I am very satisfied with how I look and feel after the Ultherapy treatment. Dr Saini. She has exceeded my expectations with amazing results. Dr. Saini is very patient and takes the time to listen to all your concerns. She is extremely professional, highly skilled and passionate about her work. I highly recommend her 5 star services!

I am in my early 50's and felt that I needed some skin tightening but was not ready to go under the knife. I heard about ultherapy on the TV and thought it would be a good solution. I decided to go big and got my whole face, neck and chest treated. My experience with Dr. Saini was great. She explained everything in great detail during the consultation. It was not a painless procedure, but it was manageable. She talked to me throughout the entire procedure to keep my mind off of any discomfort and as soon as it was over, it was like I had nothing done. There was no pain or redness. What I immediately felt was some tightening of the skin. It is now three months later and I see great tightening around my jawline and under my chin, a lifting of my brows and the small wrinkles in my décolletage have dramatically improved. I was so happy that I also decided to do Voluma in my cheeks, which now appear more full and youthful.

I am a fashion publicist here in NY with a lifestyle that demands I appear top of my game on any given day. At 36 years old, Dr. Saini has provided me that little extra help in looking younger, fresher, and in some ways more attractive than ever before. We have done both cheek injections, and botox on the forehead and around the eyes. The results are both beautiful and natural, and I couldn't be more pleased. 

I had my first botox procedure and the results were amazing. I could not have been happier. It has giving me much more confidence in my everyday life, socially, mentally and physically.

Dr. Saini is an oustanding doctor! she is very up to date with the latest treatment protocols, very gentle, polite and punctual. I was very happy my family doctor referred me to her; she answered all my questions and even though the clinic was incredibly busy I was seen at my scheduled time and the administration side seemed to be almost flawless. Very impressed by this doctor and her practice. I continue to be impressed and have referred many people to her as I continue to be treated by her on a regular basis.

Dr. Saini is excellent and always ready to listen to your concerns and questions so have them handy. She wants to do her best for you and you can tell she really cares about your health. She is honest and straightforward and will not recommend that you do a treatment unless she feels it is going to help you achieve the look you want. I have seen her regularly for botox/fillers and other treatments through some very trying times and always leave knowing I was well cared for and about.

I have been going to Dr. Saini for years and have always been very pleased with my Botox. She believes in producing very natural results and really listens to what your needs are. This past visit, she introduced me to Belotero, a new filler for the lines between my brows and around my mouth. Wow! The product is so soft and natural appearing- she really did an incredible job!

A waste of time and money, and after a f/u visit it was apparent there was not change, I was asked to come back again in another 3 months for another pass over the middle of my neck. This visit was canceled two days prior to the procedure. They were supposed to contact me for another date, but that never happened. ULTHERAPY is useless, does not work. I told no one I was having the procedure and not one person commented that I even looked rested or good or anything. That's b/c there was absolutely no change at all, no improvement, just discomfort. Before you venture into a commitment, make sure you research the doctor and even speak to one or two of his/her patients if possible. Updated on 10 Feb 2015: It is not 8 months since my ultherapy procedure and there is absolutely no change. The office was supposed to call me after they cancelled an appointment for the Dr. to give me another pass on the neck area. They never called and could care less. They were obviously only interested in the money ($3700.00) Dr. Ritu should be ashamed of herself. I thought at first she was a caring person, but I was misinformed. DO NOT BOTHER TO GET ULTHERAPY, It does not work. Updated on 24 Feb 2015: It is almost 9 months since my treatment ($3700) and there is absolutely no change, none...... Dr. Saini's office never called me back after cancelling an appointment for another pass over the neck area after my follow-up appointment. When I went into the office after 3 months, it was apparent there was no difference on the neck or face area. Her machine conked out twice during the procedure and perhaps this was a possible factor for lack of positive results. I would not recommend this office or this procedure.
