Dr. Montilla and Sara were so warm and comforting and really listened to me and put me at ease from day one of calling for a consult. Dr Montilla is very easy to talk to and he is very kind and patient. Sara and Dr Montilla work so well together, it was like talking to friends. Sara answered my endless questions and put my mind to rest with any conserns I had. The office is very easy to find and parking was a breeze. I highly recommend Dr Montilla and his staff.

I grew up with large breasts and then, after two pregnancies followed by significant weight gain and subsequently having lost 105lbs, I felt so insecure with my breasts. They were very deflated, and I had so much extra skin. I went to a couple of different consult appointments with different surgeons, But from the moment I arrived at Dr. Montillas office, I knew I was in the right place. He made me feel so comfortable during the appointment. I left feeling excited and sure that I was making the right decision. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and all the staff were so nice and helpful! The surgery went great and my recovery couldn't have been better. I was very well informed on what to expect every step of the way. Being able to fix one of my lifelong biggest physical insecurities into something that bring me so much confidence and honestly freedom in the ability to wear things I never could before is worth the investment I made in myself with the help and awesome skill of Dr. Montilla.

I can’t say enough wonderful things. From the staff at the front who know your name , to the nurses, to the calming environment.Then there is Dr. Montilla !! Has a lovely demeanor about him. Calm and kind. Made me comfortable in uncomfortable situations. Showing my body as it was was hard. Embarrassing even, but he made it seem as it were just a regular every day thing. He immediately put my mind at ease. I had a breast reduction. The results are of EPIC proportions !! I am 50 and my breast’s look perfect. It changed my life. I also had some work done on some spots on my lower legs. He shaped them and they look so good ! I am over the moon ! Tummy will be next and he will be my guy. Feel blessed to have found him. !

Dr. Montilla has a calming bedside manner. He's patient and understanding during the consultation.I had a good feeling as soon as I met him and it was well-founded. His staff was so pleasant and professional and I really appreciated their help as well. I had a breast lift, arm lift and liposuction of the tummy. No pain at all, maybe a tylenol needed the day after as just the expected tenderness. Its only been a week and I'm very happy with the results! I wish I had this done years ago.

When i first met with Dr.Montilla i knew almost immedeately that i came to the right place. I completely trusted, without a doupt, for him to do my much needed breast reduction. I am now possibly the happiest woman in the world. Truly, I had an amazing experience with amazing results. Even after surgery and during my recovery there was no discomfort, no bleeding, no bruising, not even much swelling at all in the sticht areas. Already five weeks after surgery the scars looked and felt very smooth and soft. I had an abdominoplasty, plication and some liposuction with Dr Montilla. He is a wonderful person with a lovely bedside manner and addressed all my concerns. I had gastric bypass about 12 years ago, and had lost a great deal of weight, but had never reached my goal weight. However I wanted to get rid of hanging skin. I had seen another doctor who had refused to do surgery on me until I reached a lower BMI, though enough time had passed that it was obvious I was not going to get much smaller. I knew this was not an ideal situation, but I still had side effects that the skin was causing. The other doctor made me feel "less, and shamed" and that I would never be able to reach this goal he had in mind for my optimal weight. So Dr Montilla attitude was very refreshing. In terms of the surgery that was done, it was perfect, my abdomen has gone from the place I hated most on my body, to a favorite. I just love it. It was painful, but the pain was controlled. I was pretty comfortable after a few days and up and moving about the day after surgery. Dr Montilla's office staff is very sweet, and has been consistent over the past year, people knew me by name, and I know their names. I had my surgery and Saint Vincents, again people there were very caring. A fantastic experience all in all, and I am so happy with the result. If I had to do it again I would in a heartbeat. A glowing heartfelt recommendation from me. Thank you all so much.

I had a lipoma excised from my back, large enough that it had to be done in an operating room. The OR staff was great, very friendly, caring, and calming. Dr. Montilla did an amazing job - I had absolutely no discomfort at all - nothing was sore, tender, or itching at all in the stitched spot. The scar looks very clean and smooth too. I had a much smaller lipoma excised years ago from a different Dr. in Worcester. This experience with Dr. Montilla was incomparably better in all aspects: evaluation, planning, surgery, recovery, and outcome.

I am very much happy with the results of my breast augmentation! From my first consult to my surgery and post-op, all the staff played an important role in making sure it was successful. Kadijah (Surgical Booker) scheduled and laid out the important dates i needed to remember leading up to surgery, Sarah (Cosmetic Coordinator) explained to me the procedure and helped me pick out the right size that is proportioned to my frame and gave me practical advices that helped me go through my recovery period, Heather (M.A.) and Glorianna (P.A.) patiently answered all my questions and concerns especially during my recovery period. And ofcourse, Dr. Montilla did a great job! I healed very quickly, I am so happy and I am contemplating on doing another procedure!!:)
