Success with Dr Bednar, 2 Rounds

I had two fat transfers with Dr. Bednar in Charlotte, NC
I'm 5' 5'' and 124 lbs with no other breast surgeries. I breastfed 6 children and was 62 during Round 1 in July 2025 and Round 2 in January 2026. Everything went great with no complications and I am super pleased with the results. Before, I had saggy breasts and that was on an embarrassing level due to age and breastfeeding. I didn't want to have an implant with it's potential for health destroying repercussions.
Round 1, 530 cc's were transferred to R and L breasts each, so over 1000 cc. I also had lips done. Fat sources were back flanks and outer thighs.
Round 2, 405 cc's were transferred to R and L breasts each. I also had 63 cc's to the entire face. My face had a lot of swelling and it looked quite strange for about 3 weeks. I got a few long looks while flying from the Charlotte airport as my face was quite swollen but now, months later, it looks great. Fat sources were inner thighs all the way down to my inner knees plus lower abdominal area. He might have revisited past areas also. Dr. Bednar is very resourceful at locating available fat. An additional side benefit is that all my fat source areas look better.
There were no complications and I avoided all pain killers and focused on natural antibiotics. I didn't have any nausea during the surgery and didn't have as much bruising on Round 2. I'm not a candidate for Round 3 which I don't think that I would have done anyway because surgery is a traumatic process. Recovery was most intense during the first week with no infections at any time. Dr. Bednar said that he would only be able to get around 100 cc's in a 3rd round, so not an option. Apparently, it's a little bit more challenging to have the fat hold in the center of the breasts more than to the outside of the breasts. My retention was great on Round 1, and decent for Round 2. Now my weight is normally 121 as I'm eating more raw foods.
Dr Bednar and his entire team were great and they did an amazing job. I was in great hands. They are professional and very experienced. I'm very glad that I went with Dr. Bednar and his team as I reached out to many different surgeons. Many said that I didn't have enough fat. It wasn't a challenge at all for Dr Bednar with two successful fat transfers which I am very thankful and grateful for.
