9 Years Younger in 6 Months

My first appointment with Dr. Lupo was December 2018 to ask for filler and Botox. She asked about my goals and concerns, then advised me toward Sculptra which I've never had before. The results were incredible - extremely natural looking, and very gradual. I had 4 treatments spaced 7 weeks apart. After my last appointment in May 2019, I compared a work I.D. from 9 years ago with my current work I.D. and I look more like the photo from 9 years ago than my photo from 2017! I am so delighted and glad Dr. Lupo didn't just give me what I came in asking for. Her professional evaluation of my face gave me results I never thought possible. I will continue going to her for touch ups and aesthetic care.

How many vials did you get altogether? You look fantastic!!!

Hi Thank you! I had 10 vials in total: 3, then 3, then 2, then 2

Can you tell me about how much it costs? I’m in desperate need of Suclptra.
July 13, 2020
First session was about $2k but that was for Sculptra AND Botox. Second session was about $1,200 which was only Sculptra. Third session was less than $1,000 - I think close to $700. So all of it was in the neighborhood of $4k. And it hasn’t disappeared yet so I am getting good value for my investment.

Thanks so much for the information. This was very helpful. I plan to make an appointment.

I’ve had two Sculptra Aesthetic treatments, first in March 2019, second was in May 2019. The cost of each session was $1,500 so a total of $3,000. Sounds costly but it was certainly money well spent, an investment so to speak, that a year later I am still happy with.

I’m glad you’re happy with the results. I think it’s money well spent because when it’s done properly it looks natural and it lasts. Stay well!

Before and After Photos

My ego prevented me from uploading a before photo but I find it so helpful when others do it, I decided to swallow my pride and return the favor. Here are my before photo, my after photo and the old ID badge photo I was talking about. The ID badge photo was taken Nov 2009 when I started that job, and I got a new badge every year with the same photo. I left that job in 2015. I think my post-Sculptra face looks a lot like that ID photo from 2009! Dr Lupo is a magician, the results are so natural looking, and during the process nobody even noticed the gradual transformation. It wasn't until I saw someone that I only met the summer before when he remarked how I somehow looked YOUNGER now than when I first met him the previous summer. I told him I was getting more sleep and drinking more water lolol.

My advice is “Do the massages!” I know they’re boring and they hurt but that’s what embeds the scultra into your tissue to stimulate your body to make its own. Push hard with your fingertips. It will also break up any bruising might have and make them go away faster. The hard massaging ensures you don’t develop granules and that your results are even and last. I wish you great success - I have no regrets at all. Thank you for reaching out

How did your Sculptra turn out? Did you receive more treatments? Any problems? How long did the swelling and bruising last?
January 5, 2021
Hi! I had very little swelling and almost no bruising - Dr Lupo is a magician with the needle. I just got a touch up of Sculptra in both temples right before Christmas of 2020. I’m not sure how much was added but the bill was only $400 so it couldn’t have been a lot. I’m seeing the area develop slowly. I was noticing hollowing in my temples and crinkling around my eyes. I don’t like Botox around my eyes so filling the temples gradually will smooth it subtly and more naturally than Botox.
