So my right nipple is showing signs of dehiscence. They are slowly dropping. I massage a lot. I have been keeping the wound clean and dry. I try to message three times a day. The pain has subsided as well. Just more uncomfortable from time to time .

I had my tape taken off today and it was replaced with steri strips.
