Thank you Dr. Kleiman. After years of suffering with one sinus infection after another Dr. Kleiman performed sinus surgery. Not a single infection since. It’s been several years and i am so pleased. I would recommend Dr Kleiman to anyone. He is patient, kind and all of his prices are fair. Thanks to your wonderful staff for all of their help.

Dr Kleiman is an extremely experienced, knowledgeable & reputable ENT and plastic & laser surgeon. He’s been my doctor for over 7 years with 2 successful surgeries on my daughter: rhinoplasty & sinus. I’ve been thrilled with my personal results after Fraxel laser treatment for dark spots, Sculp Sure to reduce belly fat, Botox and blepharoplasty. The results are very natural and pleasing. Dr Kleiman sincerely cares about his patient’s outcomes. He stays up to date on the latest technology and how to employ it safely. I highly recommend Dr Klepamd his staff.

Dr. Kleiman and his staff are very good. He seems to be a nice guy - was professional, intelligent, and amicable. I had sinus surgery several years ago and it was successful! He also has a good aesthetic sense and recommends what will improve your appearance cosmetically. Please overall so far.

Dr. Kleiman is very honest. He will tell you what will enhance your face, skin tone,.... and it comes out looking great. I have had my lips done once for fun and loved it (everyone said , "something looks different, is it your hair??? Best part, it did not look fake, it was up to me to say "Yes" it's my hair cut or I did my lips!!) I get Botox injections once a year and sometimes I do not need a full dose. Dr. Kleiman always tells the truth and is in it to make you look good. He is also my ENT doctor and was the only doctor to fix my breathing and sinuses after 4 other Rhinoplasties had been done that did not work. I needed rhinoplasty but with cartilage grafting to build up my nose. It looks great too and that was medical. I have sent friends/teachers who I work with to him and they have had had good experiences.Some for medical issues and some for Botox-all went back to him. Great doctor!He also is a great help for products for your skin blemishes, acne, wrinkles, or staying healthy looking! The products are in the office and if he has samples you can try it first.If it does not work for you then he will help you out with something else and you will not be out money.

From the moment I walked into Dr. Kleiman's office, I knew it would be a great experience. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The day of the surgery, the staff eased my concerns and helped my anxiety level go down. The surgery was a great success and I can breathe again! I love my new profile, too! Listen, I went to see Dr. Kleiman for reoccurring sinus infections. He said surgery was the best option for me and I took his advice and agreed to a septoplasty and turbinate reduction. First, I'll address his manners. The day of my surgery I was extremely nervous and hoped that he would comfort me in some way. He did not say two words to me, he only came into the room I was waiting in to sign the forms and then left. Following my surgery HE DID NOT SEE ME FOR ONE SINGLE FOLLOW UP. I did see the PAs and they were very nice, however, it was extremely discomforting that my surgeon did not even care to look at how my nose turned out or ask how I was feeling when I even called his office the day after surgery to tell him how badly I was feeling and how sick I was from the anesthesia. At none of my three follow ups did he even enter the room to take a look at my nose. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A SEPTOPLASTY, your nose WILL NOT look exactly the same as it did before surgery. I want to stress this because I was told my nose's appearance would not change at all and four months after my surgery, I have a distinct indentation in the bridge of my nose that is very obvious. I noticed this indentation right away and was told that once the swelling went down, it would look like it did. This is probably my biggest issue with this doctor. I was very clear that I liked the shape of my nose and even though my sinuses do feel better, I am upset that he promised the appearance would not change yet it did noticeably. ONE LAST HUGE THING, none of your post op visits will be free, like they are at most other offices. I paid $50 per post op visit to NOT EVEN SEE THE DOCTOR. And lastly, the reviews are telling the truth when they say this doctor does spend a significant portion of the visit trying to push his cosmetic and skincare procedures on people who came to see him for serious illnesses NOT to get their freckles removed when they're only 18 years old.

No bedside manner and down right brutal with procedures. Gave me a totally unnecessary surgery and charged my insurance 32000.00 for an hour in office procedure. I left every follow up with a bloody face and in pain . It helped nothing and had to go to different doctor for help. He is just out to make money off of you.

I've been planning this for years! I want my bridge narrowed, bulbous tip reduced/removed and nostrils reduced. I don't care to keep it ethnic looking or not honestly. I will post a few "wish" pictures. So far I have an appointment for consultation on July 7, 2017 with Dr. Lee Kleiman (Severna, MD). I made the appointment in early June 2017 but it was the earliest day they had for consultation. They will be giving me a quote for rhinoplasty, laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal. I'm debating between getting treatment here or South Korea. Depending on the quotes delivered, South Korea (including airfare and stay) may or may not be more affordable. I'm paying completely out of pocket so quality and price is equally important. I don't see many reviews or pictures for Dr. Kleiman, after researching, so I'm not completely sure yet who I will choose in the end I'll be sure to update later! Updated on 29 Jul 2017: Had consultation with Dr. Kleiman on July 21, 2017 for rhinoplasty, hair removal (Groupon deal) and suggestions for under eye darkness. Didn't wait too long to be seen. I am a new patient so I had to fill out paperwork about my desires and medical history. Dr. Kleiman is very friendly. I felt comfortable with the appointment other than a little rushed. Because this is surgery (rhinoplasty) I had a lot to say and ask about it. I don't feel like I had the opportunity to really elaborate on everything I wanted but I do have another follow up "consultation" appointment (August 1, 2017) to discuss the surgery further, costs, before and after photos (possible outcome), etc; along with my first laser hair removal treatment. I appreciate the availability of appointments because I want to have this procedure done as soon as possible because I have an event to attend in September and the healing process takes a while for rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty can be complicated so I only trust an ENT surgeon to perform it. I'm paying out of pocket, without financing, so I did years of research and saving and narrowed my options to 3 surgeons. Dr. Kleiman (Maryland, USA) and 2 other surgeons in South Korea. Depending on how well this next consult with Dr. Kleiman goes next week I may or may not be scheduling my surgery here in America or in South Korea. Wish me well! :) S. Melton *P.S. I'm not sure what my skin type is but I'm brown skinned (about Beyoncé complexion). My biggest fear was the treatment would not work because of my complexion but so far so good. The pain was minimal on a considerably high setting. My underarms feel very smooth. I'm so used to having razor bumps or irritation. I don't know how long this will last but I scheduled my next treatment 4 weeks from now. I'll update about that. Now on to rhinoplasty. Dr. Kleiman showed me my before and after photos. He must deal with a lot of patients with unrealistic expectations because he kept reassuring me that everything won't be "perfect", even after rhino. There will still be asymmetry in other areas of the face/head that can make the rhino seem imperfect and there's so many people that expect instant gratification after surgery. RHINOPLASTY CAN TAKE OVER A YEAR TO FULLY HEAL! I've done my research for years, so I know better. We also discussed exactly what he was going to do. So far it looks good. I'm super excited. My next appointment will be after my pre-op clearance from my primary doctor. I'll be getting a break down of pricing and if the numbers look good I will commit to surgery and have it done here. If not then I will be booking my flight for South Korea. I already did online consultation with them as well.
