So at 52 I really don't have a lot of lines/wrinkles. I do have moderate discoloration and general sagging in my mid face, especially around the mouth. I had a lot of periorbital wrinkling (the space above the lips), not when my face was at rest but when I was talking or chewing. My doctor recommended restoring cheek volume via Radiesse and smoothing out lip lines with Volbella, along with a bit of Botox in the forehead.
