I think Dr. Maack is very friendly. He listens to every question and is very thorough in his answers. He gives you the details before a surgery and all about the recovery. He does not seem to mind any calls or questions after surgery. If your nervous or have concerns he is calming and talks you through the moment. There is very little noticeable after my 2 MOHs surgeries.

Kelly was fabulous, she was sooo reassuring and compassionate with my fears. Believe me i was scared. I did a BBL treatment on my face for dark spots. I was concerned about the areas around my eyes and she assured me it was fine. She explained everything through out the laser treatment. My before and after pictures shows my progress.
