Tomorrow morning at 7:45am PRE-OP APPOINTMENT!! I'm real nervous as this is all starting to become so real! I'm actually scared in a way.. I've been contemplating over and over the worst case Scenarios in my head of what my augmentation outcome could be ..Anyone else have these issues?? Is it normal to be this freaked out about it?

Pre-Op

Pre-op went pretty good. My nurse was ABSOLUTELY amazing! Loved her so much! Got my blood work and paper work and payment done! I was a little disappointed at the fact that we still were not able to give me a definite breast implant size..so far all we know for sure is that I am having an under the muscle ultra high profile mentor gel implant..the size cc's implants I get are either going to be between 450-600 we are goin for a full C small D..as I don't want to look too heavy! But 600cc kind of scares me..I feel like that is huge but that's one of the sizes my surgeon suggested. My surgeon told me he would decide on what size is best for me during my surgery...I pray they come out perfect or at least something that I'm happy with! Say a prayer for me y'all please! Other than that pre op went really nice. Like I say loved my nurse and I even got a goody bag upon my leaving. They gave me scar cream and a real nice bottle to keep my drinks cold which I thought was sweet! And oh yeah I almost forgot! Since everything is going on with this Covid my surgeon has me an appointment set up on the 17th to have a mandatory covid test done before my surgery! Which kind of scares me a little because I've seen videos of how they have to give you that test and it does not look pleasant AT ALL!!! For those that don't know they shove this lonnnnnnng q-tip like thing up your nose ;(

I have my surgery on May 18th. The suggestions they made for post op are to get a good multivitamin, which I already take. One thing you should do is make sure you have healthy foods in your house! One of my friends ate junk food and you can’t workout and she gained 10lbs. (She lost it already lol but she warned me). I purchased collagen powder and I have been freezing veggies so I can make smoothies. I got collagen powder, I’m going to add protein powder and I have a green superfood blend to make sure I get make veggies. Hope this helps

My surgery is scheduled for the 15th. I received a silicone scar treatment gel from my doctor, but I also purchased scaraway strips and bio oil just in case I get stretch marks.

Best of luck with your appointment, and please keep us updated!
