I had Rhinoplasty in January of 2026. At 5 weeks post-op I am blown away by the results. I'm a 44 year old male and have been self conscious of my nose my entire life. Specifically, asymmetry in the tip. Dr. Lin was very gracious with his time. He and his staff were very patient, thoughtful, and understanding. Dr. Lin listened carefully to my concerns and thoroughly explained the plan for my surgery. He was honest and reassuring. The healing process was less physical (no real pain) and more emotional (did I do the right thing?). Once the bandages were removed I was amazed at the results. As each week passes, and the swelling improves, the results continue to get better. I am so very thankful to Dr. Lin and his team. Going through this surgery has eliminated a long standing psychological strain. For that I am extremely grateful.

I had been debating on breast reduction since I was a teenager. I decided to take a meeting with Dr. Lin based on his reviews, which are more than deserved to be 5 stars across the board. I wasn't sure what to expect, and within minutes of meeting him, he put my mind at ease, walked me through what to expect and took all the time I needed to answer all of my questions. I wish I had done this 30 years ago. His bedside demeanor are second to none. He's kind, gentle, understanding and ultimately extremely talented at his craft. If you've ever debated doing this, I'd highly, highly recommend Dr. Lin and his whole staff. They are all very responsive, courteous, run on time and happy to take as much time as you need.

I recently had septoplasmy and rhinophyma surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital. I can't say enough positive things about my whole experience. Dr. Sam Lin was the surgeon and guided me from the beginning to the end of the whole procedure. The PA and nurses were all wonderful and everybody showed sincere concern and professionalism. The secretaries in the front office have all been very understanding, considerate and helpful with all my scheduling of appointments. The surgical team was extremely compassionate and professional as well. Again, the best part of this whole thing was the expertise and skill of Dr. Lin. I can now breathe so much better and the appearance of my nose (although still healing) is looking terrific. I can't wait to see the end results. Thanks again to everyone at Beth Israel Hospital!

I am extremely happy with the results of my revision rhinoplasty. I only have one regret- and that is that I didn't use him the first time. Let me explain.... In January of 2023, I was in a ski accident where I broke my nose (very small break, but noticeable to me). I always had a deviated septum as well, I just never did anything about it. That being said, I decided to have my nose fixed from the break, as well as a septoplasty. I met with quite a few doctors, Dr Lin being one of them. I so regret not going with him in the first place! The only reason I didn't was that I was desperate to get it fixed, and to get it done when it was most convenient with my schedule. I went with someone else, but clearly didn't do as deep of a dive as I should have. Originally I thought my nose looked okay, but as the months went on, I was really starting to notice how it was not "fixed" the way I wanted it to be. I was so down about it. I decided after about a year to consider revision rhinoplasty. I went back to Dr Lin, with my tail between my legs, but he ever made me feel bad about it and was completely understanding! I decided to go with him, and never felt nervous about it. He completely listened to what I was trying to fix, and greatly improved my breathing as well! (which was never really fixed the first time, but I digress....). Now when I catch a view of my profile, I am soooo happy it is a "normal nose." He really listened to me, met and spoke with me multiple times, and calmed my nerves before surgery. If I consider any other surgery in the future, I no doubt would go back to him. Everyone in his office is wonderful, including his admin Brooke, all of the nurses and Emma the NP. If you are considering him for a surgery, you won't regret it!

Dr. Lin made the process easy and comfortable for me. The consultations were very informative and gave me a lot of confidence going into surgery. The recovery process was fairly easy, and I was able to return to most normal activities, including work, after one week (when I got my cast off). I love my cosmetic results, but I can also breathe so much better than before. I highly recommend Dr. Lin for any cosmetic or internal nasal surgery.

I had a closed rhinoplasty with Dr. Lin to smooth a bony bump on my nose, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He’s incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and his team made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Before finding Dr. Lin, another surgeon told me the bump couldn’t simply be shaved down and that my entire nose would need to be broken and filler added to fix the bump. Then I went to Dr. Lin, who listened to exactly what I wanted, and skillfully smoothed the bump without unnecessary procedures. He never tried to upsell me and delivered truly perfect results. Recovery was unbelievably easy: I only took two Tylenols the first day and needed no other pain medication. Jaimie the nurse and the anesthesiologist made surgery day calm and comfortable, and Brooke was wonderfully clear and friendly throughout the process. I can’t recommend Dr. Lin and his team enough.

Dr Lin, Jamie and staff were a breeze to work with. From initial appointment to post-op, my experience was extremely positive. Breast reduction surgery was something I wanted to do for many years and I am so grateful to already be feeling the benefits just 2 months post-op. My recovery was minimal after the first week and I immediately felt a difference in my back and shoulders.

The staff was wonderful. From check-in and comforting while assisting with the surgery process. Dr. Lin was very proficient with his knowledge about the medical nose surgery and provided feedback during the process. Dr. Lin was able to provide a successful surgery with liable staff. I am very happy with the outcome of the surgery and would recommend Dr. Lin to anyone seeking medical/plastic surgery!
