Brian S. Glatt, MD, FACS of Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey specializes in evaluating the needs of the entire patient, and he and his staff make comfort and privacy a top priority.
Amazing life changing experience, 3 failed pregnancies and weight gain had taken its toll on my body, it was an everyday reminder of that sadness when i looked at myself, even after losing all the weight my body was never the same, Dr. Glatt changed all that. My body looks better than when I was in my twenties, he is a miracle worker! Both Dr.Glatt and all his staff were incredibly kind and encouraging as well, really putting me at ease for such a large procedure which went flawlessly without a single complication. I can’t say enough good things!!
This was my second surgery with Dr. Glatt; the first being a bilateral breast reduction/lift. Both of my surgeries turned out amazing. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results of my facelift and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to him for any other procedures. He takes extreme care with placing incisions and to achieve a natural look. I really hit the lottery when I found Dr Glatt.
I couldn’t be happier with my tummy tuck results performed by Dr. Glatt. I felt comfortable with his care from the initial consultation. My experience was exceptional. Dr. Glatt was incredibly professional, informative, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The nurses at the surgery center were awesome. (Pre op, post op and the nurse that stayed the night with me after the surgery) really took good care of me. Nurse Jordan is awesome too, she makes you feel really comfortable. Basically the whole stuff is professional. The surgery itself went smoothly, the results have been beyond worth it. Specially for me , I contemplated about it for over 3yrs. Now I love how smooth and toned my abdomen looks. My clothes fit better. I would highly recommend Dr. Glatt and his stuff for tummy tuck to anyone who is looking to get it. Thank you to the entire team.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Glatt. I had a breast reduction and lift and I could not be happier with my results. I am 61 years old and thought about this for many years, but was afraid to do it. I was recommended to Dr. Glatt by a friend whose daughter had a similar surgery with him, and after I met him and investigated his education, experience and credentials, I decided to have him do the surgery. He assured me that with his technique, breast reduction surgery is virtually bloodless and painless and he was 100% correct. I did not even need Tylenol. I am thrilled beyond measure and I would recommend him highly.
After I had my son I was left with loose skin above my belly button and a three finger separation of my abs. I also breast fed which left my already small lip sided breasts flat as pancakes and sooo saggy. I did tons of tons of research for three years and finally decided on Dr. Glatt. It was the BEST experience I could have imagined. He is kind, caring, compassionate and answers every question without making you feel rushed or insignificant. The entire office is amazing. They make the process seamless and easy, from the prescriptions to the financing to the after care, it’s all set out for you. They are there to guide you 24/7 if you need it.. Nurse Jordan made my experience so comfortable and easy. You can reach out to her at any time with the silliest question and she will get right back to you and make you feel at ease. I am so grateful that I chose Dr. Glatt for such a serious nerve wracking procedure. After surgery they set you up with a private nurse which helps soooo much. The first night you need that help around the clock and they are the best and kindest people by far. I am only 6 weeks post op and already obsessed with my new body. I can’t believe it’s mine when I look in the mirror sometimes. I never thought I’d be this confident again in myself, and I have Dr. Glatt to thank for that. If you are considering any type of surgery with Dr. Glatt, do not hesitate. He will change your life!!! I know he changed mine.
I'm just one day post op with Dr. Glatt and I'm already so in love with them! They're riding high and pointy but of course it's going to look like that until they drop, but the size is perfect, and I can tell they're going to go look amazing. I was crazy nervous as this was my first surgery but Dr. Glatt, the anesthesiologist, and all of the nurses were amazing at putting me at ease. The day of went incredibly smooth. When I woke up from surgery they did hurt pretty bad up on the top so took an oxy at the hospital before I left. But now on say too I have very little pain. I'm using just Tylenol and feel fine. It's more uncomfortable and I can feel them stretching but the pain is minimal. More of a bruised achy feeling. I can't wait to see what they look like when they start to drop and fluff!!! I'll provide some pics when I take a shower. I have before and after. Updated on 16 Mar 2023: I'm four days post op and I'm slowly feeling more human. Although I have to say the post surgery blues are real. Having some depression and anxiety, but I don't at all regret it..I think this is just part of the healing. Bloating is slowing going down and that feels good. Sleeping on my back is the worst part. Dr. Said I could sleep on my side but it hurts too much. Overall tho the pain is very very manageable, and the incisions are starting to get really itchy. They still feel tight and stretched but it's only been four days so I'm expecting that. Updated on 30 Mar 2023: I'm definitely feeling the boob greed. Pain is pretty much gone at this point with the exception of some zings and sensitivity but nothing that's a problem. I'm hoping they drop and fluff more. I know I'm early in the process and they'll look very different in a few months but it's hard not to worry! Mostly I'm just really wishing I had gone bigger. Updated on 11 Apr 2023: I'm now one month post op and I can't believe how good they're looking already. I was fully prepared for Frankenboob for at least six weeks but they're already soft and the shape keeps getting better. Seriously after the first week it's a breeze, and at 4 weeks they feel like they've always been a part of me. There's no pain at all aside from the occasion zinger and they get a little tender feeling if I try a bunch of tops on lol. But that's already getting better. They're fluffing out A LOT and I know they have more fluffing to do so I'm really happy. The size difference from 2 weeks to know is very noticeable. I can't wait to see what they look like at three and six months!
Mom of 2 kids 1.5 and 3.5 years old. After breastfeeding my breast went back to my original size but seemed less full then before. Breastfeedimg the were always small but a little fuller and I was getting use to it until I stopped breastfeeding so decided to get the implants. I was having second thoughts but so far 1 day after surgery I'm happy with my decision Updated on 13 Nov 2022: I feel fine except waking up my muscles hurt so bad and feel really tight. For some reason my right breast is so much more painful then the left. And has a spot that if touched it feels like needles in it. Hoping it goes away soon. Will speak to doctor tomorrow or call nurse today if I think its something more serious Updated on 18 Nov 2022: So far I'm 1 week post op and don't see much changed since day 1. The swelling is the same. Was always less then I expected. Maybe Sinechh helped idk.. anyways I still have stabbing pains probably from a nerve one right side which is the side he started so that's where he was trying our different implant sizes before completing the surgery. I started my massages and it does feel a little uncomfortable. I have been doing more then i should because I have no choice.. the support person is not there like they said they would be but thats on me for relying on other people.. I do have 2 babies 1 and half and 3 and half who come sleep with me at night and my 1 year old has hit me by mistake in right breast (the one that hurts the most) also I have been cooking washing dishes and grocery shopping and feel fine. After a while I get a little tired and sore so I try to rest as much as possible . But no pain medicine I can deal with the discomfort just by staying busy. I was worried about having a hematoma but they said it doesn't look like it. Incisions don't bother me at all only the muscle pain. Updated on 5 Dec 2022: Hello everyone! So I'm writing this update to get some opinions.. anything will help just to understand what's going on. So my left breast seems to have dropped the first week after surgery and already feels like part of my body I don't even feel like there's an implant. My right one on the other hand feels different and higher up and hasn't dropped yet at all, even if I'm walking I just feel like there is a hard implant in my chest and it's a little stiff. I know its still very early but I'm wondering if it could already be capsular contracture or what else? My surgeons nurse said she didn't see a difference, But it's definetly there. Also at home I have been having a lot of problems and stress that I didnt predict and no help at all since 3 days post-op so I've been having to handle my 3 year old and 1 year old alone all day long along with normal life like shopping, pushing cart, vacuuming, cleaning, getting them in car seats, working (no lifting) etc.. I'm trying my best to not overdue it especially with my right side. But I would just love any opinions or any stories of a similar situation and what was the outcome? Thanks Updated on 10 Dec 2022: Here I am about 4 weeks post op and feeling great. I almost feel 100%normal like nothing happened. I haven't really had any pain since the first week then just s little discomfort here and there for the second week. Now my scars are looking really good in my opinion. I keep putting scar gel that PS gave me and still have my post surgery bra. I actually find it very comfortable and don't have a problem with it. I can sleep on my side perfectly with no pain or discomfort and they are getting a lot softer by the day. Only worry I have is that my right one is a little different, meaning it didn't drop as much and where the scar is doesn't look as round. I'm hoping time will help although it's not that noticeable. Don't know if anyone is reading my review lol but it really helped me seeing pics when I decided to do this so I hope someone can find it helpful to them. Also I like to update to go back and see my progress Updated on 4 Jan 2023: I feel amazing and love them everyday more. I got measure at Victoria secret and I am now 34D! I was only expecting 34 C so I am very shocked and happy. They look great in bras and I got the ok to wear whatever I want but I do like sleeping with the post op bra rather then braless. Updated on 12 Jul 2023: I am 9 months post surgery and I love my results. I don't have any issues and feels like they are mine and I even forget about them. I don't remember my body without them. I would re do it 100% Here are some pics with bathing suits that I would of never wore before
I first met Dr. Glatt in 2011, when I went for a consultation to learn more about diastasis recti repair. After having my second child, I was left with a large diastasis recti. I recall how kind and patient he was during the visit. I did not book the abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) at that time because I decided to have another child. I returned to Dr. Glatt’s office in 2018 after my 3rd child was 4 years old. After having a c-section, the diastasis had become even larger. I was ready to move forward. I decided I would lose some weight before booking the surgery. Then when I was ready, the Covid pandemic began. I put this plan on a long hold. Then in 2021, the long awaited surgery was booked. I had waited 10 years for this day! I was tired of carrying around the big boulder on my waistline. I was tired of being mistaken for being pregnant, for wearing maternity clothes, for being uncomfortable in my own skin. Dr. Glatt and his team made the entire process from start to finish smooth and seamless. Recovery was a bit more intense than I anticipated but Dr. Glatt, his nurse and staff were very empathetic and compassionate. As a nurse practitioner, I understand the importance of providing a high level of care. I feel I received excellent care from surgery through recovery. And I could not be happier with the results! I can’t thank him enough! I finally feel like my old self again. I highly recommend Dr. Glatt!
I am very pleased that I chose Dr. Glatt for my mastopexy surgery. He is very attentive and has very fine professional skills. The results exceeded my expectations! The support staff at the office enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommend to anyone seeking similar treatment.
Excellent experience all around. Friendly front desk staff and beautiful office. Katelyn did filler injections, she’s truly amazing. Her consult was thorough, and I love the results! I will definitely return.
