25 Years Old Getting Liposuction on Abdominal Walls, Flanks and Thighs

Hello ladies (and gentlemen) I just want to start by saying how helpful this site and the reviews have been in my research on liposuction. That is why I have decided to share my experience with people who are thinking on having plastic surgery.I am getting liposuction on my stomach, flanks and thighs (second surgery) tomorrow (April 14 2017). My PS is Doctor Tae Ho Kim of West village Plastic...

Dr. Kim is the Best Doctor for a Natural Look - New York

Wanted a natural looking treatment to combat looking tired. I did not want to do any sort of surgery and read up on a product that makes your body produce its own collagen. The injectios were done over two sessions a few weeks apart. The procedure was fairly painless... akin to getting blood drawn at its worst. the swelling/ bruising/ soreness was minimal. I was able to go right back to work....

Dr. Tae Ho Kim Made my Nose PERFECT - New York, NY

Had my rhinoplasty by Dr. Kim of West Village Plastic Surgery on 3/3/2016. I had a pleasant recovery with a normal amount of swelling, NO bruising, and minimal pain. I went back to work a few days after the splint was removed. Dr. Kim is a true artist and gave me the nose of my dreams! He doesn't give you a "plastic" look. My nose is beautiful and makes my entire face look better without...

25 Years Old, Chickenpox/ Mole Removal Scar Revision - New York, NY

I had several moles removed when I was 11 and resulted in several deep and ugly scars on my face. They look very much like chickenpox scars, and I decided to repair the them last year and have been researching for doctors for a while on this forum. I have my worst scar excised on Nov 25th and I'll update once the stitches are removed, right now it is still covered under the surgical tape. I...

42 Yr Old - New York

Dr Kim does it that you get ZERO bruising and look normal within a day. Don't have to hide for a few days. The lowest down time I've ever had. Results are great. He takes a lot of time to explain any procedure with zero pressure to commit to any procedure. His Assist Sophie is great too. She gets back to you promptly on everything.

35 Years Old Male, Looking Fresh and Rejuvenated Thanks to Sculptra - New York, NY

I had noticed some signs of aging in my face which gave me a bit of a tired look, even though I've been sleeping very well. In particular, there were some hollowness under my eyes and my naso-labial folds were getting more pronounced than they used to be. I had no deep wrinkles yet, but I was frustrated by these folds/bags which gave me a stern/severe look. After doing some research online, I...

Breast Lift W/ Auto Augmentation NO IMPLANT 25 Y/o, 0 Kids,Post Bariatric Surgery - New York, NY

Hello everyone, I have lingered around the site for quite some time now but have never gathered the courage to write a review until now. I am 25 years old, No children. Exactly 2 years ago today I underwent a vertical sleeve gastrectomy (better known as "the sleeve") in order to lose weight. I have lost 90 pounds, and while most of my body is in good shape (some jiggle here and there that...

Consultation only: Very kind, listened to me even though I had a complex case

I am a complex revision case and realize of everyone I consulted for help, Dr. Kim was one of the few that listened to me (although even he couldn't quite see what cheaper surgeons should). Here's what I wish I had done with any surgeon: made him feel my nose and look inside (I had a breathing issue and still do), brought pictures of people with similar noses and problems (in my case, people...

Ugly Scar from Previous Surgery - New York

I had a car accident 4 years ago and in the ER they literally "stitched me up". It looked terrible on my jaw. Dr. Kim took lots of time in the office to explain everything to me and now after the surgery its looks amazing. Barely visible and everyday its gets better. I am so happy . The office staff also took care of all the paperwork and insurance staff, it was a blessing. I hate dealing...

Proper Diagnosis Key to Successful Treatment of Facial Birthmark in Young Children

Watchful Waiting is Often Best, but Plastic Surgery May Help Avoid Physical and Emotional Issues with Hemangioma Tarrytown, NY, March 7, 2013 – A reddish birthmark that appears on a baby’s skin in the first few weeks after birth is most often harmless, but should be brought to a physician’s attention. While blemishes in babies are rare, in some a red-purple raised birthmark called a “hemangioma” could develop on the face, neck or scalp. Hemangioma is the most common tumor of...

Visible Birth Defect Impacts Children and Parents

A mom and dad came into my office, pushing a stroller with a baby blanket draped over the front to block their baby from view. These parents loved their child dearly, but could no longer stand the stares and comments from people at the sight of their child’s visible facial growth. After unveiling the blanket, they introduced me to their child with a large fleshy growth on the forehead. The parents called it a "doorknob." This particular facial growth or tumor is known as a...
