Dr.Koch and his staff are truly amazing!!!! Dr.Koch listened to my wants explained everything to to me multiple times. He also showed me EXACTLY what he would be doing for both my procedures. His staff is also the best! Everyone gets back to you in a timely fashion and they are always helpful no matter what the situation. They make you feel like they have known you forever. I highly recommend Dr.Koch and I would truly use him again.

Dr Koch is an amazing gifted surgeon I’ve had over 20 surgeries due to complications from a previous doctor I have a history of breast cancer and lost all hope until I met Dr Koch. He performed a 9.5 hour surgery that was complicated and he gave me hope. I am so grateful I found him. He is beyond gifted. Thank you Dr Koch!

Dr.Koch was amazing! He was very professional, He explained to me the process of my breast reduction. He educated me, and gave me assurance that I was going to be ok. He followed up, answered any questions I had. All of the staff was great. I also love my new breast!

Dr. Koch and staff were all fabulous from start to finish. I had implants and mini tummy tuck with fantastic results. With a full recovery in 6 weeks was able to start working out again. Would recommend him for sure. Very knowledgeable and friendly felt at ease in his hands.

I am so grateful for you for taking the time to meet with me several months ago to explain the procedure. It was you that put me at ease with just one meeting to know that I really wanted to have this procedure and that you would be the one I would want to do it! I never questioned it! I am so thrilled with my results! I just can't thank you enough! From the moment my husband and I walked through the door the day of surgery we were greeted with a huge smile and a beautiful personality from Marianne. From there we went to register with Cyd who was very professional, sweet and professional. Then we were taken care of by Scarlet in Pre-op. She was very sweet and informative about how things would happen that morning, which is always helpful to put you at ease before surgery. Dr. O'Neill was the very first anesthesiologist I've met in my life that got it right on the very first try. I usually have more scarring on my arms and hands than I do from the surgery itself because my veins are so hard to find. I knew at that moment that I was in great hands and that everything would work out well for me. He listened to me and concerns from previous surgeries and took great care of me! The IV went in perfect on the first try and I NEVER once felt nauseous. When I woke up in post-op Linda made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. It is always the best feeling to wake up by someone warm and caring and then moments later your family arrives. We had great conversations with Linda about our dogs and showed pictures and shared. She was really sweet, caring and great at her job! Once I arrived in my private room, which was located right outside the nurses station, I was taken care of by Rose until her shift ended. She was great and explained everything to me when I had questions even though I know they were very busy on that floor while I was there. The night staff Fatima and Anthony had their hands full that night with one particular patient that was quite a handful but they were very sweet and very thorough and always made me feel comfortable. I didn't think that I'd be able to eat a normal dinner the night of surgery but when I received the call from a very friendly nurse (I wish I remembered her name) I was thrilled to be able to order both my dinner and my breakfast for the next morning. Both meals were incredible.....as hospital food goes. I was so thrilled! I can't eat very much because of my sleeve but what I did have was amazing! The morning of my discharge Amanda and Cattarina came in and took over for Fatima and Anthony. My experience at Hudson Valley Hospital from beginning to end was top notch and having you as my surgeon was the very best part! Your office staff was wonderful! Kristin put up with all of my email inquiries working very hard to get insurance to cover my procedure! She's very kind, efficient and professional! Chihiro was also very personable and informative the day of surgery. Even my family was raving about how great everyone, especially you, was to deal with. I felt it was critical to share all of this with you as most people don't take the time to give compliments, only criticisms. I am so grateful for this entire experience and I am so glad I took the time to come in and have the initial, free, consultation! Next to making the decision to have the sleeve procedure done, this was THE best thing I've done for myself and I am thrilled! We were also all impressed that you answered my call personally when I had some concerns at home about my dressings and bleeding around one of my drains. Most doctors have you call their answering service first or deal with a nurse. I actually felt bad bothering you with my phone call but really appreciated your time and it definitely put me at ease. Thank you for everything Dr. Koch! You are THE BEST!!

Awesome Dr and team! I could not be more pleased with Dr Koch after bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction. He is knowledgeable and his team is A+ in my eyes. Caring, and a master at reconstruction!

Had a poorly done job years ago. Dr Koch went above and beyond to advise me of options and to make a decision. To go ahead and try to fix the botched job by a Chicago surgeon. He was so kind and professional and accommodating. The results are amazing. Whereas before my breasts looked so hard and fake, not they look and feel so natural. I am so pleased with the results and am so relieved I went ahead and redid the augmentation. He made the breasts follow a more natural fall of the breast line and was exactly right. Now they have that lovely teardrop slope to the breast and are full at the bottom. Before it was like two water balloons on my chest. I'd recommend Dr Koch to everyone who is considering this surgery. You deck story get more and better results than you can imagine.

Dr. Koch did an amazing job, my nose looks beautiful! From start to finish the experience I had was so nice and the Goshen office was so helpful with my questions and concerns. After having 2 kids, breastfeeding, weight gain and weight loss I was left with excess squish and saggy boobs. It was time to get the look that I desired. On 8/20/15 I had a mommy makeover (TT, Breastlift, BA, Inner thigh lipo). Although I did have a complication, it was still worth it! I ended up with a large hematoma 2 days later that required 3 blood transfusions due to the drop in Hgb. For my BA I had Sientra 350cc round textured implants. After surgery I did have a dent under my right breast for a few months, however it has since fixed itself. In the future I may go bigger. The only thing I would wish for is better cleavage. On 4/9/15 I had smart lipo done to my inner thigh's to give them a smoother look. I am pleased with my results. Updated on 3 May 2015: 140# 5'7 I would like to lose about 10 lbs and that is it! Updated on 20 Aug 2015: I am one year post op today. No regrets, despite my complication. I love my new body and I have worked hard to maintain my figure. I go to kickboxing 3-4x a week. I also got a nose job 2 weeks ago by another doctor in the same practice :) Updated on 20 Aug 2015: Pics - before and after TT at 1 year post op and 2 weeks post op rhinoplasty. Updated on 28 Jun 2017: I have had my 350cc textured sientra rounds for almost 3 years now and one appears lager than the other. I have little to no cleavage. My "dent" never went away and they never looked right. I am adding some new pictures.

This week will make 12 weeks since my tummy tuck together with the lipo and ab muscles repair performed by Dr. Koch and I no longer have buyers remorse. By week 6, I felt so much better and more so by week 8. I am feeling great and look fabulous like everyone says. I haven't return to the gym yet as I feel like I am not ready yet but I have gone jogging.
