I had the surgery done on June 22, 2016. I have lost 30 pounds so far. Yes my BMI was over 40. Have not vomited or felt nausea since the first day. My doctor prescribed a series of meds to take before and after surgery any my husband became my best nurse!! He made sure I took the meds as prescribed and gave me the liquids as recommended. I feel good and very thankful for no side effects. I forgot the combination of meds. The only thing difficult for me is taking the meds
I will be 45 in January and I'm 5' 5" and 265 lbs. I will have my first consultation 1/8/2015. I do not have insurance so I'm paying out of pocket for this. I'm really nervous and need advice on what questions I need to ask.
