Finally, my DD’s!!! 590cc HP

ORIGINAL POST

Finally my breast augmentation!

WORTH IT
I'm 36 y/o mother of two. I was diagnosed with kidney disease a few years back. That made me gain from 130lbs to 250lbs. I was a bra size 40B at my largest. I have always been flat chested. I recently lost back down to 155lbs. When I lost the weight, I lost ALL of my boobs. I wanted Dr. William Reno III to be my PS since I started to get an augmentation in 2005, but put it off. September 1, 2021 I scheduled my first consult and scheduled my BA for September 30, 2021. As I told Dr. Reno I wanted BOOBS not boobs. He did several measurements and we decided together on 550cc saline implants filled to 590cc. I'm 5'6" 155lbs and have a broad chest. He warned me before the surgery that my breasts were going to look very swollen, very high, and feel very firm. He said it takes time for them to settle and look like what I had envisioned. He and his staff are beyond anything I could have asked for they are amazing! I'm still nervous as I'm only 2 weeks post-op and waiting for the "drop and fluff". I'll attach some pictures and post updates. If anyone has had a similar procedure, I'd appreciate any advice you may have. Thanks!

3 week update

I’m back to doing almost everything I was previously doing. My left breast is still a little sore if I try to lift anything over 15lbs. I am sleeping on my side again. I am doing my massages every day like the doctor instructed me to do. They still have some “dropping and fluffing” to go, but I’m trying to trust the process.

Hang in there - you'll keep progressing! As you stated, you've gone through kidney disease so you understand that you have to let your body heal - give it time (it's amazing all on it's own) to heal, help it along the way and it will reward you! I understand a bit about your journey, I was diagnosed with Liver disease in 2018 and got my BA in July 2021 - mostly because I wanted to feel feminine and proportional again (the liver disease - PLD - just keeps expanding my liver/abdomen, deal with pain, weight loss, and always look 6 months pregnant about 1/2 the year). I am so happy I chose this path - to get my new boobs, and I am letting my body heal and loving it every day in the meantime. You should see progress and better results with time - looking more natural and feeling great. Your recent pics at 3 weeks look good - keep up stretching, really made me feel better (not so much massages for me as full upper body stretches, especially in the AM and before bed). Good for you - look at your body and smile every day, that confidence makes a world of difference. :-)

Almost one month out

Tomorrow will be one month out. My left breast is still not as soft or low as my right one, but things are progressing. I am not good at taking pictures, but I’ll include how they look today.
