Excellent. Exceeded my expectations. She was wonderful and her staff also. I would totally go to her again for more work! It looks TERRIFIC! She is so confident and pleasant. She was always available to address my concerns, even after hours. Her staff is helpful and very nice.

Dr Johnson is wonderful, I’m very happy with my results (breast reduction). Dr Johnson made me feel very comfortable. She is professional, easy to talk to, explained surgical procedure throughly. She does great work & has an awesome bedside manner. I would highly recommend her as a plastic surgeon.

Amazing start to finish I had an arm lift on 8/14/2019, my results are nothing short of amazing. This was my 4th procedure with Dr. Johnson. You will never get a more dedicated staff from start to finish as you will get with this office. Dr Johnson genuinely cares about my well being and wants me to have the results I desire, without sacrificing my health and will tell you honestly If a procedure will benefit you or not. Dr Johnson will do procedures separately for my own safety with anesthesia and my results and recovery have been nothing short of magical. If you’re looking for a provider who cares about you wants to make you your most beautiful self is honest always has a smile and a positive attitude this is the surgeon for you! Updated on 11 Oct 2019: I was asked what my scars looks like here it is 8 weeks later looking great and fading quick. I love my new arms, I just using mederma, to help the scars fade even faster. I don’t scar very well in general but these turned out fabulous, very easy recovery, I couldn’t be happier.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Johnson and her staff. The whole process from consultation through surgery and recovery was seamless, including working with my insurance company. I traveled from New Haven to have surgery with Dr. Johnson, and I would have traveled a lot further. My incisions are healing very well, and I haven't needed anything for pain after the first week. The results are better than I had hoped for. On top of that, they treat people with dignity and respect, something that folks in the trans* community often do not get in health care settings. Extraordinary.

Absolutely incredible. I have a lower body lift in July 2018, skin removal on abdomen and saddle bag removal in November 2018. On May 28th 2019 I had a medial thigh lift, a few more surgeries to go. I am having an arm lift in August with hopefully a lower eye lift. I don't have it scheduled yet but I am looking to schedule a modified tummy tuck for late October, early November. Dr. Johnson and Christine ad incredible, the attention to detail, their friendly atmosphere, amazing staff, who care so much and make going through surgery so amazing. I could not recommend a better plastic surgeon. Updated on 7 Feb 2020: Dr. Johnson and Christine are absolutely amazing. I had my final leg surgery yesterday 2/5/20. I had a medial thigh lift in May 2019 and yesterday had lipo and a groin thigh lift. Prior to that I had a posterior body lift with lipo in July 2018 followed by my saddle bags on hips removed in November 2018. My leg journey is now completely and I couldn't be more thrilled. Dr. Johnson and her staff are incredible. I would never trust my body to anyone but Dr. Johnson and Christine for plastic surgery. Dr. Johnson cares about her patients immensely, perfectionist at her craft of making you into the perfect version you see for yourself, Dr. Johnson bedside manner is superb. I am so blessed to have this amazing office in my corner helping me to achieve the best me. Updated on 12 Nov 2020: Here is an after as a don’t have a before but will request from surgeon, I am going to have them tightened more next year due to the dimpling of the lipo. Personally I am not a fan of fhe lipo because of the dimpling.

My experience with Dr. Johnson was absolutely amazing. I found her by chance after having issues with getting scheduled with a couple of other surgeons for a bilateral mastectomy with nipple grafts. I only saw a few pictures of her work but I was pleased with what I saw and immediately scheduled a consultation. I knew from the moment I met with her that she was the surgeon for me--she had great energy, was extremely knowledgable, patiently and honestly answered all the questions I brought to her attention and did not hesitate to bring to my attention a few things regarding the surgery that I had not even considered. Her staff was very attentive and easy to work with so getting scheduled for the surgery (and working with my insurance for coverage) was a breeze. Fast forward a couple of months and none of what I experience before surgery changed after surgery. Her energy, positivity, and confidence made going into the operation room much less daunting. She came to visit me the morning following surgery (I stayed overnight at the hospital) and talked me through what was to come in the next few days leading to top surgery. Everything went exactly as she said it would and she even chatted with me for a few minutes over the weekend to answer a question about a slight concern that arose. Similar to everything said before, the post-op consultation was a breeze. I saw my results for the first time and was ecstatic. All-in-all, Dr. Johnson superseded my expectations and I'm beyond happy that I had the opportunity to work with her.

From the day I met Dr Johnson, i felt comfortable with my decision to have her be my surgeon for "top surgery". Her staff were friendly and warm and made me feel like I was family and that they were excited to be a part of my journey in changing my gender to my real self. Dr Johnson was confident and reassuring with what i could expect from the surgery and recovering time period afterwards. The day of surgery, she came in to greet me and "mark me up" with a smile on her face. I felt completely comfortable with the entire process and stay at the hospital. The staff at the hospital were fantastic and took good care of me until my release the next morning. The week after surgery appointment went well with the uncovering of my nipples (which came out PERFECT!) and instructions on pain management and caring for the scarring. Just went for my 10 week appointment and my chest looks amazing and the scarring really is looking great and Dr Johnson feels that in a year, it will hardly be noticeable. I'm thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Dr Johnson as a surgeon for this surgery and any other surgery she does. She is a perfectionist and highly vested in her patients and genuinely cares about them. Great experience overall!

I am amazed how immediately my neck and numb hands went away immediately after surgery! Back pain gone too. Would do it again in a heart beat. My insurance covered the cost. I came home hours after surgery and the next morning stopped pain meds and switched to Tylenol. I took pain meds st night for 2 more nights then nothing. There really wasn't a lot of pain just tired all the time for the first 2 weeks. Still dealing with some swelling and a infection which I caught very quickly yesterday. My advice have someone look at your body from day one so they can look for changes too as you won't yourself be able to see them.

I could not be happier. I am 8 weeks post op and feel like a new women. I dropped two sizes and look completely different. I amaze myself every day when getting dressed. I still can't believe it's my belly. My incision was done beautifully. And I now have a perfect belly button. 4.5 lbs of excess skin was removed, which took away all stretch marks and scars from previous surgerys. 5 days after surgery I was off all pain meds. I was back at work in 2 weeks. I work in a Salon. I was definetly tired, but not in pain. I should have done this years ago. Dr Johnson is amazing and her staff couldn't be more professional and plesant. If you are considering this surgery, this is the Dr you want to do it. Updated on 17 Aug 2016:
