I had an amazing experience with Dr. Parakh and her entire team. This was my first experience with cosmetic surgery and I was, honestly, terrified. I did my research and due diligence regarding lower Blepharoplasty, and the second I met Dr Parakh, I made my decision. First, her office team is top flight. From the kind and diligent Bianca greeting you warmly at the front desk to Maria efficiently and expertly handling paperwork to the amazing Viktoria who assists Dr Parakh in every aspect of patient care - you will be in the finest, most attentive hands. Pre and Post surgery, Viktoria was my contact (though the one time I needed to reach Dr Parakh after hours, she replied in minutes) through text, phone and email. Viktoria responded immediately to my many questions and if she didn't know an answer, she found out from the doctor and got back to me as soon as humanly possible. Dr Parakh herself is that wonderful combination of total expertise and competence and the best girlfriend you wish you had. Funny, easy, brilliantly gifted, completely present, multi-certified, and ultimately inspiring, she listened carefully to my desire to be rid of these troublesome eye bags and still look like a woman well and wonderfully over 50. At 61, this doctor has me looking my very best. The surgery itself was perfectly handled. I'd had a terrible experience with anesthesia in the past and that was worrying me. The anesthesiologist came into the room, pre-surgery, and listened very carefully to my previous experience, assuring me he would do his best to avoid lingering negative effects. He did his job well! Not only did I have NO pain from the surgery (I never needed, nor took a pain killer after the first day) but I had no impact from the anesthesia, allowing me to rapidly recover. Every single thing I was told would happened, happened exactly as I was told. So... how do I look? Pretty great. My long unloved eye bags are gone! At 2 weeks post surgery, there is the tiniest bruise which covers nicely with cover-up. When I smile, I have exactly the right amount of smile lines to look my age but...ya know - like I had a really, really, REALLY good sleep. Go to Dr Parakh; she'll make you your best you.

I am a type A personality that provides critical care in an operating room setting myself, so when it came time to find who would perform my surgery, I spent well over a year researching. Beyond the credentials of being double board certified and a Castle Connolly top doctor, you'll also find Dr. Parakh has incredible clinical and aesthetic outcomes. I poured over countless forums, reviews, spoke directly to several former patients, and looked through thousands of photos comparing the results of the most prestigious plastic surgeons. (Budget was not a limiting factor. I wanted the best.) Dr. Parakh was consistently the clear choice and yet, I still went to 2 other consults just for the most thorough comparison. I did not make this choice lightly. I'm a single mom and promised myself I'd only proceed if I felt completely safe and cared for. Dr. Parakh made me feel exactly that. I've spent my entire adult life working with surgeons and there is just so much that sets her apart. She's meticulous, confident, gentle, intuitive, truly listens and simply beyond gifted. My results are so incredible, natural and I've been told by massage therapists, nurses, and friends that it's the best they've ever seen. I had zero complications. This review is long overdue, but I couldn’t be more excited to finally share my experience with Dr. Parakh. In November 2022, I had a breast reduction, lift, and tummy tuck (no lipo) and the results have blown me away ever since. From the very first consultation to my final follow-up, Dr. Parakh has proven herself to be the best of the best. Her thoroughness, attention to detail, and perfectionism left me feeling confident every step of the way. As a woman and a mother herself, she truly understands a woman’s body and the intricacies involved in making you look and feel your absolute best. What truly sets Dr. Parakh apart is her ability to exceed expectations. While she is realistic and straightforward about the outcomes, she delivered results that were beyond anything I could have imagined. I have received endless compliments from doctors, nurses, and friends alike. Many have been in disbelief at how flawless and natural everything looks—especially my belly button! Stop looking anywhere else she is it! I didn’t want to write a review as soon as I could but I wanted to wait for a while to make sure everything was as I hoped. I have zero complaints and a whole lot to be happy about. Dr.Parakh literally changed my life she went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and confident about my surgery. On my day after surgery she went to check up on me personally, even though that day it was her birthday. Her skills as a surgeon and bedside manner’s are A+. I’m very happy with my results and how incredible I look, thanks to Dr.Parakh. She is it!

Dr. Parakh is simply an artist, the best surgen I have ever visited. she is sweet, kind, and answered all my questions. I felt very confident talking to her and she assured me that everything was going to turn out well, her staff is incredible too especially Jillian. I had a tummy tuck and bbl done. I’m very happy with my results, my scar is fine and my belly button looks beautiful and natural, my change was incredible. Thank God first and then Dr. Parakh for making this dream come true.

Six weeks post a scarless breast reduction and extremely happy with my results. Having already had a breast reduction 30 years ago and had healing complication back then, I was very cautious but really wanted to have another reduction. After meeting with Dr. Parakh and going over my options we decided my best option would be a scarless breast reduction. It was done in the office under local anesthesia with an amazing staff. My procedure was painless and recover was much faster than I had anticipated. I am very grateful to Dr. Parakh and her whole staff. From the beginning to the end they were all extremely professional, understanding and always available to answer any questions. I highly recommended Dr Parakh!

First of all, she is the sweetest. Her bedside manner is unmatched! Dr. Parakh is simply an artist. She listens to your concerns and makes the process easy. She tells you the truth, wants you to be happy with your results. She’s not one of those “yes” surgeons if its not safe to do she will definitely let you know! The office is gorgeous and the staff are amazing women. I’ve done my research because I’ve wanted to get my stomach done for years. I wouldn’t have gone to anyone else. I’m currently 5 months post op and am loving my results!!! I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction (belly, back n bra roll). Dr. Parakh is not a surgeon, she is a wizard. I needed a TT revision surgery bc I got a Panniculectomy and had huge love handles as a result (before is first 2 pics, after is last 2 pics), and I ended up getting a Lower Body Lift with her. A little over 2 months post op, and I feel like my belly button and over all results look SO great and natural. I never thought I would be actually excited for bathing suit season haha. I was so nervous at first and Dr. Parakh made me feel so comfortable from our first conversation to going under anesthesia. She listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one. I had consults with other male surgeons who I just did not feel 100% confident with. I was visibly nervous the day of surgery and she even held my hand going under :’). Dr. Parakh is very kind and confident in her work. I am so lucky to live a little over 2 hours to the practice, but after doing my research and joining FB groups, I would have 100% made the trip from anywhere. Office staff is extremely helpful and responsive as well. I’m so grateful I went with her!
