5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation
Dr. Spiro is a perfectionist and tells it like it is!! He listens and will go through all your pics of what you do and don't want. I even brought in porn shots to show him! He also could've done a few additional procedures on me that i was considering but he didn't push me at all. His staff and team are incredible, thoughtful and have an excellent beside manner. They are organized and always have a smile on their face! Dr. Spiro also uses the best anesthesiologists! Ive had several surgeries since i was a child (non cosmetic) and this woman was THE BEST! She was so warm and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Spiro. My girlfriends who all live in the city call him the "breast whisper"! ;) HE IS!!!

I first had exposure to Dr Spiros work around 15 years ago when I was working with breast cancer patients who were going thru breast reconstructive surgery. The Oncologist I worked for would often comment on what an artist Dr Spiro was and would tell our patients that they were in great hands for their reconstructive surgery. Fast forward around 15 years later when I found myself considering BA surgery. I knew just who to call. Dr Spiro answered all of my questions and spent plenty of time with me. I liked that he had years of expertise, and was not just a run of the mill PS. In order to reconstruct a post mastectomy breast, it requires a heck of a lot more skill than just shoving an implant in. So I wanted someone with far more skill and experience. When I went to his office, I see all of this art work on the walls- gorgeous paintings and drawings. And whamo! I finally understood what my old boss was referring to when he said that Dr Spiro was a "true artist". Those were HIS paintings and art work on the wall! He is an artist in every sense of the word. So his sense of symmetry, and his way at looking at the body is different than most since he looks at things with an artists eye. He noted things in my exam and measurements that I had never ever noticed on my own body- and I've been in this body for 42 years! His surgical skills are second to none. He is a perfectionist which I love, and very particular with his outcomes. He is professional and makes me feel at ease and confident. His office staff made the entire process smooth and simple and their responsiveness to questions was perfect. I'm so pleased with my decision to choose Dr Spiro as my surgeon. As a health care professional myself, I feel I have a strong set of criteria that one must meet before I let them operate on me, and Dr Spiro passed the test hands down! 20 stars.
So far I have been very impressed with Dr Spiro and his staff pre-op. Hopefully I will be even more pleased afterwards!

He has a good reputation, gets to the point, not complimentary but rather direct about what is "wrong with your face". I wasn't quite prepared to be told what he saw but I've heard he is a perfectionist. Staff is very sweet and they are nice when I had to call because of the after effects of this excessive amount of filler. For a cash business, I had to wait a good 45 minutes before I saw the doctor - 30 minutes in the waiting room and then 15 minutes in the exam room which I thought was absurd.
2 out of 5 stars Fat Transfer
This is mainly the office and policy regarding consults. I was seeking consultation for fat transfers to the face to help remedy muscle loss depletion due to a car accident, as well as asymmetry in my calves. He first said that he wouldn't do a transfer to calf, that I didn't have enough fat to complete such a procedure. As far as my face, he said he wouldn't perform a fat transfer due to...
