5 out of 5 stars Rhinoplasty
I simply could not have had a better experience. Dr. Freeman and his staff are outstanding. Dr. Freeman is a truly gifted artist and surgeon, and I am beyond grateful for his expertise. Dr. Freeman was very straightforward about the surgery and outcome, describing all the procedures in his office prior to the surgery and providing a virtual simulation of the results I could realistically expect. He has performed more rhinoplasties than any other surgeon I found within 500 miles of me and his results speak for themselves. I also want to emphasize how truly wonderful Dr. Freeman’s staff was to me. I was seen almost immediately after I arrived at every visit, and Sandy and Linda (the two nurses that personally handled my pre-op and post-op care) were the best and most caring, kindhearted individuals I’ve ever encountered in my experience with medical professionals. They were knowledgeable, professional and very reassuring, which was especially helpful for me since I’d never had facial surgery before and was apprehensive about it prior to the procedure. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Freeman and his staff without any reservation. For me, choosing Dr. Freeman was well worth the cost of the procedure and the travel!!
5 out of 5 stars Eyelid Surgery
Dr. Sean Freeman is fabulous! As a medical provider myself, I can give him nothing but the highest recommendation. My fellow colleagues in the medical community have had procedures by him and I believe that is the highest complement one can give. There is nothing higher than a recommendation by fellow peers. I had a blepharoplasty preformed 5 weeks ago and could not be more pleased with the outcome. He is truly an amazing surgeon. I have worked in plastic surgery at the Mayo Clinic and well aware of what it takes to make a great plastic surgeon and I can assure you that Dr. Freeman has all of these qualities!

Could not be more pleased with my experience with Dr. Sean Freeman. The results speak for themselves. I had a rhinoplasty done 6 months ago and I look amazing. His staff was very professional and I can not speak highly enough about them. Dr. Freeman spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions beforehand. I highly recommend Dr. Sean Freeman!

5 out of 5 stars Facelift
This rating is on having had experience with less than excellent providers. Dr. Freeman was an ENT specialist then became double board certified in both plastic surgery and facial plastic surgery. He does only faces. He has developed and taught several enovative surgical techniques and has a depth of knowledge and expertise that no other practicing surgeon in this area has.

He is very professional and great at what he does. Only faces! His staff is absolutely wonderful as well.

I don't think he lacks technical skills but I don't think he spent enough time with me to consider my input. I was turned off by his bedside manner.
I first met Dr. Freeman 13 years ago, for a full facelift. I saw the photos he did of other people and was very impressed. His work was so natural looking. Since I was only 45 I needed to look REAL not "plasticized". I really trusted his aesthetic judgment and has several procedures at the same time: a chin implant, which I really never thought about, but always knew my profile was not great,...
