Pilli Bojorquez, DDS

I was shocked when I went to my dentist for some pain and told me it was time to think about other options because my teeth weren't to be save. I started to search the costs for implants and were around $35000 in Arizona, impossible for me to be able to afford a procedure like this, but I found an opportunity in Los Algodones and decided to made an appointment during the week. I visited the clinic for a few x rays and after a couple of hours they talk to me about a plan that works for me according to my needs. Dr Xochipilli were very helpful and select me the best option for my wallet too. After that, I went back to the clinic for some pictures and molds to be ready for my procedure, they told that in five days my top and bottom teeh were going to be ready. My top jaw needed 6 or 8 extractions to be ready for the implants and I’m glad to say that I didn't felt anything during the procedure. The day after, I went for the rest extractions for my top. Then I went for the bottom and it was the same feeling, nothing to worry. Dr Bojorquez prescribed with antibiotics and pain killers just in case but it wasn't necessary. I’m happy to say that swells me a little bit but I’m ok with my implants.

I am a senior citizen and my dentures has always been a headache for me and my family. The teeth breaks easily and couldn't eat things like a corn on the cob or a good steak. In addition, it is necessary to remove dentures and clean them every night with special products and use special glues. But what bothered me was the pain. I always felt the false denture putting pressure on my jaw, it was so painful to wear! Despite how much I disliked dentures, I was really scared to go to the dentist and get implants. A friend of mine got mini-implants and was pretty bad, all the process was painful and she lost the implants shortly thereafter. It is difficult to make such a large investment if you are afraid to lose it, especially if you have to endure such pain and discomfort to get it. But I reached a point where no longer tolerate removable dentures and started looking professionals you could trust and who felt they were not getting all the money from an elderly person. Always looking for an honest and quality work, I found Dr Xochipilli Bojorquez, who is the head of the professional team of Dental Solutions Los Algodones. In Los Algodones they were very helpful and were very patient, answering all my questions politely. The process was quick and painless. After the surgery to insert the post, I was given a provisional denture that looked so good and was really confortable. A few days after, the temporary denture arrived and was instaled. Oh my god, I couldn't believe it. So fast and easy! I remembered how it felt to bite an apple, smiling and sleeping in peace. I can live carefree and my All four continue on with me, helping me to smile and still enjoying every moment of life.

I had my upper two back teeth pulled. The Dr. then screwed in 4 titanium post. I am getting three implants with a bridge on each side. I needed a bone graft on the left side during that time. There is a bit of swelling that is expected. I am taking anti inflammatory and amoxicillian too. It has been 3 days since the procedure and it's all good. I paid a very good price. I will be going back in 6 months to have the final work completed. I went to Dr. Bojorquez. She is a patient and understanding doctor. She already completed my lower mouth. I am satisfied with my lower dental implants. Updated on 2 Sep 2016: I already had my bottom back teeth done. I went back in August 2016 for the first phrase of pulling out my upper back top. I had 4 teeth pulled in all. Two on each side. The doctor drilled titanium screws. She had to do a bone graph. I didn't feel anything except knowing she was going to give me an novocaine, I cringe. My healing time from having my teeth pulled was not bad. I slept sitting up. This way I will not get dry socket. I was able to eat that night. The swelling went down in 3 days. I will see my Dentist in January to complete the process. I am looking forward to it! She does awesome work. Pain free. The price is great. You won't get a better price any where else. I didn't take pictures and wish I did. Everyone compliments me on the bottom work that the Doctor did already.

Dental Solutions was great! This is a staff that seems very dedicated to their work, and not just a south of the border dental factory. Dr. Xochipilli and her staff are very professional and caring. I am only half way through my dental work - but so far, everything is great. I would recommend these folks without hesitation!

After years of research (since 2009) and procrastination, Dr. Xochipilli Bojorquez (aka Dr. Pilli) was my choice for the Nobel Biocare All-on-4 restoration in both arches. It was a great decision. On Tu. 6/2/15 I had 18 extractions and 4 implants placed in each arch. The following day I was fitted for the temporary denture /prosthesis and on Thurs. Dr. Pilli placed the teeth. I was amazed with the outcome; beautiful teeth and I never experienced the slightest pain during or after surgery. On Friday I drove home to Las Vegas and found it remarkable that my new teeth were forgotten with the slightest distraction. That was day 3 after the surgery! The mechanics, i.e. alignment, speaking and resting position feel natural. Understanding the Nobel Biocare All-on-4 was instrumental in making my decision and choosing Dr. Pilli. Their Surgical Guide and protocols are followed worldwide. Given that and US dentists' prices, it became an easy decision to expand my research. All considered, including several case studies here, I determined that most US dentists do not have anywhere near the experience that Dr. Pilli has. Within minutes into the procedure her skill became apparent and all anxiety disappeared. I live in a Del Webb retirement community where dental issues are common. I'm a regular in the clubhouse gym and with all the social activities, I get compliments and questions. People who knew me before the trip are astonished. I wish Dr. Xochipilli Bojorquez and Los Algodones weren't so difficult to pronounce :-) I seldom write reviews but found realself.com to be wonderfully helpful. I'm soon headed back for my perms and upon return I may complete this review with some photos. Oh, and since this is about Dr. Pilli I would be remiss if I didn't mention what a pleasure it was in meeting her. She is so delightful!

Smiling used to be a painful experience, something that I avoided more than anything. I felt very ashamed since almost all my teeth had begun to deteriorate. I must say that my teeth looked pretty nasty, and although it might sound superficial, this had affected many aspects of my life. I could not eat certain foods, I could'nt express all my emotions. After having the All on 4 installed on my mouth, I could not believe my eyes: my denture looked completely natural, perfect and shiny. The best part? All procedures were done in a short time and wa completely affordable. My new teeth makes me look ten years younger, I can smile again and eat whatever I please. It is like being born again! just wanted to let you know that my wife really liked my teeth and she thinks the color is perfect. I got up this morning and felt pretty much pain free (Yeah!!). I went to work and everyone loved my teeth. My boss Christine was so excited. Besides saying they looked great, she said it looks like I had a facelift and look way younger. She told me that my face is much fuller especially in the back where I had no teeth before. Eating soft foods is a pleasure and I have not bitten my cheek sine you made the adjustment. . I want to thank you for being so informative and making me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I am thrilled.

Dr. Bojorquez is the best! I had a lot of problems from needing root canals to crowns. She's very professional, kind and explains everything before you start treatment. Her office is easy to find and beautifully modern. I hesitated about going to Baja to have dental work done but would recommend it to anyone. It would have cost me at least $20,000.00 in the US and the results are beautiful. The Hacienda Los Algodones hotel is only blocks away and has a full restaurant that caters to people having dental surgery. Dr. Bojorques was so sweet that she gave my husband and I a lift to the hotel after she noticed us waiting for the shuttle. She and her whole staff are fabulous.

Dear Dr. Xochipilli. I can not tell you enough how happy I am with my teeth! The first time and towards the end of my life I finally can enjoy a nice smile again. I had a lot of issues with my teeth before I met Dr. Xochipilli Bojorquez. When I was younger I had a lot of teeth pulled and I had a few bridges that were deteriorating and needed to be replaced.
