I am a very active life time athlete (former State Champion Bodybuilder), who still works out, runs and cycles. 2 years ago I was in 2 car accidents (not my fault-rear ended both times). Understandably I had to take some time off to recuperate and once I started training again, I quickly got back to my desired weight but I realized I had this lower belly fat thing going that just wouldn't go away. I tried, Lord knows I tried,
I dieted, I crunched, I AB Rolled till I was blue in the face but it wasn't leaving. AND I hated IT!
Once I realized there was nothing I could do to get rid of it. I knew it was time to call in the Big Guns.
So I started doing research to see what non invasive procedures were working because I didn't want anything invasive like lypo or a tummy tuck. And to my surprise I learned that CoolSculpting was not only still around but had been revamped and was now new and improved. I had friends who had used it back in the day and knew it worked but the procedures used to take forever. AND my favorite doctor, Dr. Mary Lupo
was offering it at her clinic.
Sooo, yesterday I started my journey to "Return to Self" and the "Shape I used to have". I did my first lower ab procedure and 30 days from now I will have it repeated. I am so excited because I KNOW it works and it only took 35 minutes on each side. I'm going to post my ugly 'before' pics and keep you posted on my progress.
