Huge Saggy Boobs After Breastfeeding Two Boys!

After years of back and neck pain I finally decided to go for breast reduction. I breast fed two boys, first one for 9 months the second for 15 months, needless to say they destroyed my boobies. Not only were my breast unsightly, I also had horrible back and neck pain. I did physical therapy, stopped wearing high heels, but nothing helped. I then started looking into breast reduction. Met with my doctor and instantly felt that he can achieve what I'm looking for. I'll give a review on him separately. It took long getting an appointment with him, I had to wait about a month. First time I cancelled because I had to travel for work, then had to wait another month to reschedule. After we met, he thought I was a good candidate for reduction and submitted the claim to insurance. I got my approval letter exactly a month after the initial appointment, but had to wait two months for surgery. The longest two months ever, I just wanted them gone as soon as possible. It was worth the wait, he did a great job. I'm very happy with his work. I went from a 32DDD to now I think a 32D. I haven't gotten measured yet. IAM healing properly so far and just started scar treatment, using silicone sheets. Updated on 7 Dec 2017: I am almost back to normal. I am not yet back to the gym, but I am keeping active. The swelling is pretty much gone now, I miss how high the girls used to be, but I am still happy with my results. I plan on starting scar treatment this week and will be using scar away silicone sheets. Hopefully I will see some results. If you guys have any other tricks to help with the scarring, I'm all ears.

22 Year Old, 1 and a Half Year Old Baby, Breast Reduction in Two Weeks. - Stony Brook, NY

I'm a 22 year old woman 4'8 ft tall with 36DD bra size. I weigh 97lbs, & I think 20lbs of that is just breast. Well, I'm going for surgery on 1/16/2014. I'm getting pretty nervous about it, but mainly anxious to get to have the body I've always wanted and thought would fit me well. I've done a lot of research on it & watched all videos on documentaries about women who've gotten it done, and I'm pretty confident about it. I'm just nervous about it because I have a toddler that I have to take care of being a single parent. I feel as though this will change my whole life in a really good way. Please share your stories with me. I would like to know about your experience and what I can expect from surgery day till you've gone down to the size you had desired. Thanks everyone. :) Updated on 5 Jan 2014: So tomorrow is my Pre-op and I have to say that it's beginning to kick in that this is really going to happen. I've written some questions down for my PS but nothing crazy. One of them being what pain killers am I going to get because I'm allergic to a few. I'll be sure to post some before pictures tomorrow. This site has really helped me out to feel more comfortable about this life changing decision. Updated on 9 Jan 2014: Ahhh!! So I had my pre-op a few days ago, nothing too bad, just a physical, thank God everything is good & I'm healthy enough for the surgery that is only ONE week away from today. Ahhhh!!! I'm so excited & nervous. You know the feeling when you're finally gonna meet someone for the first time?? Well that's exactly how I feel. Like a kid on Xmas morning. Words can't explain the happiness that I have right now. Updated on 17 Jan 2014: Yesterday was my surgery, I woke up at 4:15am to take a shower with my sponges and I was at the hospital by 5:30am. They brought me into the room where they hooked me up to the IV, I got a shot so I wouldn't get blood clots. My PS came in around 7:30am and we walked to th OR where he did his markings, once that was done I got on the operating table and the anesthesiologist came in and put me out. Surgery lasted almost 5 hours because loop had to be done on one one my boobs. I woke up about 1 hour later in a lot of pain, they gave me Vicodin and about two hours later I was discharged. I haven't really slept at all, just 20 mins here 20 mins there. I actually have to go back to my surgeon right now to see why the pain medication isn't working and why one is more swollen and bleeding more than the other. Updated on 18 Jan 2014: So I'm happy to say today was much better than yesterday. Pain isn't as bad as the first day. I've only taken one pain killer all day. Not much fluid has come out either so that's a good sign, I think. I still think they look too big so I hope it's the swelling. I had the bandages changed yesterday on the left breast because since they did liposuction on that one it was more sore and it was bleeding more than the right one. I go back to my surgeon on Monday where I'll be able to see them without the tapes or bandages. Updated on 19 Jan 2014: Updated on 20 Jan 2014: Hi ladies, I went back to my PS today for my Post Op. I got my drains removed! Yay!! Most nerve racking thing ever. I was expecting so much pain, it wasn't totally bad, just a weird pulling. He took the bandages off so I finally got to see my nipples. Ummm... Not really pleased with them but I mean it's only been 4 days since surgery, it could be worse I guess. I've been off the pain killers for 2 days now, I still have some pain, but the medicine was making me all weird so I took myself of it. I guess everything's good so far. Updated on 22 Jan 2014: Hi. So I can't believe tomorrow is gonna be already a week since I got my surgery. Everything's gone well so far. Today I had a lot more pain than any day below my breast. Right where the incision ends, it's swollen and it really hurts. I started watching my toddler yesterday by myself so that can explain the pain. She requires a lot of work and picking her up isn't easy. Even tho I might not reply to all your comments, they are really helpful and I thank you ladies for all your well wishes. Updated on 24 Jan 2014: I can say I had a pretty good first week in recovery. I honestly thought I was going to have more limitations, I guess I'm a good healer & not much of a complainer. I am proud of myself. I am completely on my own with my daughter now, so not only am I trying to recover, I'm looking after my baby, & I go back to 50+ at work on Monday. Only concern I have is that I got the lollipop incision and I have that extra skin on the bottom, not happy at all with that, but hey it could have been worse right? Take a look and let me know what you think, will it go down by itself or will I need to get it removed at my surgeons local clinic? Updated on 1 Feb 2014: I can't believe it's been over two weeks that I had the reduction done. Since last time I wrote, I've gone back to work and it's been great absolutely no problems, back to all daily routines, no medicine. Caught a bad cold but that's about it. I have my two week post op on Monday, the swelling is pretty much gone, the skin below the breast has gone down a lot so I'm not too worried about it.
