I am writing this as your typical 50 year old mom who has honestly really never seriously thought about plastic surgery. About 6 months before my mini “Mommy Makeover,” I noticed that my breasts were just getting more and more deflated as I lost a few pounds here and there. I’m 5’2” and about 118 pounds - always had smaller breasts but not deflated. And no matter what I did, I always had a little pouch after having kids. At first I only researched breast augmentation because the thought of multiple procedures was too much for me to handle since I’ve never had surgery before! At the suggestion of a friend who heard some people who had gone to CSA / Dr. Jabs before, I booked a consultation with Dr. Jabs. He was as I had expected him to be based on the reviews - easy to talk to and patient with all my questions. At the consultation I tried on the sizers with Kelsey who was really helpful. What started as just a consultation for breast augmentation turned into a mini Mommy Makeover. My tummy has always bothered me and asked about tummy tucks and whether I was a good candidate for a mini one. Good news was I was! My recovery went smoothly and as expected. I ended up getting 400/425cc for my breasts and a mini tummy tuck (removal of skin/fat below belly button). Days 1-3 were pretty uncomfortable but manageable. Dr. Jabs called me the evening after my surgery to check on me and I always was able to email staff with questions. I am Week 7 post-OP and I am so happy with my results! It gets better with each week- trust the process! By the way - everyone I met in the office was helpful: Shaila answered a ton of questions post-OP and Penny gave me her listening ear (and tips) as I was anxious pre-OP. It’s officially been one year since my rhinoplasty, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Jabs and the staff at Cosmetic Surgery Associates! I wanted a natural, subtle enhancement to my chest and Dr. Jabs absolutely achieved it. I'm including my before and after results about 3ish months post surgery. My reasoning - My motivation for getting the procedure was to enhance my existing chest to be a little more prominent without becoming too much. I’m 5’2 and 120lbs and have always been considered more “petite”, so I wanted implants that matched that (but still made me feel more feminine). Although Dr. Jabs initially recommended 250-275cc moderate plus to achieve the results I wanted (as I explained I wanted a more distinct “cleavage” line) I opted to go with 215cc moderate plus to achieve my results. Dr. Jabs supported my decision and still managed to place the implants in a location that I think gives GREAT projection/cleavage, but doesn’t add too much mass and lets me still feel like “me”. I did under the muscle and silicone for a more natural looking result. The staff - Everyone at the office is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about what they do. I had a LOT of questions (as I wanted results that looked like they could be my natural breasts, plus was beyond nervous about making such a huge decision!!) and no one had any issues answering them or reassuring me about any concerns. The facility - Not only is the facility/office space gorgeous and clean but they have their own Operating Room. So you don’t have to go to a hospital or do anything extra the day of surgery. You show up and then walk into the OR just down the hall. It was very convenient, which helped ease my day of surgery concerns. This was my first surgery EVER and I was glad to have done it in such a safe and supportive environment. The operation - It felt like I fell asleep and woke up 60 seconds later! With boobs! My nurses and the anesthesiologist were so nice before surgery and afterwards they were very attentive and constantly checking to make sure I wasn’t in pain, nauseous, or experiencing any issues. We were making jokes and even laughing after surgery, which was super comforting and really helped reassure me I made the right choice. The research - I know my augmentation goal is a bit unconventional as my size is smaller and results aren’t as obvious, but truly that is what I wanted! I joke to everyone that I wanted a “mini” boob job. I did a ton of research on less than 215cc implant result stories and there isn’t a lot out there as most women seem to do 300 and up. To try and gain more knowledge I consulted with Dr. Jabs along with 2 other surgeons (one in SD and one in Chicago). These gentleman were also great and they both recommended under the muscle/silicone (I believe that’s becoming the more standard recommendation for natural results) and CCs in the low 200s. If you’re nervous or uncertain, I definitely recommend meeting with multiple surgeons to gain your own knowledge and understanding and continuing to research on here! Updated on 28 Oct 2025: Sharing an update of what my augmentation look like one year post surgery. It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since I had my procedure done. I still have absolutely 0 regrets and am very happy with how they’re looking

Dr. Jabbs was the BEST surgeon I could have ever asked for. He went above and beyond ensuring I was safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. Having severe anxiety and being a 24 year old, I was anxious about having a male physician taking care of me for a breast augmentation - but I was pleasantly surprised to have been made to feel so comfortable and safe. The best part is how good they look - my confidence has skyrocketed!!!! Choosing Dr. Jabbs for this experience was one of the best decisions I have made and I can't recommend him enough.

I got a breast augmentation with Dr. Jabs and am so thrilled with the results. It has truly changed my life. I was so picky when looking for a surgeon and Dr. Jabs had everything I was looking for.
