For the top, I have 7 trays. For the bottom, I have 11 trays (I understand its over the limit of 10 trays). However, I feel a little ill-informed that my dentist didn&#39;t tell me about Invisalign Express. I&#39;m a struggling college student and pulled out an extra loan to pay for my treatment ($2750 (a deal price I found online through a website.)) I never had my braces my whole life, because my single mom couldn&#39;t afford it. Should I mention it? (about Invisalign Express)?

I have treated many, many patients with Invisalign, who came in wearing partials. In all of these cases, it was necessary to discontinue the use of these partials. However, so the patient would not have to walk around with spaces, during their Invisalign treatment, I always place teeth in the Invisalign trays, so that when the patient is wearing their trays ( which should be 22 hours per day)the patient does not have to suffer the embarrassment of walking around with spaces in their mouth

I am unsure of whether I need to get veneers, Invisalign or both. My two front teeth are protruding and I also have gaps on each side. One of my front teeth is a crown and the other is a ceramic veneer. Both we're done in the fall of 2008. My goal is to have straight teeth and replace the crown and veneer so my teeth looks even and one shade. My question is should I replace both and get 2 additional veneers on my inciscors or replace both and get Invisalign to straighten my smile? Thank you

My teeth were retracted too much with metal braces, now I would like them re opened. My face is sunken in and my jaw bones are no longer as strong, my face structure has collapsed due to over retraction. I am hoping pushing my teeth back out will correct this. Will Invisalign do the job? I wouldn't say re open them all the way but even half way will make for a better appearance. I look like a completely different person.

I had braces 10 years ago . My teeth are prettt straight when you see them in person but in pictures they look slanted , I see the slight slant in the mirror but not as much as I do in photos . I also want a wider smile . My question is can and will Invisalign fix my slanted teeth and widen my smile . By the way my bottom teeth are super straight but I am left with a slight overbite . That being said, from your photos, you appear to have some gum issues. Therefore, before making any plans to begin Invisalign treatment, I highly recommend that you visit a Periodontist beforehand

I completed my treatment a year ago and now my teeth have started to shift . I wanted to contact the debris and aske for the last trays I returned so I can put them back on and he says there in storage . I have a small gap in my top two teeth . What should I do . I have been wearing the retainer all day and one of the trays I never returned .

That being said, you are definitely an Invisalign candidate, and I have handled many, many cases such as yours, without either using &nbsp;I.P.R., or extraction, to resolve your lower crowding. However, you can't see the forest for the trees. Your main concern, should not be the correction of your lower crowding, but rather your deep over-bite, Why is that correction so very, very important? The answer is that your &nbsp;lower incisors are not&nbsp;meeting&nbsp;the inside surfaces of your upper front teeth but rather&nbsp;&nbsp;impinging on your&nbsp;gums, behind your teeth. This is extremely deleterious, as you are only biting on your back teeth, causing them undue pressure, resulting either in tooth wear&nbsp;bone loss ,and T.M.J. problems.&nbsp;Choose a doctor carefully.&nbsp;He should only practice Orthodontics&nbsp;, and&nbsp; be an Elite provider. Hello, I am looking for second opinion on my lower teeth crowding. I like my smile and I don't want to make major changes that will effect my face profile. is invisalign a good choice? how does my bite look? Does it look healthy or off? in terms on the space is extraction needed? or IPR? is there other ways to make space? How long should it take approximately? Thank you :)

He&nbsp;should Limit his practice exclusively to Orthodontics, and preferably be an Elite Provider.

Invisalign has changed my face shape alot and i dont feel like my self anymore...im on my 7th tray right now. Can i wear them in reverse to get my old teeth and face back?

You are correct in your unhappiness with your result. You have what is called "black triangles", which are manifested by spaces between your front&nbsp;teeth, at the gum line, while there is no space between these teeth at the biting surface. This is basically due to the shape of these teeth, where the biting surface is smaller, in width, then at&nbsp;the biting surface this is definitely correctable, as I have personally corrected hundreds of these "black triangles" without any pain what so ever. Just finished Invisalign ... The orthodontist claims my two front teeth can't be fixed any further, yet there is a gap towards the top and they are slightly crooked... I want to know what other professionals think about this because before I had any orthodontic treatment, there was no gap between my 2 front teeth but they were slightly crowded. Now they are still crooked In the way they were crowded but there's a space.
