Dr. Bednar is an absolute artist. On paper, I should’ve been a terrible candidate — very tough/dense breast tissue (8.5/10), low compliance score (5/10), and almost no fat to work with. Hi everyone, I’ve decided to document my BFT journey with you. I was inspired by another reviewer on here who left an extremely detailed review about her experience and thought it’d be helpful. I figured getting a BFT kills two birds with one stone - I get lipo (which I need on my flanks and abdomen) and boobs in one go! Quick info: Asian, mid-20s, chunky with broad shoulders. **I want to preface this review because I am only a week out, and will update as I see fit. Wow! Where do I begin- this experience was amazing. I've had Dr. B on my radar for quite some time, I believe I made my initial consult phone call in July 2023. I wasn't at a place where I could go through with the surgery then, but always kept it in mind. Finally, I had everything in place by December 2024 had my consult, and was in the OR by 2/4/25! For some context, I am a perfectionist.

I’ve been waiting since 2016 to see Dr. Bednar, and I am not disappointed! Based off of my experience, everybody on his team was amazing, from the receptionist to the nurse, anesthetist, and Dr. Bednar. Everyone was pleasant and capable. I’m only one month post op and I notice a drastic decrease in the size of my breasts compared to postop, but that is expected. I’m hoping to retain as much fat as possible in the next two months!
