Great Results - My “around the world” incision healed nicely

Wonderful results: After losing 40 lbs. I consulted with Dr. Dascombe about concerns I had with loose skin and sagging in my abdominal area and buttocks. After a thorough consultation, we decided on tummy tuck and a lower body lift to improve all of my lower body possible. I highly recommend this procedure. My “around the world” incision healed nicely. Recovery was not any longer nor difficult than with a tummy tuck alone. My results are excellent, due to Dr. Dascombe’s expertise and experience in performing this more all encompassing kind of procedure. Good luck!

Would do it over 500 times because of the confidence I have now

Dr Dascombe is the best doctor around! All of his staff were super nice also. I have had liposuction and also rhinoplasty. I recovered very fast with both, so if you are skeptical or scared to get either surgery, don’t think twice about it! I would do it over 500 times because of the confidence I have now. If I ever have another surgery, I will use him over and over!

I had an extended tummy tuck with lipo and a breast lift and I love my results

I heard the name for several years so when I decided to get some work done, I knew I wanted a consult with Dr. Dascombe. He did not disappoint! He is a very kind, knowledgeable and talented surgeon. He and his office staff are top notch! Some of the best nurses I’ve ever encountered. I had an extended tummy tuck with lipo and a breast lift and I love my results. I highly recommend him!

Loved my Experience and Results!

Exceptional care from start to finish. Doctor Dascombe was kind and made me feel comfortable. He listened to me and made sure we were on the same page. He was thorough in explaining the breast implant removal procedure to me and I am thrilled with the results. After 18 years of having my implants I decided it time for them to go. As a mother to 3 young children 2 of them being girls I wanted to be a good role model for body confidence. They were also starting to bother me since the birth of my 1st. My natural breasts became much larger. Going to breastfeed my baby I felt like I was pulling out watermelons. I love my new sleek image! Everyone on his staff was helpful and friendly. I came from out of state for the procedure and Sherry communicated all the details leading up to surgery clearly. I would definitely recommend going to doctor Dascombe. Excellent surgeon!

Better the Second Time Around

I wanted to have my original saline implants from 15 years ago removed and replaced with smaller silicone ones. I had never really been happy with the results of the first surgery and I was worried that I would end up even more disappointed with replacements. I ended up going from 350CC saline implants to 215CC silicone implants and also had a lift and I could not be more thrilled with the results. Dr. Dascombe was able to give me the breasts that I had always wanted. His team of professionals provided excellent care and attention and I only wish I had done this sooner!

Pre-op is tomorrow morning!

Tomorrow morning at 7:45am PRE-OP APPOINTMENT!! I'm real nervous as this is all starting to become so real! I'm actually scared in a way.. I've been contemplating over and over the worst case Scenarios in my head of what my augmentation outcome could be ..Anyone else have these issues?? Is it normal to be this freaked out about it? Updated on 7 May 2020: Pre-op went pretty good. My nurse was ABSOLUTELY amazing! Loved her so much! Got my blood work and paper work and payment done! I was a little disappointed at the fact that we still were not able to give me a definite breast implant size..so far all we know for sure is that I am having an under the muscle ultra high profile mentor gel implant..the size cc's implants I get are either going to be between 450-600 we are goin for a full C small D..as I don't want to look too heavy! But 600cc kind of scares me..I feel like that is huge but that's one of the sizes my surgeon suggested. My surgeon told me he would decide on what size is best for me during my surgery...I pray they come out perfect or at least something that I'm happy with! Say a prayer for me y'all please! Other than that pre op went really nice. Like I say loved my nurse and I even got a goody bag upon my leaving. They gave me scar cream and a real nice bottle to keep my drinks cold which I thought was sweet! And oh yeah I almost forgot! Since everything is going on with this Covid my surgeon has me an appointment set up on the 17th to have a mandatory covid test done before my surgery! Which kind of scares me a little because I've seen videos of how they have to give you that test and it does not look pleasant AT ALL!!! For those that don't know they shove this lonnnnnnng q-tip like thing up your nose ;( Updated on 9 May 2020: Can someone please give me a list of anything they can think of that I will need for my recovery time after surgery? Thank you so much in advance! The only tings I have right now are two ice/cool pads.. Updated on 11 May 2020: OKay so I have managed to buy this list of things that I may need for my recovery! Let me know if I am missing anything y’all! And maybe this list will help some others out there as well! Thank you in advance! I can’t believe my surgery is in less than 2 weeks I’m so darn nervous!!! -Bio Oil -Scar-away strips -Scar Gel -100mg B-6 Vitamins -Ducolax liquid -Chapstick -Water bottle from my surgeon that keeps drinks cold - 2 cooling pads -heating pads strips - chair shaped pillow for sleeping upright -Neck pillow -Button-up pajama set -2 front zip sports bras -House slippers - Hibiclens soap -And of course all of my prescription medications that my dr prescribed to me. Updated on 18 May 2020: I can not believe my surgery is literally less than a week away...it still doesn’t even seem real.. I’m so scared tho. I pray that my outcome is what I’ve always wanted. My breast have ALWAYS been something that I am VERY insecure about. They just are not very appealing to the eye at all...I do not like the shape and I have no volume at the tops of my breast as you can see...I am going to be getting anywhere between 450cc and 600cc implants under muscle mentor silicon ultra high profile. I’m a little scared at the sound of 600cc as I’m trying to go for a small D but I am also 6ft so I feel like a bigger breast size is something I would be able to pull off. My surgeon has told me this as well. Let me know what you all think. Updated on 20 May 2020: So I haven't told anyone about my surgery at work. I've read many reviews where women get their breast done and are able to return back to work without anyone knowing. I hope it's like that in my case. I feel like the majority of the people I work around are very judgmental and would not understand my reasoning in getti g the surgery in the first place!( not that it's any of their business anyways)... but anyways has anyone else had this issue before? Do you think my work will notice?? I'm a 36-38 B right now and am most likely going to a full D. 450 to 600cc implants. I've debated on telling them because I feel like when I do go back to work that everyone is going to notice and that my breast are going to sticking out way further especially cause all of the after surgery swelling. Do yo think it will be that bad to the point where I can't just put a jacket on in the office and hide it? I wish I wasn't so worried about what everyone was going to think about me once or if they found out and I would be just fine... Updated on 20 May 2020: Since my before picture didn’t load on my review Updated on 21 May 2020: Wow my sister is so supportive haha lmao Updated on 22 May 2020: Well guys today is the day! On the way there this morning with my mama I will let y’all know how it goes! Everyone is gonna to great! Updated on 22 May 2020: So it’s been about 4hrs after surgery. My pain has be minimal (Thank you Lord!) I pray it stays that way. On another note my work just called and told me that one of the girls I work across from us tested positive for Covid so now I have to go and get another test done on Tuesday. This worries me because now not only do I have to worry about my recovery but the chance of being sick as well (say a prayer for me please). But anyways I will keep you all updated and post better pictures after I tale a shower tomorrow. My surgeon ended up going with 400 to 475cc implants. I can’t quite remember what the exact sizes are that he told me cause I was out of it after surgery but tomorrow I will find out for sure and let you all know! Updated on 22 May 2020: Updated on 23 May 2020: Does anyone know I I can start putting my bio oil on my breast now? Updated on 24 May 2020: So I feel fine my right breast hurts real bad tho if I move my right arm. It’s a strong sting/burning sensation at the top of my breast. I’ve switched from taking pain killers to my Tylenol last night but if the pain doesn’t go away within these next 3-4 hours I may take a tramadol. How is everyone else doing? Updated on 24 May 2020: Did anyone else not get put in a wrap after their surgery? I was just sent on in the sports bra they provided me. I forgot to ask my dr about it before me left but I was so out of it, but I see everyone else's pictures and they are all wrapped just curious if you are always supposed to after surgery and why I wasn't? Updated on 2 Jun 2020: So my pain has almost completely gone! (THANK YOU JESUS!) I still get a pinch every now and again in my right breast still. I also still can’t feel my right nipple but my nurse says the feeling should come back as the nerves heal..The worst thing for me right now would have to be MY BACK!! I can only sleep on It for so long until I have to move from my bed to the couch because it doesn’t hurt as bad if I sleep sitting up. I will be so glad when the back pain goes away because it is THE WORST!!! But anyways I’ve taken some pictures tonight in my nightgown to show y’all the difference before my breast till now and I am so excited they look so good and I’m loving they way they fill my gown out! I hope everyone else is enjoying they’re girls too!! Much love! Updated on 14 Jun 2020: Has anyone else been experiencing soreness in their breast? Like not enough to where you can’t stand it or that it’s painful. Just soreness? I feel it on the tops and sides of my breast and it scares me cause I feel like I’m far enough out from surgery now to where I shouldn’t feel anything anymore but this just started like 3-4days ago. I don’t have another post opp appointment with my surgeon until next week so I will ask him. I’m just wondering if it’s normal.. it starts feeling the most sore in the middle of the night. Updated on 17 Jun 2020: So everything has been going pretty good so far I suppose? I’m not sure how soft my breast are supposed to get but as of right now they are not hard but they aren’t really all that soft either if that makes any sense at all? My left breast is a bit more firm than my right, which kind of worries me but I will speak with my PS about it on the 23rd. I can really tell a difference in the feeling when I do my massages (which I have been slacking on.... I’ve missed doing them a couple of days in a row now) when I push in on my left breast I can feel my implant and it’s sort of firm, where as my right one when I push it the implant just goes in and I don’t feel it as much.. it feels more soft than firm. Anyone else experiencing this? I’m still not sure how my scars are healing I haven’t been able to remove my tape still but my PS told me we will remove my tape on the 23rd. It’s still uncomfortable to sleep on my sides but I do it anyways. My back no longer bothers me which is a huge plus! I will just be glad when I can finally pop it tho! Also is it just me or has anyone else not had a full good nights rest since their surgery??? But anyways hope everyone is doing well! Keep me updated! I’ll post more pictures next week.

Great treatment by doctor and staff!

Dr. Dacombe and his crew are wonderful. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the procedure and the healing process. I have had two procedures with Dr. Dascombe and will be using him again!
