Dr. Cusick took the time to address my concerns, recommend which procedures would work best, and give realistic expectations about results. I consulted with several plastic surgeons and ended up choosing Dr. Cusick because he seemed the most genuinely interested and excited about helping me reach my goals. I am very happy with the results of my surgery, as I am with the surgical center, and other specialists involved in my care. If I had friends interested in having work done, I would recommend them to Dr. Cusick.

I had breast augmentation with Dr Cusick in 2015 and he did a wonderful job. I wish I had taken before pictures but honestly at the time I never wanted to see those puppies again :-) I was 33 year old mother of 5 and my breast had become seriously deflated. I was a 33DD before my first child and after my fifth I was down to a 34C. Dr Cusick is great at what he does. My breasts look like they did before I started having kids and I couldn’t be happier. They are even and natural looking and pretty perfect.

I had toyed with the idea of having a breast reduction for years I developed early and was in a 34DDD. after having and nursing 2 children I finally decided to go for it and went on the hunt for a dr. I was reduced to a 34 C and a month out I can already tell its the best decision I could have made.

I had Lipo in my stomach 6 yrs ago. I weighed 110 at the time and have been a couple pounds under that since then. I wasssss very happy with it at the time, but now I feel that its become obvious that Ive had it done. My stomach looks lumpy and uneven (although flat) but just weird in general. I want to know what I can do to make it look normal again? HAve compression garments worked for anyone? Another surgery is NOT an option. Thanks very much for any advice

This was my first ever elective surgery. While the results so far seem ok, (3.5 weeks post op) my concern is with his nurse staff. After the surgery the dr. Was very RUDE to my mother when she asked a simple question about a specific detail of the surgery. Then my 1st and now LAST post op was scheduled almost a week to late, delaying may recovery? During the post op my questions were not answered by Colleen or Phyllis the "NUUSES"?. then cusick came in, spent maybe 5min with me and was not clear on all future steps needed. When I called back a week later to descibe sudden symptoms i was having (possible symptoms of a blood clot?). I asked if I needed to be seen again. Phyllis told me to tough it out and go back to work so I dont lose my job. They wanted to give me 1 week to return to my very physical job after being cut in 8 differnt places. When everything Iv'e read says my recovery should be 3-4 weeks min. Leaving me to self diagnose from crap I've read on the internet. Now I may lose my job if I can't return do to limited arm mobility. I guess there was a reason I got the consult and surgery completed in less time then all other surgeons wait times for just the consult was. SO I GUESS THIS IS ALL MY FAULT. If your in the KC area make sure you get other consults from PS's in the area if your thinking about using this guy. I can't belive this minor surgery may now cost me my good job.

The trouble I had was with Dr. Cusick's billing department. Their website advertised Complimentary Breast Augmentation Consultations. When I arrived, they stated I needed to pay my $60 copay in order to bill insurance. When I showed them the complimentary breast augmentation consultation from their website, they stated I still needed to pay in order to see the doctor. I told them I didn't know if I wanted to bill insurance, I needed the consult first. They still made me pay the $60 for my complimentary breast augmentation consultation.... not so much complimentary at all! The doctor stated that insurance would not pay for my augmentation, therefore there was no need to bill insurance. I called their billing department, they stated it was submitted as a breast reduction consultation instead of a breast augmentation consultation. Therefore, no refund would be issued. All I wanted was the complimentary breast augmentation consultation.
