The doctor was so patient and thorough. I went back 4 times because I was so indecisive and his staff were patient and helpful too! Operating room staff were amazing at helping stay calm because I am a very anxious person. Surgery went great!! Surgery was yesturday so I don’t have pictures yet.

I have been a patient of Dr. Andrews for a year now. I am a breast cancer patient with a hx of a double mastectomy, previous reconstruction, and radiation. I chose Dr. Andrews as my reconstructive surgeon because he is extremely passionate about his work. I cannot express my gratitude to him and his office crew! From the moment I walk into their office, I feel welcomed and well-cared for. Dr. Andrews and his entire team display high professionalism, empathy, and expertise. They take the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and address any concerns. This level of communication and transparency puts me at ease and makes me feel confident in my care. The support and follow-up care I have received throughout my recovery has been outstanding. The staff are always available to address my post-surgery needs, and their genuine concern for my well-being is evident. This has made my reconstructive process as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Andrews to anyone needing reconstructive or plastic surgery. Their commitment to patient care, surgical expertise, and the exceptional results they deliver are genuinely remarkable. I am incredibly thankful to have had Dr. Andrews as my surgeon.

So far my experience has been very well! I have sientra 590cc moderate plus profile under the muscle! I have no pain, just tightness and muscle spasms, for me it feels like my milk has come in! I highly recommend Dr. Kahlil Andrews to anyone! His staff is very welcoming! Updated on 13 Apr 2022: I'm loving the way they are looking and settling, they look natural and are about the same size as when they were engorged with milk! I have been wanting a tummy tuck for a many many years after having 4 kids. I was ready to accept I would always look like this but decided to research doctors finally and after meeting with a few decided Dr. Andrews was the one. His staff was also amazing right down to the front desk. I had so many questions and fears before surgery but they spoke to me about all of it. I had the surgery about 7 weeks ago and while it was hard especially at week 3, I am so happy I did it. I would do it all over again to feel like this. I did have some issues where my body rejected some of the sutures and had a small opening I had to pack, but Lisa and Courtney helped me with this, I did everything I was told and I got through it and almost all healed up 100% now. They were so kind to me when I felt awful and having regrets about getting it done but it was a big surgery and they helped me along with Dr. Andrews calling me on the weekend when I had a reaction to something. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat.

I had a full mommy makeover including a breast lift, augmentation (355 cc gummy bear silicone), abdominoplasty, and minor liposuction. Dr. Andrews and his team was very involved on describing the process and the recovery. The procedure was done at a local hospital for overnight observation since several procedures were done at once, and ensure that my pain was well managed and that I was ready for self care at home. Frequent office visits were scheduled over the weeks and months to ensure everything was healing. Although I did have some healing issues with some stitches that didn’t heal right (my body rejected a few with my tummy tuck), Dr.Andrews quickly scheduled an office visit and ensured that I had the area treated as needed. There was a follow up procedure that required a wound vacuum, but he was clear about efforts to ensure proper healing. I have a great post op care with my spouse who ensured that I did not “overdo” it during my recovery. Ensure that you have several people to help you with chores, driving to initial appointments, etc.

I just had my chin implant done, yesterday! I only waited 30 years to finally pluck up the courage and ,well, save the money up, to get this done. But better late than never as they say. I'm happy so far with the result, even with the swelling which doesn't seem to bad so far. I underwent general anesthesia for the procedure and I'm really glad I did as I'm a wimp when it comes to medical procedures involving slicing and dicing and such. My doctor was great, his staff are great. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. I had never gone "under" before as it were and it wasn't bad at all. I have, like a lot of us, who post here, been reading posts on this site for a few years now. I had a lot of fears and uncertainty, but my vanity and loathing of my chin, in the end, surpassed those , lol. So, yesterday, being day one, was the worst, I'm assuming since I came out of surgery that day and had the initial shock of my body to the trama to my face. My experience was waking up out of surgery feeling giddy, likely all the good drugs I received, but sort of groggy. My boyfriend told me later I kept asking when I could go running again, if walking on my treadmill would be ok.. (it wouldn't be) The worst times of the first day were 2 hours after surgery when the pain started. I took two prescribed pain pills and an Excedrin and it went away. The pain wasn't off the richter scale but it was ouchy. I would say 5 out of 10 and I"m a pain wimp so that was too much for me. I am happy to report little overall discomfort, no tightness in my teeth like I've read on these boards, no numbness of my lips, neither upper of lower (my eating of hard foods wasn't impacted, though I avoided lots of food due to the anesthesia and stuck to soup and some cottage cheese) some tightness and numbness in my jaw. The second worst time was at the end of the first day. My surgery was at noon, and i started dozing off around eleven at night, the nausea hit. It was unpleasant off and on for a few hours but I went to sleep fine and woke up with no nausea, oh and i didn't throw up. So, now is day two. I feel much better overall. The grogginess has subsided. My chin and upper neck feel quite tender. I have taken 4 Excedrin today and no pain pills. I feel I might take one in the evening to assist with sleep since I am in a little discomfort but for waking time, I can handle the pain without them. I will post two photos once I figure out how to put a bar across my eyes and you can be the judge of the outcome. I'm very pleased so far!

I went in for this procedure 7/1/19. It took 2 hours. Courtney Albritton PA-C was my provider, whom I have used for my injections and laser treatments. Pro tip - pile your hair on top of your head. It makes it easier to move your head as needed and limits the fluid you accumulate in your hair (more on that in a bit). The worst part was the numbing. Lidocaine was injected over the bottom part of my face and neck. In addition, other fluid was added (I assume saline?). I was a numb chipmunk within 15 minutes. ThermiTight was easy peasy. I felt nothing - not even warming. Next came the 2nd worse part...the lipo portion. The incisions were near my ears so I heard all sorts of noises that sound gross. Still no pain though. While this is going on, fluid will leak and run down the back of your neck and may get stuff in your ears. Courtney and her staff tried to keep me pretty well mopped up. Night 1 and 2 I have slept on a recliner. I don't know if it has helped? Night 1, my neck was really sore. I have been taking Tylenol for pain. It is definitely not intolerable. Night 2 I was still sore but arguing into itchy. I bruised a lot. And the face strap is pushing blood to strange looking areas. It is the last 36 hours of wearing this constantly. It is hot and kind of annoying. I find it a little tougher to swallow, my throat feels sore but I can't identify if it's sore throat sore or external bruising sore. Updated on 4 Jul 2019: I got to take my compression garment off today (still sleeping with it for 2 weeks). My neck is both sore and numb...but also itchy in unidentifiable areas. I bruised pretty significantly it seems and my compression garment is shoving blood into a fu manchu style on my face. I can see improvement on my jawline ever so slightly, but I currently look like I lost a fight. Updated on 9 Jul 2019: Most of the bruising has gone away, my neck itches a lot, and my steritape won't fall off. My neck also feels tight and I may be slightly swollen still. Icing helps a lot. I am not noticing a big change in appearance yet, but everything I have read says that is normal. Updated on 19 Jul 2019: I have stopped wearing the compression garment, there is still some light bruising and bumps as my body heals. I had Endimed (provider included 2 sessions) to speed up the smoothing out process. It's still numb as expected, which feels weird. I am happy with the results!

I must say that I made the BEST decision! I had the BEST doctor! I feel the BEST I ever have ! I was a G cup and Dr Andrews felt with my build that a D cup would be the best choice . I also agreed but I wanted to hear what Dr Andrews had to say . My confidence in the entire procedure was absolutely positive. I am really pleased to say I am even riding my bike again without pain. I would not change a thing. Huge thanks to Dr Andrews and his staff ..... the BEST !!!

My journey to a better me started about 2 years ago. I was very unhappy with my appearance and got "caught up in life". I became very self-conscious due to a large weight loss. I did a lot of research prior to my surgery. Not only is it a big investment but also life changing. Dr. Andrews had some of the highest rankings and a very detailed back ground. From the moment I set up my first appointment at his office everyone involved has been wonderful. They are so positive and uplifting. Dr. Andrews and his staff made me very comfortable during my journey with them. Dr. Andrews and his staff are always there to answer my questions and to reassure me. Day of surgery went very smooth. Everything from start to finish had me at ease. I am currently 2 weeks post op and I am very pleased with my results. Most importantly, I feel beautiful again. My self-confidence is back, and as women we know how important self-confidence is. Self care comes first because when you're happy, confident, and loving life so are the people around you.

My experience from the first appointment was great!!! All the staff are kind and make you feel comfortable!!! They explain everything well and in an easy to understand way. My entire experience was wonderful!!
