My whole experience with Allcroft Facial Plastic Surgery was top tier. If you look at the photos, I had a light reflex on my nose that’s was S shaped and now it is completely straight. I had the nasal hump removed and the nose narrowed. My right nostril also collapsed when I took a deep breath which he was able to correct. At the consult, he used all sorts of measuring tools that made me confident he was going into surgery with a definitive plan down to the millimeter. Everything surrounding the surgery couldn’t have been easier. Surgery started on time. I was put to sleep easily (from what I can remember - which is nothing). I woke up with some snacks and a nurse monitoring me until I left. I took one pain tablet that night just in case and didn’t need any after that. My nose was sore but I was pleasantly surprised how well I was feeling. I went out to lunch with my nose cast a couple days after surgery and enjoyed a margarita! At my 1 week follow-up, he removed my cast and let me know the last bit of swelling would take a couple months but otherwise I was healing well! The only hiccup was that my husband accidentally head butted me one night when he tried to kiss goodnight and my nose bled profusely - I was terrified he ruined my perfect nose, but it was totally fine! I’m so happy I got the surgery with Dr Allcroft and recommend him all the time!

My eyelid surgery was an incredible experience. As both a patient and a former RN, I am writing this review from the personal and clinical perspective. Personally, this office staff is kind, welcoming and ensure that you are treated with professionalism and high confidentiality. Both Dr Allcroft and the staff were patient in explaining the procedure as well as answering my questions from pre-op to my final post opp. My eye surgery was a success and the results were beyond amazing, my droopy eyelids gave way to bright, open eyes which took 10 years off my age!! They provided excellent post op care and I recovered with no complications and the whole recovery was truly low to no pain! Clinically, I can share that the office is immaculate, the appropriate sedation ensured I felt no pain during the procedure yet could recover quickly during the office procedure. My eyes look incredibly natural and the scars are fading quickly during my initial healing. Dr Allcroft is a surgeon with the eyes of an artist who delivered beyond expectations. He is gentle, experienced and I highly recommend him! Truly, a top notch surgeon, I only regret I had not come here sooner.

Dr. Allcroft initially wasn’t on my radar when I was searching for a rhinoplasty surgeon until I was referred to him by another doctor. His pictures here really don’t do his work justice, and once I saw the incredible amount of amazing before and after photos of his rhinoplasties and met with him in person, I knew he was the surgeon for me. I had a wide bridge, a hump, and a wide tip, and he was the only surgeon who I saw had worked on noses that really looked like mine, and didn’t just give everyone the same nose, which gave me so much peace of mind going in. I’m now 5 months post op, and I can truly say that getting a rhinoplasty with Dr. Allcroft was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. A feature that was once my biggest insecurity for all my life I can now say that I LOVE. His work went above and beyond my expectations for this. I’ve never been so confident or felt so much joy with the way that I look before! If you’re looking to get a rhinoplasty, I highly recommend going to Dr. Allcroft.

Everyone in the office was wonderful and Dr. Allcroft did a beautiful job with my uper and lower eyelid surgery. What a difference it has made! I have already recommended him to 2 friends in the area. Couldn't ask for a better experience, from start to finish.

Dr. Allcroft is truly a master of his craft, and his skill is amazing. I am an active, fit, and healthy late 50-year-old male who started to get jowls and a saggy chin. It is seven weeks post-op of a lower facelift, and the incisions are nearly invisible, and I had no complications. I look ten years younger and feel fantastic! No pulled looks, and the outcome is very natural and refreshed. He and his staff are all attentive, friendly, and pleasant. I feel so fortunate to have found such a skilled surgeon in the Pioneer Valley.

There are a number of facial plastic surgeons in my area, so, as part of my research, I asked my dermatologist for her recommendation. Without a moment’s hesitation, she recommended Dr. Roger Allcroft (she sees a lot of his work!). My experience has been very positive. He performed a neck and cheek lift, ridding me of my jowls, double chin, and the fat and lines in my neck. I look very natural, i.e., like myself only much younger! Dr. Allcroft artfully turns back the clock, without people eyeballing you “knowingly.” In fact, people have simply remarked that I “look great” or ask me if I have lost weight. Dr. Allcroft is attentive, gentle and kind, which are important qualities in a plastic surgeon. He is available and responsive to questions and concerns. His staff is also top shelf! I recommend you give them a call, especially if you feel like I did initially about having the surgery: hesitant. You will be in very good hands.

My experience with Dr. Allcroft and his staff was one I will always remember as it was extremely pleasant and professional. He was very informative, addressed all my concerns and I felt comfortable from the very first phone call to my follow-up appointments after my mini-lift. He is truly an artist and I can say, without a doubt, I would not hesitate to have him perform any other procedures and would highly recommend him to anyone considering any type of facial treatment.

At the age of 85, I did not want the procedure of a full facelift. But the quick lift was exactly right for me to take away some sagging around the mouth and also the neck. The procedure was done in the office under a local and I felt totally at ease during the whole procedure. Dr. Allcroft and his staff are very caring and professional and I would highly recommend him.
