Breast reduction looks incredible! Loved the doc and staff so much, can not believe how comfortable they make you feel! This is the guy to see for any type of cosmetic procedure. His triple board certification gave me the confidence to go with him. My instinct was spot on! Love Love Love!

I am 5 days post op and can already say this was a very smart decision to go with Dr. Roche. I chose him based on his credentials, experience, and the modern techniques he uses. His staff is AMAZING! They answered all of my questions, made me feel important, and most importantly comfortable. I appreciate that I was told straight forward what to expect. Nothing was candy coated, it was very honest and open. I also respect that he incorporates homeopathic options to help with recovery. I highly suggest the IsoDerm Neuro Support Cream! So worth it! I had LipoTite, BodyTite, and Liposuction over my abdomen, flanks, dorsal rolls, buttocks, hips, inner and outer thighs, and knees. On day 5 I am amazed at how much better I look. I can only imagine what the next 3 months brings!

I am so pleased all around with my experience with Dr. Roche and his staff. They are all so kind, caring and helpful. The results from my Lipo 360 are wonderful, and keep improving daily. I'm only 6 weeks post-op, but the results are amazing. I was also able to get my Dysport injections during a post-op checkup. I plan on doing a few sessions of Evolve also. Totally worth the drive from the west side of the state!

I absolutely had the best experience with my procedure as the entire staff from the time I called to make my consultation and scheduled my surgery, was extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Dr Roche and his team to any of my friends. He took good care of me, with explaining to me everything over phone consultation as well as his friendly staff in the clinic, making me feel at ease and answering all my questions. Best of all, the outcome is fabulous, and I am very happy with the results.

I have to let you all know that I was extremely nervous before visiting Dr. Roche... I don’t even have to tell you why, I think we have all seen ‘Botched.’ I began my journey with a phone consultation that I scheduled through text. (Ok, let’s just talk about how great that is for a second! I don’t know about you, but I’m way too busy to be monkeying around with phone tag, and texting just made it so quick and efficient). Anyhow, I spoke with Dr. Roche and Janine, and I was informed of the process and the estimate for my procedures. Dr. Roche is extremely forward and upfront, something I appreciate in a doctor (I’ll pass on the fluff, please). I was able to get my appointments for the procedures scheduled the next day. I was sent multiple emails with what to expect, and Tracey even called me a few days before my surgery to see if I had any questions / concerns at all. When it came time for my surgery, I was able to get in and out with no issues, and the ladies that work there are absolutely phenomenal. Tracey ‘marked me up,’ and Dr. Roche stopped by to ensure everything was going well before also. Surgery went well, and I had absolutely zero issues. I was feeling a little nauseous afterwards, and they made sure that I was feeling ok, and gave me ice chips and a little essential oil clip-on before I left. I was not expecting this. Tracey also texted me the day following my procedure to make sure that all was well! Results : Realistic expectations in check (full results not usually seen until 3months or after). I just had my first follow up, and I couldn’t be more happy. I am not a large human being, by any means, but I’ve lost 1” on my lower abdomen. Isty bitsy bikini...here I come. My breast augmentation went extremely well also, and I was given some more advice, gear, and exercises to ensure they drop appropriately. Did I mention that this appointment was scheduled via text also?! I would highly recommend booking with Dr. Roche, and his great staff. I am incredibly glad that I did.

I had lipo on my stomach/back/banana roll in Feb. 2020 and from the very first consultation I knew I was in the right place. I did a lot of research to find someone I felt would be worthy of a consultation. Dr. Roche has the most updated tools/techniques for lipo which is why I chose him. He is very good at what he does and is very up to date with newer techniques. A lot of other surgeons in Michigan do not have some of the more updated technology for lipo. I am 4 weeks post-op now and the entire office staff has been great every step of the way. I can text them if I have a question and they respond promptly. Dr. Roche & all of the ladies in his office are amazing! Everyone is so professional and helpful. They really make you feel like family. I would highly recommend Dr. Roche without a doubt.

Dr. Roche did Restylane for me for marionette lines and nasal labia folds. He did a really great job. I had a little bruising the first time ...but that was because I am on a daily aspirin and fish oil. Not Drs fault at all, his office did mention to me to stop my baby aspirin and fish oil 7 days prior and I forgot... The second time I had Restylane, I went off of aspirin and fish oil for 5 days and zero bruising occurred after I was injected. The office is decorated so nicely...very large comfortable rooms, and it smells like apple pie throughout the office! Dr Roche and his staff are so professional , but also very warm, kind and informative about their procedures. I have inquired about other procedures too and If I can afford to do all I want to do....I will be seeing Dr. Roche in the future. Going back for his great price on Botox next month. His prices are the best in town as well. Wish I would have known about this amazing Dr and his wonderful staff years ago!

I came to Dr Gregory Roche for my initial set of saline breast implants in 2005. I was very pleased with the process and results. Dr Roche did a fantastic job of selecting implants that enhanced my appearance yet looked natural on my frame. In 2019 I decided that I was ready for a new set of implants and wanted to try the Gummy Bear implants. I went back to Dr Roche and everything from the consultation, planning, surgery, and recovery went so smoothly. The staff at this office are the best! They were very responsive with answering all my questions. The surgery and recovery went way better than I'd expected. It's definitely easier the second time around! Again Dr Roche selected a size of implant that looks natural and beautiful on my frame. I've been very satisfied with both of my breast augmentation surgeries.

I had textured saline implants removed and replaced with gummy bear silicone implants. I was nervous about the recall and I could not find my medical records because my previous surgeon had passed away and I did not keep my own records. I had nerve damage and scarring/tissue damage that made me hate my breasts to be touched and a lot of numbness. Dr. Roche met with me twice to answer my questions and we talked about whether to just remove or replace as well. He relieved my concerns and the staff there are so friendly and kind. I am so pleased with the look and feel of my new breasts. They feel natural and I have gained much of my feeling back in my breasts. The staff is top notch and they prepare you for surgery with getting you on the proper supplements and preventative care ahead of time. My experience was amazing! So thankful I chose Dr. Roche!
