5 out of 5 stars Eyelid Surgery

33 Year Old Upper Eyelid Surgery

Dr. Kotlus is amazing! He is very professional and knowledgeable. What I love most about his work is that it all looks very natural. If you look at his patient's before and after pictures, you will see that none of them look like they have had any work done-- they just look amazing! Dr. Kotlus is very meticulous with his work and also very gentle. My incisions are barely noticeable and I'm only 6 weeks post op. During each consultation I never felt rushed; Dr. Kotlus answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. The day of the surgery I was a bit nervous as I opted to only have local anesthesia; therefore I was awake during the entire procedure. My nerves completely subsided as Dr. Kotlus started the surgery. He played music and always let me know what he was about to do before he did it, which kept me at ease. I couldn't be happier with my results and my recovery! I highly recommend him for this procedure. You will be happy with the results.

5 out of 5 stars Eye Bags Treatment

46 Years Old Minus Eye Bags - Finally!

This was the first doctor (of more than 50 I researched and 5 I met with for a paid, in-person consultation) I felt 100% comfortable moving forward with. He is patient, smart, and his practice focuses on eyes. I felt more than confident I had chosen the right doctor after our first meeting. And my follow ups beforehand secured this for me.
