I had an amazing experience with Mesna plastic surgery and aesthetic center. I did a lot of research for rhinoplasty. I chose Dr. Mesna for two big reasons. First, Dr. Mesna’s work is natural which was really important to me. Amazing Results - incision is very low and you can hardly see it
I have had several procedures with this Dr and he is genuine, honest and very good at all that he does. I had researched for quite a while on real self and some after pictures were not at all the results that I wanted. Some incisions and scars looked awful. I am shocked that my incision is right where my c-section scar was, very low and you can hardly see it. So pleased with my results!!

Lipo with Renuvion + halo laser for chin/neck rejuvenation
I hated the contour of my chin/neck before. I am genetically predisposed to a thick fat pad under my chin and loose neck skin. So by my mid-thirties I was already looking for help in these areas. I was so embarrassed of my turkey neck I would hide behind my hair. Even at the gym I would avoid putting my hair in a ponytail because I felt like my biggest flaw was on full display. I did my due diligence searching for a doctor to perform what I thought would be laser lipo. I came to Dr Mesna after coming to terms that lipo MAY not be my best course. He was so incredibly caring, he explained ALL my options, he said laser lipo may be an option, but thoroughly explained other procedures. As it tuned out, lipo, was not my best course. GREAT Experience, 5 Stars Every Visit!
Had a wonderful experience with Mesna! I got smart lipo and I've only a month into recovery and seeing great results already with more to come. He takes time with each patient himself (doesn't just have his nurses do a questionnaire with you, etc). Makes you feel comfortable before and after the procedure with minimal nerves or issues.
