The Rare Doctor Who Tells You What You Actually Need

Wow, I went to see Dr. Kotlus for under-eye darkness and honestly I was a little nervous going in. I thought I might need a procedure, but instead he was very honest with me.

He took a careful look and told me I was not really at the point where a procedure would be worth it yet. He explained that the changes he saw were there, but mild, and that the improvement from a procedure might be too subtle right now to justify doing it. He also explained why some treatments may only give temporary improvement and may not be worth the cost.

I really appreciated that. He could have easily sold me on something, but he didn’t. Instead, he gave me a conservative plan.

What stood out most was that he is clearly capable of doing more, but was willing to tell me I did not need it right now. That made me trust him. I left feeling reassured, informed, and not pressured at all. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kotlus to anyone who wants an honest, thoughtful, and conservative opinion around the eyes.
