Hello Everyone. I thank all who have shared their stories NOW it's MY turn. After having my first child I gain a massive amount of weight. I was 140lbs before children and after my first born I went up to the 200s. I had more children after that and toped my weight at 278lbs. September 2011 I went in for Gastric bypass after years of struggling with my weight on yo-yo diets and being ridiculed by numerous amounts of people (as I didn't suffer enough seeing myself in the mirror).

I have an appointment with Dr Slama for December 8. I need to have a breast lift with implants , tummy tuck with liposuction and fat transfer to butt .
