I had a neck lift and natural facelift with Dr. Magge on March 2nd and am SO HAPPY with my results! The consult was straight forward, with realistic expectations and most importantly he did not try to talk me into anything I was not comfortable with. The surgery went excellent and even when I was panicking on day 2, Dr. Magge immediately answered my texts and phone calls and had me come right in so he could observe and make sure to put me at ease. I went to three consultations prior to meeting Dr Magge and I’m happy. I went with my instinct to choose him as my surgeon.

I am particular and knew what I wanted. I did hours of research to understand what a deep plane face and neck lift would entail. I then looked at physician reviews in my area. Dr. Magge was my first and only consult. I chose Dr. Magge because he was approachable and easy to talk with. He listened to my concerns and knew I was very anxious and really only wanted a neck lift. However, at a certain age even when thin and not having a heavy jowl, he said he needed a place to anchor the neck lift. I agreed to move forward with both because I really wanted an improved neck. Dr. Magge is conservative and when I asked to add resurfacing he said he was only comfortable doing around the mouth and the forehead. He also thought a little bit of a fat transfer under my eyes would improve the skin texture and fill in a bit of hollowing. Which it did. Finally, while my pierced ears were fine, the overall lobe had dropped a little bit and Dr. Magge said he could easily fix it which would require a new piercing about 6-8 weeks later. I was Dr. Magge’s only patient on surgery day. I really appreciated that he would focus only on my case. He administered about 8 pills at the start as he was marking my face with marker. I was out as soon as I laid down on the surgery center table which is located in Dr. Magge’s office. Dr. Magge took his time with the above mentioned procedures. I left The surgery center at 6 PM. I had arrived almost 12 hours earlier. Apparently I am a light weight and it took longer for me to wake up. I was not in pain but I was drowsy and do not remember the ride home. I went right to bed with a wrap around my head and very red skin in the places he used the TLR laser. I think discomfort is the best word to describe the healing process. During the procedure Dr. Magge said I had a bleed and he had to cauterize an area to stop the bleeding. He apparently shocked my facial nerve (he did not cut it) which caused temporary paralysis on one side of my face. It was not the way I was hoping it would go. Dr. Magge was incredibly supportive during the 3 months it took for me to regain my full smile. We met or talked weekly so he could stay involved. He got me in to see a specialist who is very hard to see. The specialist said the chances for a full recovery were very high. Of course it was discouraging, scary and hard to be patient, but little by little the symmetry of my smile came back. When the paralysis happened, Dr. Magge put me on steroid pack to help with inflammation. I did see an acupuncturist twice a week for 20 sessions during the recovery too. She used needles on my face and also used a cold laser. I took vitamin B and did gentle facial exercises I found online. I also chewed gum a few times a day. I did anything and everything I could to improve my smile. Ultimately it was time. My nerves needed time to heal and repair. I am over 4 months healed and I would say nobody probably notices the small difference of my smile except me. I am still early in my healing, so I am over the worry. I know my smile will go back to its original symmetry soon. Another side effect nobody told me about is dry mouth. While Dr. Magge did not cut any big glands, my dry mouth was very pronounced. It is about 75% better so that is encouraging. Again, Dr. Magge prescribed a drug that was helpful and created more saliva. However, once again, time is improving the situation. In summary, my overall result is very natural and that is what I wanted. I am very pleased. Dr. Magge is a kind and talented surgeon. I am giving him 5 stars. He always made me feel like we were in the entire experience as a team. I appreciated knowing this. Thank you Dr. Magge for your warmth, kindness and care!

I couldn’t be happier with my tummy tuck results. I cannot say enough about Dr. Magge, after my deep plane facelift! I also had, at the same time, a lip lift, lower eye blepharoplasty and peri-oral laser treatment. He did amazing work and I love my new, youthful face! The ugly turkey neck is gone, and so are all of my wrinkles! The dark circles and bags under my eyes are completely gone! And I’m not sure how he did it, but I cannot even see any scars. Doing all those procedures together at the same time made the first week’s recovery a little challenging, but it was worth it. Have someone with you for the first few days. If you are looking for a deep plane facelift surgeon, Dr. Magge is your guy!!

I had a breast augmentation and lift with Dr. Magge about 3 months ago to treat tuberous breasts. Not even being dramatic, it was the best decision of my life so far. She kept me calm and was so supportive and pleasant to talk to. I have full sensation in both breasts and haven’t had any complications aside from a spitting stitch which is very common and just required a painless tweeze. I am so beyond happy with my results and my self confidence has skyrocketed, definitely worth every penny. I recommend Dr. Magge to anyone who has been considering any of the surgeries he performs, you will be in great hands :)

I had an excellent experience with Keshav Magge and his entire team. From the very beginning, Dr. Magge was extremely professional and attentive throughout the whole process. I am currently in the recovery process following my deep plane facelift and buccal fat removal, along with a brow lift performed by Dr. Magge. It has now been two weeks and three days since my procedures. Although some swelling remains, I am feeling truly amazing.
