Smooth, Comfortable Process

After losing over 100 pounds, I wanted to fix an area of my body that was visible at all times and something I couldn’t cover with clothing. The loose skin under my jaw was always bothersome, and continued to worsen as the weight came off. As a patient of the practice already (I use Myngoc Ho, PA-C for her skill and expertise), I was familiar with Dr. Allcroft. She recommended that I have a consult with him to address my concerns. I found him calming and confident in his ability to help me achieve my goals. After meeting with him, I booked a lower facelift procedure a mere days later. I was awake and comfortable for the lower facelift, which in itself sounds scary, but was actually relaxing and cost productive. The entire staff was at ease, which put me at ease! Pain was minimal, even after the facelift, and subsequent visits were always handled with care and concern. At 4 months since the procedure, I am extremely happy with my results, and my confidence has soared! My scars are fading and continue to improve. I am elated with my results, and confident with my decision to use Dr. Allcroft.
