Dr. Sadowski performed a lower body lift and arm lift on me after a significant right loss. She and her staff were thoughtful and highly professional. I am 7 weeks post-op and my recovery has been a breeze. The results are much better than I anticipated. No issues at all. Dr. Sadowski is truly a skilled surgeon.

I highly recommend Dr. Sadowski! She performed my breast augmentation and it came out absolutely perfect, she is an artist. It was the best decision I ever made and she knows exactly what she is doing. I now continue to go to her for botox, fillers etc and would trust her with anything.

I am 52 years old and was a 34 L before my surgery and I am 7 weeks post op and I am a 34 D. I can not explain what a dramatic change this has been. I couldn't be happier! This was life changing for me. I am so happy that I did not put it off any longer. Both surgery and recovery was complication free.

After much research and consideration, I got lip injections today! My lips are not tiny to begin with but I have always loved fuller lips. My lips are tattooed (permanent makeup). When I got the tattoo done, my lips were swollen for a few days....I loved it! This is what got me thinking about lip augmentation. My lips are asymmetrical (the right side of my top lip is smaller and a bit of a different shape as you can see from my before pic...its not terribly noticeable in person). The doctor injected me with 1cc of Juvederm Ultra XC. I was numbed with a topical cream for about 15 mins. The actual procedure hurt less than I had anticipated and took about 15 mins. Minimal bleeding. No bruising at all. The numbing cream wore off a few hours ago and now my lips are feeling achy. So far, I LOVE the results!! Updated on 7 Mar 2018: I changed my review from Worth It to Not Sure. Its been two days since my fillers. I was loving my full lips so much until today...now I am unsure. They are very lumpy. I have 4 lumps. One on the bottom middle of the upper lip that is noticeable when I smile. I will start massage gently in a few days. I am nervous that when I massage I might lose more filler. So at 52 I really don't have a lot of lines/wrinkles. I do have moderate discoloration and general sagging in my mid face, especially around the mouth. I had a lot of periorbital wrinkling (the space above the lips), not when my face was at rest but when I was talking or chewing. My doctor recommended restoring cheek volume via Radiesse and smoothing out lip lines with Volbella, along with a bit of Botox in the forehead. I had a tummy tuck, hernia repair, and breast reduction with lift two weeks ago. I am so happy with the results! Dr. Sadowski was very patient and caring. She answered all of my questions and basically just took the time. Her bedside manner is excellent. I am 39 and a mother of two. I never really considered plastic surgery until I was depressed looking in the mirror. Dr. Sadowski has now changed that for me. I am so pleased with the results! Her office is convenient in Cheatnut Hill Square. I would recommend this amazing surgeon to all my fiends and family.

I wanted to finally write a review for the wonderful results I've achieved with Dr. Sadowski in terms of both facial rejuvenation as well as for trigger finger hand surgery. Based on my multiple experiences with her, I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a compassionate and highly competent plastic and reconstructive surgeon! Facial rejuvenation. I'm a man in my 40s, and age is starting to catch up to me. I originally sought Dr. Sadowski out for Botox for facial rejuvenation. More to the point, I've been told that when I'm upset at work, my facial expressions telegraph more emotion than I'd like as a manager. I also occasionally get headaches, and had heard that Botox can help there too. In terms of treatment, I wanted a natural look -- I didn't want it to be obvious that I'd gotten Botox. She is such an attentive and caring surgeon, and I have been absolutely delighted with my results which are absolutely everything I'd hoped for -- head aches relieved, a natural look, and stress-brow eliminated. I'm a repeat customer for life! Hand surgery. I had been suffering from severe pain due to a trigger finger in my dominant hand. The pain had gotten so bad that it was waking me up in the middle of the night. Under Dr. Sadowski's care, we attempted conservative treatment first via a cortisone injection. This helped for several months, but after the trigger finger returned we decided on surgery. She performed the procedure in her beautiful clinic in Chestnut Hill. She thoroughly explained the procedure, as well as what to expect afterwards. My recovery went even better than expected, and I've regained 100% function in my hand again, which is completely pain free. Amazing!

Dr. Sadowski delivered everything she promised! I am a "need-to-know" person, so before the surgery, she walked me through the process, which greatly reduced my anxiety about the unknown. In the hospital, she introduced me to the anesthesiology team and made me feel relaxed and secure. Afterwards, recovery was even quicker than she said. The results still make me happy when I look in the mirror. Instead of sagging, droopy eyelids, I see the natural contour of my eyes! I don't look tired at 10 in the morning and it helps my confidence as I meet new clients in my business! I totally trust Dr. Sadowski for her high level of knowledge, care, and skill as a surgeon.
