Dr Gutter and his staff are amazing!

Dr Gutter and his staff are amazing! I was so nervous and he took time to answer all of my questions and explain the procedure which calmed my nerves. The day of the surgery, he came in check on me before i was put under and his office called me that night. I love my results and I tell all of my friends they will LOVE the way they look but most importantly the way the FEEL!

Excellent doctor at taking his time of explaining things

Really nice doctor good at explaining things Takes his time explain the procedures and what happens and what's going to happen next excellent as a person also I just wasn't quite satisfied with the overall appearance I think there could have been more taking off around my hip area and my stomach area could have been tightened up some more I really don't think it was worth $8,000

Nice and polite

Dr Gutter is very nice and has good bedside manner. His office staff are nice and polite and scheduling my procedure went very smoothly. I am not 100% satisfied with my results but it is a huge improvement. I actually to embarrassed to go to my follow up because I am afraid its my fault.

Finally getting my dream come true!!

I have wanted to get my nose fixed for so many years and I finally get the chance to! I have found the best doctor ever as well. I know he will make my nose fit me and not look too fake or anything. I had my surgery last friday the 31st and It's monday and i am back at work. Saturday was pretty miserable and painful. The worst part has been the packing in my nose because you can't breath, eat, smell, taste, etc with it. He just took it out today so i do feel a lot better. hopefully will sleep better tonight. I will get my cast off in about 3 days and I can't wait. it's just annoying trying to wash your face and stuff with it on. Dr. Gutter did an amazing job with the bruising aspect. I have very little under my eyes. I have seen a lot worse on other people. The way he does it causes a lot less which is very good. Just glad it is all over and looking forward to seeing a new and improved me!

Breast Implants

Dr. Gutter changed my life!

My curiosity about breast implants began in early high school. I have been self conscious about my flat chest my entire life. I had always contemplated breast augmentation, but it seemed like such a drastic measure to take. As I finished my bachelor's degree, I finally decided to consult a surgeon about the procedure as a reward to myself and after giving up hopes of my breasts miraculously growing (haha). I searched through RealSelf, google, and various other websites for a physician. Dr. Gutter had wonderful reviews, despite never having seen his name in advertisements. Once I arrived to my consultation, incredibly nervous and unsure, I was met with surprise by how wonderful and understanding Dr. Gutter was. He was very thorough in explaining my options as well as the risks and benefits, all while giving his own professional advice to help me make an informed decision. After a few pre-operative appointments, I signed myself up for a surgery day with confidence and excitement! Once my surgery day came, all my fears were alleviated because of my doctor's kind bedside manner, his undeniable experience, and personable character. The surgery itself was quick and easy! This was my only experience with general anesthesia, but I knew exactly what to expect because of all the information Dr. Gutter had given me in my pre-op appointments. I was in the OR for about an hour and a half, then discharged home to rest. My pain was well controlled with the prescriptions Dr. Gutter sent me home with, as well as an antiemetic for nausea and vomiting (although I never experienced those symptoms). I had a follow up appointment the very next day so that we could discuss my experience, talk about which bras to purchase, etc. without the anesthesia in my system to blur my understanding. Dr. Gutter's careful preparation really made my surgery experience as easy, painless, and comfortable as it could be! Fast forwarding to 9 months post-op, I would like to share how grateful I am for Dr. Gutter! I never expected a breast augmentation to change my life so drastically. I fit in clothing that I never before could have worn, bra and bikini shopping is never a painful experience anymore, and my confidence in myself has soared. Reflecting back to the day I made my first appointment, I am so glad that I entrusted Dr. Gutter as my physician for this life change. I am confident that no other plastic surgeon could have given me a comparable experience. Thank you so much, Dr. Gutter for changing my life!

45yo Mother of Two Teens Eager to Get my Body Back After Having 2 C-sections and Nursed Both Kids. - Evansville, IN

I am not looking for big breasts. I would just like to have my fullness back and maybe a little more. I am especially excited about eliminating the tummy flap over my c-section scar and not having to worry about the mommy pooch in jeans... Uggh Mom jeans! I hoping to be able to wear a size 6 Jean. I wear an 8 now. Updated on 22 Oct 2015: I will be posting before pics this evening. I am 5'0" 138lbs. I usually wear a size 8 pant now. I'm not sure about cup size now, as I wear a lot of sports bras. I'm guessing a very small B our "large" A Updated on 22 Oct 2015: These pictures were just taken 2weeks prior to upcoming surgery Nov. 2. I will be getting a Tummy tuck and breast implants. Updated on 29 Oct 2015: After researching sizes, I changed the size of implant that is going to be used. My doctor initially ordered 325cc. Ifelr like I would be happier with something smaller and more natural looking. I feel much better about this decision. I don't believe I will regret going smaller. I never minded having smaller breasts. I just wanted more fullness. I am getting so excited about the upcoming surgery on Monday. Updated on 29 Oct 2015: Updated on 3 Nov 2015: The surgery went very well. They just had to give me some phenergan for the nausea. I was able to keep food down today. I had oatmeal and Metamucil for breakfast some crackers prunes, and apple for lunch, and some soup for dinner. I am really pleased with how well I am doing. I am able to shuffle around today. Pain is not bad at all today. The only obvious discomfort is in my back from hunching over. My doctor prescribed me some Vallim for that. So really, I am doing quite well. I am pleased with the way they look right now knowing that there is some swelling. Updated on 4 Nov 2015:

Tumny Tuck 4 Years After Pregnacy and Hideing my Belly with Old Strechmarchs That Iched. Evansville, IN

On my way I'm in my 2nd week post op. So far so good. Dr. Gutter has a great bed side manner. Easy to talk to and great personality I'm always happy to see him. He has a great Ora and he listens and gives answers and soulitions. My tummy is healing but it is flatans all my stretch marks are gone! I wore a size small girls silky to the touch, ( the kind I wouldn't have wore before), and I feel and look great. I still have a way to go healing wise, but coming along pretty quickly . I would recommend him to my family, friends and anyone near this area. I can't wait to see the final results, I'm already feeling supper exited for the near future, also because I'm not hideing in a Xlarge shirt beacause of streached loose skin and more. Also any time I call even with no answer, I get a call back from Dr. Gutter himself ASAP.or- His staff is a sweet girl and from the first time I called she was so helpful and sweet. That also means a lot when your questions are very serious and needed right then. All together I'm glad I choose Dr, Gutter and his staff and great office location. I feel like I'm being taken care of and will be threw my healing. I want to Thank him. Sincerely Tiffany F.

27 Yo, 3 C-sections, Mommy Makeover. Evansville, IN

Hello! I have been silently following many threads on this site, but decided to go ahead and put my story out there. I am 27 years old, have 3 boys ages 2,4,6. I had c sections with all 3. They were all over 9 lbs at birth, leaving me with very loose skin and a ton of stretch marks. For comparison purposes, I am 5'9" and 160 lbs. I had a TT and implants placed on 12/19/14. Two of my friends told me it was the most miserable 2 weeks of their life following their TT, but it has been so much easier than my c-sections. I cannot say that I was ever in a miserable amount of pain. I took the recommended pain medication for 3 days. I slept in my recliner and pretty well did nothing except sleep for the first 2 days. I was moving around more on day 3. My drains were removed on day 4 and I began to stand up straighter. On day 4 and day 5 I still tired very easily. Just washing my hair was a lot of effort, but no major pain. My biggest complaint was back pain from being bent over. It has now been a week since my surgery. My stomach is still sore, but that is just part of the healing process. I am walking pretty well upright and have slept in my bed since day 4 when the drains were removed. Tomorrow night my husband and I are going out with friends...I feel great! I think my swelling is still relatively significant. My stomach is flat, but my clothes fit a little more snug than before surgery. I am hoping that the swelling goes down soon! Overall, I am happy and would do it again! Updated on 2 Jan 2015: Today I am 2 weeks post op. I feel good, there is still some soreness but nothing horrible. I am standing up straight and wearing normal clothes. My lower abdomen is still swollen so the waist of my pants fit more snug than before. I'm hoping this goes down soon bc my waist feels very thick! Other than that, no complaints! Updated on 2 Jan 2015: These are pictures I took the morning before surgery. Updated on 2 Jan 2015: Updated on 11 Jan 2015: Still a little swollen on my lower abdomen. I went to the doctor on my 3 week post op and he said everything looks good! I am feeling great and so glad I did it! He also said the vertical line from the belly button to incision line will go away when the swelling goes down. Updated on 19 Feb 2015: 9 weeks post op and feeling great! I have been eating clean and working out- I have lost 13 pounds since my surgery. I love the way my clothed fit and the way I feel! Updated on 24 Jun 2015: Still thrilled with my results! I have also lost about 30 lbs.

39 Years Old, Two C-sections and an Appendectomy Left Me with an "Apron" Evansville, IN

I have gain weight and lost weight, but nothing changed the "mother's apron" I had that hung over my c-section scar. I had two children via c-section and then an open appendectomy later. I had no muscle left below the belly button. I finally decided I was not going to live with the pooch anymore. Updated on 29 Jun 2014: Updated on 29 Jun 2014: Updated on 29 Jun 2014: Week 2 photos Updated on 29 Jun 2014: Updated on 29 Jun 2014: Updated on 30 Jun 2014: Updated on 2 Jul 2014: Still swelling in the thighs. Thigh compression garment took it down a bit overnight. Belly button stitches fell out after my shower today. Scar is healing nicely I think. Updated on 8 Jul 2014: Had a follow up today with my doc. He's happy with progress. He said at about the two month mark I will have a good idea what the final result will look like. Still swollen for now, but my belly button is starting to look real. Updated on 15 Jul 2014: Finally feeling flat. My hips and thighs are not cooperating. I have been hitting the exercise bike or the treadmill for 15-20 minutes a day. That's about all I can do. Exercise does increase the swelling and soreness a bit. Updated on 2 Aug 2014: Still swelling but feeling more normal. Some numbness at the incision line. I started a new diet program this week and have dropped a few pounds. Fingers crossed I can lose some more! Updated on 23 Aug 2014: Well I've been back to work for a few weeks now. I'm still having some swelling after being in my feet all day. My belly button is looking good though. I do have some knots beneath the incision. Dr says that is normal suture healing. Next visit with doc will be for my "after" photos! Updated on 13 Oct 2014: Today is my last visit with Dr. Gutter and time for my after photos. By my count it has been about 20 weeks since surgery. I am very happy with my results. I still have work to do. My body is by no means perfect and I’m not a size 2. However, that sagging gut that has haunted me for years is finally gone. I have a tight stomach and a nice belly button. The rest is up to me. I still have some tightness at times and even a little swelling. I have a little numbness at the incision, but otherwise my stomach feels pretty natural. I couldn’t be happier with my results and with Dr. Gutter.

Age 60, Needed Eyelid Lift Badly - Evansville, IN

I have had several procedures done at Evansville Plastic Surgical Associates, Dr. Guido Gutter, in Evansville, IN. I found him to be quite kind, caring and concerned, and he and his staff are very friendly and efficient. I was tired of looking sleepy all the time. Dr. Gutter performed the surgery in his office under local anesthetic with light sedation, and it took about 2 hours total. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome.
