Thank you for considering me as you begin your research about plastic surgery options. My goal has always been to provide exceptional results with the highest quality care and to develop relationships that continue throughout a lifetime. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss your goals.
Love Dr. Reno. great listener. Gave me options and answered all my questions. Small B to idk. Around 2yrs post op this month. Compliments all the time from people that know me and stares from strangers.
I'm 36 y/o mother of two. I was diagnosed with kidney disease a few years back. That made me gain from 130lbs to 250lbs. I was a bra size 40B at my largest. I have always been flat chested. I recently lost back down to 155lbs. When I lost the weight, I lost ALL of my boobs. I wanted Dr. William Reno III to be my PS since I started to get an augmentation in 2005, but put it off. September 1, 2021 I scheduled my first consult and scheduled my BA for September 30, 2021. As I told Dr. Reno I wanted BOOBS not boobs. He did several measurements and we decided together on 550cc saline implants filled to 590cc. I'm 5'6" 155lbs and have a broad chest. He warned me before the surgery that my breasts were going to look very swollen, very high, and feel very firm. He said it takes time for them to settle and look like what I had envisioned. He and his staff are beyond anything I could have asked for they are amazing! I'm still nervous as I'm only 2 weeks post-op and waiting for the "drop and fluff". I'll attach some pictures and post updates. If anyone has had a similar procedure, I'd appreciate any advice you may have. Thanks! Updated on 21 Oct 2021: I’m back to doing almost everything I was previously doing. My left breast is still a little sore if I try to lift anything over 15lbs. I am sleeping on my side again. I am doing my massages every day like the doctor instructed me to do. They still have some “dropping and fluffing” to go, but I’m trying to trust the process. Updated on 29 Oct 2021: Tomorrow will be one month out. My left breast is still not as soft or low as my right one, but things are progressing. I am not good at taking pictures, but I’ll include how they look today. Updated on 7 Nov 2021: My breasts feel much more like a natural part of my body. My left breast doesn’t feel like it has fluffed as much as my right breast. I know it’s early, but I went and bought a “real bra” yesterday. Hello 36DD! :) The incisions have almost no difference in color vs. the rest of my skin. I can pick up heavier things now and there’s no discomfort. Updated on 23 Nov 2021: My implants have dropped more and are softer. They feel more like I’ve always had them. The left implant is still a bit slower in the drop and fluff department, but it’s getting there. I’m loving my results! Updated on 23 Feb 2022: Pics from before and after from office and now pics. Updated on 27 Apr 2022: The girls have settled, and I’m in a 36 DD!
I am a person who has high anxiety when it comes to surgeries or even doctor’s offices in general. Dr. Reno and his staff made me feel like nothing short of family. Everyone from the nurses, the coordinator, the anesthesiologist to doctor Reno all made me feel extremely comfortable during my time there. And my results, were everything I could’ve hoped for and more. No more neck problems or constantly having to situate myself in my bra. Thank you thank you Dr. Reno!!
I absolutely loved Dr. Reno!!! He made me super comfortable and more excited than nervous. He was more like a friend than a doctor. He has a great personality and super respectful. He explained everything in simple terms for me to understand better.
My experience with this surgeon and all the other staff behind the scenes was nothing short of amazing. I feel more like myself and more comfortable in my own body thanks to Dr. Reno. I 100% recommended this facility.
Dr Reno is skilled at his profession and exhibits extreme attention to detail. His staff is friendly and very professional. From the moment you walk in the door, the atmosphere is calming and inviting. I cannot say enough positive things about my whole experience. I am extremely pleased with my results as well.
I stepped into Dr. Reno's office after receiving a Breast Cancer diagnosis. Both he and his staff were wonderful. He took the time to put my mind at ease and answer any questions I had about my upcoming double Mastectomy and Reconstruction. He not only took very good care of me for that, but ended up doing a facial skin graft for me after removing a cancerous place on the bridge of my nose. You would never know it's patched! ( Needless to say, it was a rough year!) I can't recommend him and his work enough!
I have stalked this website for months in anticipation of my much needed reduction. I've put it off for years because I wanted to wait until I was done breastfeeding children. So now, at 34 years old, after an 80lb weight loss I did it! Preop I was 5'9 and 210 pounds. The pain at 2 days post op is what I expected based on these reviews. Updated on 13 Mar 2017: Still requiring pain meds. I have read quite a few reviews where women didn't need them at all but i have needed them. I have been taking stool softener and even took milk of mag yesterday but still no bm. ???? Hope to resolve that soon. Anyway, here are my photos from last nights wash and dressing change. Updated on 13 Mar 2017: Updated on 14 Mar 2017: Swelling and bruising more apparent. Also gonna have to really work on my belly after I recover from this! Updated on 24 Mar 2017: Still swelling and sore under my arms. I'm getting nervous that my under arms will never be normal in appearance but I would still have had the surgery had I known they would look like that. Updated on 31 Mar 2017: Updated on 7 Apr 2017: I go back to work this weekend and I'm ready! Tired of sitting around this house. I still haven't been cleared for exercise and regular lifting. I guess I have to wait until I see my PS again (at almost 6 weeks post on the 19th.) I have one area I'm still concerned about. It's very small but it isn't healing and the tiny wound bed is hard and green instead of pink. I tried to scrub it a little and the green tissue is kinda stringy and I couldn't pull it all off or make it bleed. I'm nervous it is Eschar and will require debridment and will end up deep. I'm going to watch it over the weekend and get in Monday if not better. My breasts still swell a good bit so I don't know my final size yet. I'm excited to go bra shopping in a couple months! I took some pictures of the area of concern but they aren't the best quality. Updated on 20 Apr 2017: Had my follow up appt yesterday. I had some concerns (a few sutures surfacing, still sore and firm on the sides under my arms, etc) but he blew me off. I get this weird popping when massaging my scars sometimes and I was concerned I was doing damage. I don't know if I'm snapping sutures or scar tissue or what. My ps didn't have a clear answer but wasn't concerned. Blew off my concern about my under arm dog ears too. Anyway, I'm still very happy with my results. My breasts are settling and all healed up. I got my before and after pictures from him yesterday as well. All cleared for exercise and can wear whatever bra I want. I've read no underwire for 6 months but my ps didn't mention that. So ready to get out of sports bras! According to my current measurements I went from 38H to 38DD. Still bigger than I wanted to be but at least they're perky now! They aren't near as heavy. Updated on 9 May 2017: They've definitely dropped and have a more natural shape. The scar is very red/pink but I think that will improve. I'm considering silicone sheeting if they don't improve over the next few weeks. As of right now I went from 38 H to 38 D
Dr Reno did my breast lift and implants last fall and I simply could not be more pleased. I'm extremely modest and the thought of a man examining and measuring part of my body that I'm so self conscious about terrified me and kept me from doing this for years. He and his staff were so helpful and professional and made me very comfortable at each visit. I had very droopy breasts after birthing and nursing three children. While I didn't care about the size, I knew I wanted a lift and the areola size reduced. He recommended implants also, as a lot of tissue would be taken by doing the lift. I was a little nervous about the size (being too large) but Dr Reno chose the perfect size for me. The scarring was another big concern. Almost a year later, my scars are barely visible. I had zero complications after surgery and am looking forward to swimsuit season for the first time in a decade! I highly recommend Dr Reno! I had consultations with several PS in Hattiesburg area. Don't waste your time, Dr Reno was head and shoulders above them all!
I am not going to make this some long post documenting every detail, but Dr. Reno is amazing! I am a 34 year old mother of a 13 year old child and a tummy tuck was on my list for years. Not only was I afraid, but had been talked out of it time and time again by family and friends. A friend of mine found Dr. Reno and had her tummy tuck first. She looked amazing days after and bragged about how wonderful the entire staff was. I soon after made my consultation and instantly fell in love with everyone. They made me feel so comfortable and explained every single step to me. I was able to call when I had any question, no matter how silly I thought it was. I had my surgery (full tummy tuck no lipo) September 2016. The day of the surgery, Cathy and Emily took such good care of me that I didn't even want to go home post op. The surgery took about 1.5 hours and 1 hour for recovery. That's it! Dr. Reno gave me my body and confidence back. My tummy looks better now than it did before I had my child! I am now 7 weeks post op and I feel amazing. My scar is small and improving everyday. I have the normal "swell hell" that you read about in all other reviews but other than that I LOVE MY RESULTS! Sorry, no pictures because I recently dropped my phone in water with ALL of my pre and post op pictures (might have my comparison pics on his website). If I ever need any other surgery, you can bet that I am going back to Dr. Reno!
A breast lift is designed to move the nipple areola into a normal position and to tighten the surrounding skin. The trade-off is, of course, scars. A breast implant adds volume. The larger the implant the more fullness you will see along the top and sides of the breast. The bottom of the implant sits at the lower crease of the breast. If your nipple position is below the lower crease, an implant creates an odd shape referred to as a “snoopy dog“ look. I find that most people will be more self-conscious about how they look if they simply try to choose an implant when they really need a breast lift with or without an implant. If someone does not want to be any larger and simply wants a better shape, but wants to avoid the scars of a breast lift, then I recommend getting fitted with a good bra to push up what you already have. Based on the pictures you have submitted, your nipple position does appear slightly low. Have a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to advise you of all of these different options so that you can make the best decision for you.
Thank you for your question. It is always best to try and get as close to your goal weight as possible prior to surgery. Breast size will often change with weight loss or weight gain. Your surgical results will be much more predictable once your weight is stable.
Thank you for your question and congratulations on your weight loss. It is always best to wait until you have reached your goal and your weight loss has stabilized. It may take a little longer than you prefer, but it will be worth the wait.
The difference between the two implants is so small it will make no difference in the long term results of the procedure.
You can certainly get a breast lift which will reduce the size of your areolas. Occasionally a small amount of the pigmented areola tissue that would normally be removed has to be left to avoid excess tension on the skin. That is best determined at the time of surgery. It can be removed later if it is an issue. I would recommend doing the lift first and then coming back at a second operation to add implants if you would like more volume.
