Incredible Experience. Dr. Spiro is an artist

Dr. Spiro is an artist and my experience with him has been nothing short of spectacular. I had an unusual type of tummy tuck /abdominoplasty with him -- I don't know anyone else who has done it the way I have, but I cannot overestimate how thrilled I am with the results. He basically did the resection first (in other words, he did the tummy tuck first) and then created a brand new belly button afterwards. (Neoumbilicoplasty.) The cons are that you have to have the stomach (pun intended) to live without a belly button for a few months. The pros are that you end up with no scar around the belly button because the sutures are embedded inside the bellybutton rather than done the "traditional" way of using your original bellybutton opening. Even though I am still healing (and have some irritation on the stomach from my bandages), I can already tell that my tummy tuck scar looks awesome and that I will have the most gorgeous and elegant bellybutton. I frankly can't wait to hit the beach in a bikini -- I feel like I'll be ready in a few months. By the way, I'm 50 with 2 children and I -- no joke -- feel like I now have the body of a 20 year old.
