My experience was amazing and educational. She is an amazing Dr . I was to get my arms back and an extended Tummy Tuck ( hip to hip) but I was not told by staff that she didn’t do both together. And I see why now , but I was told I could. Well I took that money and did my complete back .. I came in for my pre op appointment and I was over my BMI the medical staff ( one hood rat) told me to take a laxative to drop those pounds. She said “ all the girls do that “ I started at 222 I had to go down to 180 I dropped to 174 and went back up to 181.4 for my height 5’3 well I came in for surgery and Dr P came in, She is way smaller in person . She actually is adorable and about her Business. The day of surgery which was 6/7/21 I had the liposuction to the back but I couldn’t have the tummy tuck , I [RS bleep] all over the table smh , she said she turned me and I pooped she said I pooped at every poked every turn. I was disappointed but I had a chance to do it again but my BMI went up .. so I was sent home . I came back in two weeks 6/25/21 and she was concerned about me mentally, I just heard it in her voice . I prayed and before she counted to three I was out like a light lol .. when I woke up I was not in any pain , I was in my binder and I was ready to go . I didn’t get to see her b4 I left because I only stayed 3 days my Dr home took out my drainage tube. I will be 1 month post op Friday . Im just starting to stand up straight. She snatched the holy [RS bleep] out of me . My scar looks great . I have keloid skin which was my concern, but nope nothing . Im still swollen up top fupa is gone and body is starting to shape . Im super excited to see my new look but Ik it take time . I will be back in a year to do another round of bbl 360 and to address my hip dents . I definitely will be going back To Dr P . And the fact I booked her before seeing her work . I love the fact that she was from my home town ( Jamaica ) she definitely is worth checking out .

Hello, I am 5'2, 170lbs. I chose to go with Dr. Prendergast in Atlanta, GA. She works with Mia Aesthetics. I previously had a tummy tuck with Dr. Mehio a year or o ago and love my results. Now I need breasts... my surgery is scheduled for 2/18/20. I'm very excited. Updated on 19 Feb 2021: So I decided to go with 380 and 340 CC’s under the muscle silicone breast implant. The surgeon was so caring and informative. Her bedside manner is amazing! She placed my difficult nipples in place perfectly ! I know I have a long way ahead of me. The pain is tolerable more so pressure on my chest. Updated on 21 Feb 2021: Nothing has changed much for me, the pain is more so pressure like I stated before. I am very bloated! And I’m having sternum pain about a 4/10. Updated on 22 Feb 2021: I had my tape taken off today and it was replaced with steri strips. Updated on 25 Feb 2021: Today I am one week post op. My boobs itch like crazy ! I’m very tired of sleeping on my back. I’m going to go on a light walk today. Updated on 9 Mar 2021: So my right nipple is showing signs of dehiscence. They are slowly dropping. I massage a lot. I have been keeping the wound clean and dry. I try to message three times a day. The pain has subsided as well. Just more uncomfortable from time to time .

30yo, 5'4", 135 medium/muscular build 450 and 485 cc Natrelle SiliconeI've considered breast aug for years but it was never the right time. I read several reviews about local doctors and decided on Dr. Tahira Prendergast who is an absolute gem. First consult went great, Dr. P was easy to talk to and I knew she was the right doctor for me right away. Her recommendation was a lift and aug due to my breasts sitting low and being asymmetrical. I decided on size initially 415/450 but once Covid hit, my operation was moved back over a month. So, after more consideration I decided to go up to 450/485 and very glad I did. I decided to go with just the augmentation, although I agreed with Dr. P's opinion regarding the lift for symmetry. However, that operation uses a lollipop incision and leaves a vertical scar under the nipple. So for me, I would prefer less symmetry and no scar. My surgery date came and I wasn't nervous at all, just super anxious to be done! The entire procedure was quick and my recovery has been amazing. I trusted Dr. Prendergast from the beginning but I fully believe her work is amazing and that is a big factor in my easy recovery. I'm writing this the day after. The day of, I had little to no pain, and was able to stay away and just relax all day. I had no issues with nausea or pain and I was able to walk around all day. I've only experienced some soreness which I would compare to the day after a heavy workout. Updated on 31 May 2020: In love! Couldn’t ask for more perfect results :) Updated on 4 Jul 2020: Definitely dropped and softened up so much. Everything is going well and still so happy with my decision on size. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Prendy. I was busty prior to having children, but by the time I was done breastfeeding 4, I was completely deflated. My main concern was filling out my skin by adding volume from the implant. Dr. P said I could benefit from a lift but did not pressure me to and was willing to try with an implant only as long as I understood I should have limited expectations. She is an amazing and skilled surgeon. The facility and staff were amazing. The implant settled nicely into the pocket that she surgically reinforced to help prevent bottoming out. I took muscle relaxers as she suggested, but never even needed a pain pill. Recovery was quick with no complications and I feel like myself again! We live at the beach now, so I am in a bathing suit a lot of the time. No one even knows I have implants. They look so natural! Thank you Dr. P!!! Updated on 23 Jun 2019: I am 5’1, 112lbs. I was barely an A cup. I got 345cc Natrelle Inspira SRF. 7 months post op, I like the wire size of a 30DD, but need the cup size of the 30DDD (if that makes sense!) I slightly wish I had gone a little bigger to completely fill in my skin, but I am very pleased with the natural look and might have regretted anything bigger. Updated on 28 Jun 2020: Front view. Post op. This isn’t a recent photo. I need to take one and add it, but I am more than 18 months after surgery, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I am in a bathing suit all the time and friends never suspect I have implants. That is what I wanted. Found my perfect bra size - 30E 1/2!! My perfect fit. Still so thankful to feel feminine again after nursing babies and losing all my tissue. Updated on 28 Jun 2020: Just a couple more photos. I chose not to go with a lift. I was comfortable with my breasts sitting in a more mature position on my chest wall and fine with the position of my nipples. They nursed 4 babies, so I was not going into it looking for pre baby perfection. I just wanted to fill in my lose skin. Very happy with my result. And even happier I found a Dr willing to give me that result even if it wasn’t the perfect aesthetic.

I had an Abdominalplasty with muscle repair and from the consult to post operation everything ran smoothly. Dr. P is very honest and thorough. Dr. P as well as her staff made me very comfortable on surgery day and post operation. I have no complaints at all!!! After researching doctors all throughout GA and even FL, I'm very happy I decided to have her do my surgery. Thanks again Dr.P!

Dr. Prendergast is very detailed and she paid close attention to what I wanted my results to be. She has superb bedside manner and is very professional as well as empathetic. Dr. P made sure she called to check up on me numerous times after surgery which made feel better about my recovery. She also had her nurses to call and follow up with me when she could not. This is a first for me and meant a lot to me. I recommend her to everyone who asks about my experience. The whole staff at Jain Plastic Surgery makes you feel like a family member. From Danielle at the front desk to all the nurses and billing staff. I plan to return for any future procedures I may decide to have.

I recently went to Jain Plastic Surgery for Coolsculpting. My consult was quick and easy and I received my first 2 cycles same day! I have now completed 6 cycles all together and it has been a wonderful experience. Dr. Prendergast & staff were awesome!!

Dr. Prendergast was amazing when I consulted with her about breast reduction procedures. She was forthright and honest about realistic expectations of outcome as well as anticipated post op discomfort. Her preference is to see you on post op day #1 to make sure everything looks okay, but she also checked on me via phone several times afterwards. This is post op day #4, so I'm not close to a final result yet, but I'm thrilled with my new smaller size. The office was great as well in making this whole procedure as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Dr. P, as I affectionately call her, and the staff at Jain Plastic Surgery. Next up, CoolSculpting! Can't wait!
