I need more than 5 Stars for this Doctor. Dr. Steven Thomas is AMAZING! This man has so much talent. I trust him wholeheartedly with my body. Highly satisfied with the time and consideration put in to meeting my desired outcome with my breast augmentation. Not only was Dr. Thomas wonderful, his team is OUTSTANDING!! This was my 4th procedure with them in which I was equally highly satisfied with! It’s hard to pin point one single thing that would be the best, when everything was so outstanding. From the minute you walk through the door, with the Beautiful Decor, the lovely ladies at the counter, to the amazing team who did the pre-surgical review to the final meeting with Dr. Thomas and the amazing results! I can't thank you enough for taking such wonderful care of me each and every time. I always feel treated like family. Thank you Dr. Thomas! I appreciate you so much!!!

On March 25, 1996 I was brought into Munson Medical Center after being T-boned on the right side of my face at 60mph by a Dodge Ram as a 15 year old passenger of a Dodge Omni. I arrived with a severe right brain injury, a crushed right side of my face and a severely damaged eye. I appeared as a bloody mass with a right eye somewhere and no bone in sight. My neurosurgeon called Dr Thomas, who was leaving on vacation the following morning because he was the best selection for my care the very best available and I wow did I get lucky they work so well together. This was an outcome impossible to predict and only possible by the grace of god with some darned good surgeons. Dr. Thomas was not yet board certified as a plastic surgeon yet still, the man for this operation because his innate skills are greater than possible. He worked on my face for countless hours with the other surgeons trying to save what he could, remove what shouldn’t be and let me rest in a in a 9 day coma. Following this was another surgery to place fake bone. After a few months I went home with a shaved head, a crooked face, 87 pounds and a baby mind…..but still alive. Fast forward to 2020. Dr Thomas, his staff and I have spent quite a bit of time together. The big red thick scar on my whole right face is a fine line with compensated structural development underneath to make both sides identical. I never fear surgery and look forward to visits. His staff is friendly, accommodating, punctual, the billing beyond efficient and the comfort level very high. This is a judgement free zone. It always has been. Not only is Dr. Thomas beyond skilled at what he does he is a wonderful person, as well as the other physicians that share the space. If you are considering cosmetic procedures, surgery or a consult I strongly urge you to visit The Center for Plastic Surgery & Skin Care. As an accomplished, beautiful woman who was/is partly re-created by Dr. Thomas and his staff inside and out I am proof of their talent.

Dr. Thomas is a truly amazing doctor. I am so thankful for being referred to him, I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon to do my surgery. From my first appointment at the center to my most recent follow up appointment I have only had great experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful. I honestly can say that I have not one bad thing to say about Dr Thomas, the Center, and the surgery center.

I couldn't have chosen a better doctor! He was honest with me all along about what to expect and not to expect. I had no illusion of unrealistic results. My legs look better than I even hoped for! Highly recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Thomas is everything you would want your doctor to be. Has the sought after "great bedside manner" that everyone looks for in a doctor. Kind, caring and explains everything and takes as much time as you need to answer questions. He is also very focused on giving the best possible results and has the expertise to do so.

He was absolutely amazing. Never felt uncomfortable. I felt like he truly understood my wants and desires and made sure I was going to be completely happy with the result. He was very informative and made sure my recovery would be wonderful and it was.

I have had a very difficult experience. I am still in the healing process and have major concerns. I had complications and a set back...the photos I provided are what they did as a repair surgery and they left me open to heal from there not being enough healthy skin to stretch down and close me. I’m just trying to stay positive. Looking for others out there that may have had similar experiences.Updated on 25 May 2018: Updated on 21 Aug 2019: So so so happy with Dr. Thomas and his team! My mommy makeover was truly amazing! Great results!! I wold definitely recommend the Center for Plastic Surgery for any of your needs! If anyone has any doubts just put yourself in Dr. Thomas's hands and he will take care of you!!!

I am very pleased with the results of my procedure. The love handles and hips are gone. I can wear a bikini again and feel good about myself. I also had a breast augmentation that turned out great. Dr. Thomas is great, I highly recommend him for anything that you may be thinking about having done. You won't regret it.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Thomas, his staff and The Center for Plastic Surgery!! My initial consult was very comforting and informative. Dr. Thomas answered all of my question with ease and his confidence eluded throughout our conversation. He has a wonderful sense of humor but also knows when to keep things serious if need be. He performed a tummy tuck with lypo of the flanks on me due to a large umbilical hernia and a 5cm diastases from my two pregnancies. He gave me my body back after having two girls and my confidence is sky high! Updated on 2 Jan 2020: Looking and feeling my best!! Also, came up with some beautiful ink to cover my scar and bring my sexy back! I can’t say how AMAZING Dr Thomas is and his staff! I’d do it all over in a heartbeat!

I can't believe it is my turn already to share my journey. I have spent months on the Real Self website and it has been a valuable resource for me. I had never thought of myself as someone who would get breast augmentation. I always had small breasts but I liked them. I have 4 sisters who are all large breasted and I have seen them struggle. Shirts didn't fit right, backaches, not able to jog or sleep on their stomachs. Two of them have had reductions. Not to mention my breasts always looked better because even though they were small, they were perky! However, age and gravity have set in and my breasts are no longer perky. I originally was hoping that an implant would give me the lift and upper pole fullness I wanted...but after 3 consultations a lift with aug is in my future. My husband is supportive of my decision but really did not want me needing the lift. The scars really worry him, and I have to say that is my biggest fear too. At my consult the PS anticipates that I will have 300 cc in the left and 350 cc in the right (to fix asymmetry) silicone moderate profile under the muscle. I am 5ft 5 in tall and weigh 132 lbs. I am 40 years old and have 2 children, a daughter who is 17 and a son who is 14. Talk about weird telling them I was doing this!! i breastfed them both, one for 6 weeks and the other for 9 months. I am currently a small C cup. The thought of being a D cup worries me but I trust my PS to choose what he thinks will look good on my body. My fear is being too big! I don't want to end up like my sisters with big boobs that are a pain! I want perky and round. Yet I don't want to b too small either! Plan to discuss more at preop on 10-29. I'm trying to not get too hung up on the cc#!! I can only take 1 week off of work so I hope I will heal quickly. I have posted a pic of my dream boobs :) and some before pics. The guilt of spending this much money on myself almost makes me want to back out. Anyone else feel this way?
