I was referred to Dr. Milind by a trusted ophthalmologist surgeon in NYC while exploring options for eye surgery and I couldn’t be more thankful for that recommendation. I had done extensive research on surgeons in India, but struggled to find enough comprehensive reviews to feel confident. I was also extremely cautious- when it comes to your face, trust doesn’t come easy. From the moment I began researching Dr. Milind, all I found were glowing reviews and my own experience has exceeded even those. I reached out via email, had a detailed video consultation, and eventually made the decision to move forward with him- and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Milind is an absolute gentleman. He made me feel completely at ease, took the time to explain every step with incredible patience and treated me with such warmth and respect. His entire team radiates positivity and professionalism, creating an environment where you feel genuinely cared for. But what truly set this experience apart was the post-operative care. I was blown away. I had zero pain, didn’t need any medication and the recovery process felt almost effortless. Dr. Milind personally checked in with me just two hours after the surgery and was available via WhatsApp throughout. That level of attention and compassion is rare and deeply appreciated. I also loved his energy- he has such a calming, confident presence and a great sense of humor, which made the entire process much less intimidating. Honestly, I now wish he did full face-lifts too, because I wouldn’t trust anyone else near my face! If you’re looking for an eye surgeon who is not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely committed to your well-being, I cannot recommend Dr. Milind enough. I had eye surgery with Dr. Milind Naik two months ago, at LV Prasad Hospital. At that time, I was visiting India from the US. Dr. Anjani, an ophthalmologist, referred me. Initially, I was hesitant, but after meeting Dr. Naik, I felt comfortable and confident in his care. He was highly professional, and the post op care was excellent. Doctor Milind is a knowledgeable and thorough professional. I consulted him for the first time three years ago about a lower bleph, and unlike the two other docs I also consulted, he first insisted on some eye tests to rule out any health issues. It took me a year to work up the courage for the procedure and two years ago I approached him again with the test results. I am extremely wary and almost phobic about doctors, however, Dr. Milind won me over with his patient explanations and competent manner. During the procedure as well I felt I was in very good hands. His team is professional and at the same time relaxed. He helped make a scary and uncomfortable procedure almost enjoyable (!) because he talked and explained what he was doing throughout. After care was also good. I had no complications but he called multiple times to check up on me. Two years later and I am still very very happy with the results. They are not dramatic, which is good because it is a subtle and natural looking reduction of the under eye bags. Very happy and very grateful to him. Dr. Milind Nayak is an excellent doctor both professionally and personally. He knows his job extremely well, yet is humble kind and patient towards his patients. It was a pleasure to be treated by him. He handled my case really well.

I had suffered for 28 years with extra skin on my upper eyelids which was hindering my eyesight. No other doctor believed me when i told them this neither did my family who thought I was claiming this only to get a cosmetic surgery done. And then I emailed my pictures to Dr. Milind. He replied to my email with his comments. He told me that I may have issue with the eye aperture height. I dint have to tell him anything. Got my surgery done by Dr. Milind very recently. I’m happy with the doctor and his staff. He and His staff are very friendly, humble, kind and will answer all your questions with lots of patience (answers even silly, annoying or repetitive questions with all patience) and (not to forget) with the ever smiling confident face. He makes sure you’re fine even when he’s off-duty. If you’re searching someone on par with excellence, just go for him blindly.

Extremely articulate and prompt in his treatment. Would highly recommend him as Eye Surgeon. I was too stressed to see blood pouring from one of my eyes...I was too much in panic but things became better with his prompt examination and we spoke as friends rather than doc patient...the best thing is rather than long procedure's of hospitals he makes it so easy with his team to ease out on too much paper work...I am still in touch with him...proud to know him

I got my Blepharoplasty surgery done on 02 Mar 2018. The undereye swelling was bothering me a lot but I was too scared to get the surgery done. When I met Dr. Milind Naik on 27 Jan I found him to be very patient, reassuring with a cheerful personality. His caring attitude and professionalism gave me the confidence to get my surgery done. He carried out the surgery very well and patiently. During the surgery, I was very comfortable and was not worried & scared at all. He was very much at ease while doing the surgery and his complete team was cheerful & kind. I am pleasantly surprised that I had no pain at all post surgery.
