5 out of 5 stars Restylane

Overall positive experience - New York, NY

I had restylane fillers done to my tear trough area. This was the first cosmetic procedure I've ever had, so I was very nervous but Dr Kotlus made me feel really comfortable. He was friendly and answered all my questions. The procedure was surprisingly painless and quick. I would highly recommend.

amazing botox brow lift!!

I am a difficult case: if i get botox injected the wrong way around the crow's feet (for botox browlift), my cheeks become distorted. But not with Dr. Kotlus!! i went to him last year for a botox brow lift and the results were amazing! I went back this year after a bad botox experience w another provider and thank God for Dr. Brett Kotlus! My botox browlift worked like a charm...he gave me...

5 out of 5 stars Restylane

Great experience- Tearthrough/hollow under eye fillers

Dr. Brett was extremely professional, caring and gentle. I had my tear through filled with restylane. The procedure was quick, painless (it just feels a little weird like its being injected in your cheeks and you feel the liquid filling your face up haha its an interesting feeling but not scary) and Dr. Brett made me feel at ease during the whole process. After procedure I feel no pain or...

5 out of 5 stars Eye Bags Treatment

46 Years Old Minus Eye Bags - Finally!

This was the first doctor (of more than 50 I researched and 5 I met with for a paid, in-person consultation) I felt 100% comfortable moving forward with. He is patient, smart, and his practice focuses on eyes. I felt more than confident I had chosen the right doctor after our first meeting. And my follow ups beforehand secured this for me.

5 out of 5 stars Restylane Refyne

Excellent physician

I consulted with Dr. Kotlus for filler in my nose. His expertise, delicate touch and knowledge of the symmetry of the face is incredible. I was not swollen or bruised after he injected some Restylane Refyne. His wonderful personality coupled with his extraordinary skills make him a doctor I would certainly recommend

Great Experience - Revisional Eyelid Surgery

After being diagnosed with ptosis and having three previous surgeries on my right eyelid with two different surgeons, I am so grateful that I found Dr. Kotlus who was was able to get my eyelid to where I wanted it to be. Dr. Kotlus anchored my crease and got rid of an extra fold that I was extremely insecure about. He was very sympathetic, sincere, and attentive - before, during, and after the...

5 out of 5 stars Eyelid Surgery

I had--so far---an amazing experience with an upper lid lift.

I was referred to Dr. Kotlus by a friend whose husband is also an eye surgeon. Upon meeting him his NYC office, I felt instantly comforted. I explained, badly, that I wanted less tired looking eyes and I thought I should get an upper eye lift (I had very droopy eyelids on the sides which then seemed to vanish completely at the top of my eye) He told me that I should wait and see what I would...
