jan of 2017. After two years of doing research, Dr. Watterson's name kept popping up. After reading about others who had used him, I knew I wanted to meet him. His temperament and knowledge immediately put me at ease about having a reduction and doing a lift. He has a very gentle nature and was very honest with me about what to expect. I am currently 3 days post op and I can't believe how little pain/discomfort I've had and how pleased I am with my results! People kept telling me I was going to be in unbearable pain when they found out I was having this surgery and I'm happy to report, they were wrong! I'm thankful I listened to Dr. Watterson and his staff and trusted their guidance. I was up and about on day 2 and showered this morning! My pain has not gone above a 2 on a scale of 1-10 and I've been using very little pain medication. For me, childbirth and having a root canal was much, much more painful than this. I had two consultations before surgery, asked all the questions I could think of and went in feeling confident Dr. Watterson was going to deliver the best possible outcome. One thing I hadn't thought about prior to my surgery is you don't just want a great surgeon, you want a great team! Charlotte Plastic Surgery, in my experience, has gone way above and beyond what I expected. Every single person I've interacted with from the receptionist, nurses to Dr. Watterson himself have all treated me with respect, care and empathy. Never once did I feel alone or in the dark about the process or what was coming next. I got very anxious the day of surgery after I had changed into my gown and told my nurse, she immediately got me talking about things to take my mind off of surgery and within about 5 mins I was totally fine and ready to go! I really cannot emphasize enough how important the whole team is! I saw that some of their receptionist staff were trained by the Ritz Carlton and truth be told, this practice has a very similar customer service experience that you'd expect at the Ritz!

Mommy Makeover Part 1. Coming Soon- Part 2 - Charlotte, NC

I had a full tummy tuck and breast lift back in December 2009. I was 36 at the time, 5'10" and probably 175 pounds. To this day, it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I won't lie, it hurt like a mother. It felt like I had just done 100,000 sit ups. I was not mentally prepared for such an intense recovery. And don't get me started on those drains. However, they came out about a week later and then I started to feel normal. It couldn't stand up straight for about a month though. I slept, sitting up on the couch, for over a month - stairs were hard. I don't remember having any pain with my breast lift because my abdomen hurt so bad. But they turned out perfectly. I'm now a 38D. Probably more like a big D though. I did not need implants with my lift. The PS said they removed about 3lbs of skin from my TT and about 2000cc while doing some lipo on my waist so I was in proportion. The swelling started going down in about three weeks and by week 4 I could feel my hip bones! This surgery was tough, but they're was no way I was going through life with saggy boobs and flappy belly. I loved the way I looked (and still look) and I credit that to my amazingly awesome PS. He is truly an artist. My TT scar is low and runs hip to hip and has faded to white. My lift scars are underneath and barely noticeable and have faded to white. Part 2 is coming on March 14, 2016! I'm 43 now, my kids are able to handle themselves so I'm finally going to do some mommy maintenance. I'm getting my flanks, hips, mons, and inner/outer thighs done. Then my transformation will be complete. Well, until I want a face-lift in a few years. Happy to answer any questions about the TT and lift or show pics of the what the scars look like 7 years post op. Looking forward to sharing Part 2 of my story as it happens. Updated on 15 Feb 2017:

An Easy Fix for Heavy Eyes!

I underwent upper lid blepharoplasty at the gentle hands of Dr. Watterson in October, 2016. I am a 52 year old woman (32 years old at heart) who inherited my father's low brows & heavy eyelids which in my younger days was a rather attractive trait; however, the older I got, the heavier my eyes became and I began to show signs of aging that didn't match up with the rest of me. Dr. Watterson saw the eyes that used to be, and put them back to where they were. He performed a delicate procedure using such care and precision, that no one can tell I had the procedure at all. There was minimal pain, no scarring, and my eyes look amazing. I look and feel refreshed and awake. Thank you Dr. Watterson for restoring my youthful eyes and my confidence!!
