I breastfed 3 kids and my boobs paid the price! They were totally deflated, I used to be a 34C, and I was barely an A after the 3rd kid. Dr. Kulkarni did my breast augmentation with silicone implants and I absolutely LOVE them! It's been almost a year and they look awesome.
