Hi - So I’ve been really interested in reading all the great posts on this site since I found it 3 months ago. Thanks to everyone for sharing. Figured I would pay it forward a well so her is a quick summary. Just like everyone on here I’ve been dealing with large breasts since my late teens. Lots of back pain, but in 2013 it became much worse and I’ve been disabled by chronic sciatica since then. Always wished for a reduction but finally decided to take action after recommendations from my PCP and the neurosurgeon who performed my spine surgery. I started out as a 42G bra size. Had surgery 5 days ago. So far very pleased with results and has been a good experience with my PS, Dr Anthony Terrasse. Looking forward to seeing the long term results and being done with wearing a bra 24/7. Re pain - Right now still pretty uncomfortable and lots of swelling under my arms. Was taking 6 Norco per day for first 3 days. Down to 3-4 yesterday. So far haven’t taken any pain meds today. While pain is much reduced I am very tired and running a low fever. Saw PS yesterday and he saw no issues so said I need to keep resting and let him know if fever goes up over 101. So that’s where I’m at. Here is a before pic and some pics from a few days ago. Will post again with final pics once I’m healed up. Updated on 4 Apr 2019: So - tomorrow it will have been exactly one week since my BR surgery. Things look pretty much the same as last set of pics. Unfortunately I feel about the same too, maybe worse. The first few days were uncomfortable but not terrible as long as I was taking pain medicine. Had a low fever but it’s gone now. I switched to plain old Tylenol during the day. All seemed ok, but yesterday afternoon the itching started and then the flu symptoms came back, and today I’m about as uncomfortable as I was the second day after surgery. Perhaps I am lucky enough to have actually gotten the flu within days of the surgery, but either way I’m so frustrated to be as uncomfortable as I still am. Flu symptoms added to the itching and chest pressure are making me so miserable, and pain medication just makes me feel more sick right now. I’ll stop whining now. Anyone else deal with this rebound effect or flu symptoms? Updated on 5 Apr 2019: Here are pics of how things are looking one week post op. A lot of swelling under my arms. Apparently I’m a complete wimp because everyone else seems to be feeling well by 7 days post op but I’m still very uncomfortable. I think part of discomfort is due to my chronic lumbar spine issues being exacerbated by having to sleep on my back, and me conveniently catching a flu after surgery. Miserable now but I know it will all be worth it in the end. Advance warning- I’ll probably continue to whine until I can sleep on my side again and this flu is gone. Every time remove dressings I’m really happy with how much Dr Terrasse was able to remove. Working with his office continues to be great.

I have had multiple cosmetic procedures with Dr. Terrasse (as have other members of my family), and I would not go to any other plastic surgeon. His office is stunning, his staff treats patients like family, and he is truly a kind, caring person. Not to mention an outstanding surgeon! He is truly an artist, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

I am 35 and just had Botox for the first time with Dr. Terrasse. I am thrilled. My wrinkles on my forehead are gone! He is a great doctor! I would recommend him to my friends who are also interested in getting rid of their wrinkles.

Couldn't be happier! I can compete with 30 year olds now! Very pleased with my results. Thank you Dr. T for giving me my "pre-baby" body back. So, so happy! Dr. Terrasse and his staff were so kind and thoughtful. I was not happy with my breast size and after several consultations I decided to have the surgery. I am so happy I did!

My OB have me Dr. Terrasse name for a tummy tuck. I saw 3 doctors and chose Dr. T. Best decision ever! He is an artist and a kind thoughtful man. I highly recommend him! He did my surgery 2 months ago and I was so nervous about a scar but it's not bad at all. He is the only plastic surgeon I will see.

After 3 babies my body just didn't look the same. My gynecologist recommended Dr. Terrasse. He performed my tummy tuck and I have my body back. Dr terrasse and his staff were there for me every step of the way. I am very happy with my results now that a few months have passed. Looking back everything we discussed in my consultation was accurate and I asked a lot of questions! Don't be nervous to ask questions... Both the doctor and staff are great at answering and addressing concerns

Breast augmentation changed my life! Dr. Terrasse used the Vectra and I was able to work with him to see exactly how I would look with different size implants. It made me feel at ease before the surgery that I had chosen the right size implants. He is a fabulous doctor with great bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

I've recently had my 50th birthday, always been an A cup, or AA. Within the last 2 years, I've lost 20 pounds and whatever boob I had. I've always used padded, pushup and inserts to give me some shape. I was thrilled with the outcome. Now I'm a nice C cup, without the pushup bras. I would recommend it.
